Terrible - did not follow process to install correctly, causing unnecessary delays. Horrible customer service and care. Do not choose them for appliance install or support Left family with medical conditions with no hot water or heating for days.

We had an electrician Scot Thomas carrying out works at our home on behalf of ISHA and we have to say his standard of work was brilliant and him himself such a lovely lovely young man it was a pleasure having him in our home. Thank You again Scot

Very poor customer services, incompetant and sarcastic management. This company lies to customers, operatives turn up at your property unannounced without warning. No letters confirming attending and when questioned FDH services become rude and sarcastic. This is a company to avoid!!! Dodgy!!

Heating has not been fixed for seven weeks and counting...Some of the worst responsiveness I have had to deal with. 2 months of no heating in the middle of winter is simply unacceptable, especially when the repair required is apparently straightforward
