Asked for a quatation but no one bothered to get back to me. If only businesses would be honest and say they are too busy!!

James Electrics have offered us the worst appalling service we've ever received a job that was started in October 21, it was still outstanding in July 2022. An electrical contractor came back twice to continue the job, the last time was June 22 and realised they had forgotten to bring a light strip and measured up accordingly and was told the boss would ring back again to arrange for the completion of this outstanding job. Still nothing was heard, when we contacted the company once again we finally got through to the boss who had been on holiday and was told to find someone else to finish the job that they had already started. Unbelievable service! Best not to use their unreliable service! Stay away
