Neighbours were having solar panels installed and it was something we were considering. Really pleased that we went ahead and contacted Adam. He and his colleagues were easy to deal with and clearly knowledgeable about solar power. We are pleased with the instillation and it is all working well.

We had been thinking about solar for a while. Adam from Shine gave us all the info we needed to proceed and guided us through the installation process. All the guys involved were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased we went ahead and are already seeing a reduction in our energy bills even in the winter months.

Adam was very helpful in clearing up my questions about Solar Panels. Explained carefully and I didn’t feel any pressure to sign up.

Great experience with Adam at Shine Solar. From start to finish he was there to help and provide a fantastic service. Discussed the many options and was able to answer my countless questions. Fitting of the system was also done very well, and now the system is up and running and viewable on the App. Adam is also going to assist in speaking to our energy supplier to ensure we have the right tariff to benefit. Would deffo recommend!

Very happy with our installation. Very easy process from start to finish with Adam leading the technical assessment and survey. We asked to change specification but this was not a problem. It is obvious that the whole of the team are passionate about their products and services and this comes through in how they treat their customers. Even got to meet the Sales director as well as the CEO and they were equally animated about the product. We are now a couple of months post installation and it seems that we are matching the expected performance of the system. Adam has been consistent in his follow up and monitoring to make sure we had a smooth start to solar.

Adam was excellent explained everything really well, the price was the best quote I had received for a well known brand of solar panels and batteries, the app works really well, the guys that fitted it were clean and tidy friendly and explained everything really well. The system I got was for my business, I will be using them again soon for my house. Very impressed with the aftercare changing to another electricity supplier.

Discussing a solar panel and battery system with Adam from shine solar was a helpful process with a no pressure sales approach. I have learnt more about solar energy. The timing is not quite right for me to make the commitment currently. I will be happy to get to recommend them . Compared to other companies I spoke to at the time of looking. If I go ahead I will be using solar shine.

I had discussions with a salesman, a technical consultant and a director of Shine Solar. They listened to my initial and later revised wishes for my solar project and adapted their proposal accordingly. They genuinely wanted me to get the best quality and cost effective system possible. I particularly liked that they used realistic values for fuel costs, inflation and the discount rate used to calculate the financial projections such as payback time, ROI and NPV. Their electricity generation predictions were more conservative than several other companies proposals when normalised for the number and output rating of the panels proposed. In conclusion I thoroughly recommend Shine Solar.

I definitely recommend them, first solar panel installers that actually said that your place isn't ideal (something I thought as well, shadows from tall trees and such). We also had a thorough technical discussion, so in all very happy!

Spoke to Adam who explained what we needed and why and also went through many equations to work out cost vs savings truthful and honest and having several other solar companies which all seemed to rubbish previous quote Adam was honest enough to point out which of the other companies were offering the best in equipment and deal … I have no problem in recommending shine solar at all if you’re thinking of solar give them a call

We have just had our solar installation completed by Shine. A very seamless and painless experience. Electrical work completed one day, solar panels, inverters and batteries installed the next day and a half. The system was then up and running and saving us money. The guys were really helpful throughout the process. Work was done on time and the place left tidy. The best of four quotes we had as well. Sadly they weren’t able to organise the sun! Would highly recommend contacting them for a quote. ECB grant funding is currently available to support these types of project, along with potential local council funding as well, worth investigation.

You have to weigh up what you want? Quality over quantity is what I chose. They showed me my building plan on open solar and explained everything. When you have surveyors instead of suited sales people it fills you with confidence. Nigel left after submitting my plan with I will call in a week to touch base and not before unless you have any other questions. Thank you for your time. That sounds like the worst sales pitch but the best approach. I highly recommend the Shine team, everything they promised happened! Bills have dropped by 60%!

Fantastic company and very efficient if u dont mind the pun. The whole process start to finish was amazing and would highly recomend them. Even thinking of building a garden cabin just to get more roof space for more.

The team from Shine were more survey than sales with no pressure but more concerned about the right system for us. As a new business they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs from 1st meet with Adam (surveyor) to signing off after completion at the end of the project. They asked for referrals and was happy to oblige after the smooth transition promised and delivered.
