Chose this company for our replacement battery storage because of the reviews. Unfortunately our experience is not 5*. System fitted in August 25, came back a week later to finish as it took them longer than they anticipated, wouldn't have been an issue but a week later? Had to come back again as there was a Solar Edge issue, but got resolved, bust again took ages to come back to us. We had 5 fuse boxes originally which needed taking out as our old system needed tidying up, but they disposed of all our old equipment without asking; we even told them that we wanted 2 of them keeping before their finishing off visit but they still took them. We have chased and are still chasing our paperwork. Jamie just does not get back to you. I think he is really focused on work rather than the after sales part. We have the Sigenstor system which we are happy with. Cost £12,500.

Great solar+battery installation from the Blue Tech team. Everything completed within two days, and even the scaffolding was gone later in the week. Neat, tidy and working as specified. Recommended!

Absolutely outstanding service for our solar panel and Tesla Powerwall installation. Scaffolding up and panels delivered, installation completed in a day and all required paperwork already in hand the day after. In a world where professionalism, efficiency, pride in your work and being thorough are becoming increasingly rare these friendly and likeable guys stand out a mile! Thoroughly recommended.

Really great to deal with a company where they are happy to spend the time explaining the options and answering all my questions. The install was quick and they were very tidy on site. Very easy for me to recommend them to anyone looking at having solar panels or batteries added to their property.

Asked for a quote: quick and detailed response. Had a few questions: excellent communication. So went ahead. Scaffolding up on a Tursday, works completed on a Wed and scaffolding down before lunch on the Thurs. Neat and tidy, nothing broken, everything explained, proper fixings used and top quality equipment used. Best of all, Blue Tech will always answer questions afterwards when you are learning how to get the best from your installation. Credit where it is due: 10/10

Having had quotes from 3 national companies, I decided to take a further quotation from Bluetech Electrical. In November 2023, I sent images and request to Jamie and he quoted for a 7 panel and battery backup system quickly and it looked like a good competitive option. To be sure the quote was accurate I requested Jamie come out to site to double check everything, and within a week this was done. Order was placed for mid January install. On the install week, the scaffolding people promptly arrived, along with the delivery to site of all hardware. Jamie and his team arrived on Tuesday, and were very professional, tidy and efficient commencing the install. The install completed on the Wednesday and by soon after lunch we were generating our first electricity. On the Thursday all the scaffolding was removed efficiently. The system had a small teething issue which Jamie escalated to the supplier for a remote fix. Would highly recommend this company for a solar and battery installation.

I am SO please I used Jamie and the lads for our electrical works. We've had a full electrical installation including solar PV. They were very neat, tidy and used good quality materials.

Blue Tech is an excellent local company - they installed solar panels, the battery packs and all the other elements for us to be more sustainable. The service was excellent, came on time, finished in a day with very clear communications. They were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend, especially as I am now saving serious money on my electricity bill!!

JW Electrical installed our solar panel system. From my initial enquiry to the completion of the installation the service I received was very informative and professional. I asked what my options were in regard to having panels fitted, I received detailed quotes listing materials, costs, energy projections and terms and conditions for each of my options. Once I had decided on the option that I wanted I booked a date for installation, the materials arrived the day before and the installation was completed the following day. The installation was carried out with minimal disruption to the household, the team were very polite and courteous. Any mess created was cleared up before they left. Throughout the process I found JW Electrical to be very professional and personable, I was kept informed, the installation was carried out on time and to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use JW Electrical again, and would highly recommend their services. A very professional five star service.

Jamie arranged a quote online with me and a date and time. He and his worker were on time and completed a double socket relocation and large tv bracket installation and fitting very efficiently and in a timely manner. In about 2 hours I went from no power, no bracket and no 58” tv to completion. I am delighted with he value, quality and professionalism. I strongly recommend Jamie if you want a proper job done. Too many cowboys out there, avoid them give Jamie a call.

After shopping about I responded to a leaflet dropped through the door. I Entrusted JW Electrical with my 12 Panel – Invertor and Battery storage solar installation. Hassle free, smooth installation completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Polite, knowledgeable team, both on site and back office - answering questions in a timely manner. Even on the dullest of days the panels are providing me with the smallest amount of ROI. I’d not hesitate to recommend Jamie and his team to anyone and should the need for any electrical works he’ll be my first port of call.

We contacted JW Electrical after reading very good reviews for them. There were several rooms that required work, such as additional electrical sockets, ceiling lights and switches and re-routing the tv aerial. Jamie is a very pleasant young man and very efficient. He seems quite happy to answer any questions as he is working and shares knowledge about current regulations and available products. We were very pleased with his work and his tidiness. We had also accepted a quotation from Jamie for a solar panel installation, which he installed a few weeks later. This work too was completed very efficiently and we cannot fault it. We would have no hesitation in recommending JW Electrical to anyone who was looking for a reliable electrician.

I contacted some electricians on a bank holiday weekend for an urgent EICR request. I didn't receive many replies as expected, but Jamie kindly texted me back and agreed to help yesterday evening after his work. Jamie and his team Installed LED lights and upgraded switchboard in my convenience Store. All carried out in a professional and timely manner. Work was carried out after hours so didn’t interfere with customers at the shop that I was thankful for. Jamie is friendly, easy to talk to and very hard working. I 100% recommend for all your electrical needs.

Jamie was exceptionally professional from the outset. Of the electricians who quoted for the job he was the only one who spotted that there was an issue with earthing at the property.
