My installation of panels & a Tesla battery went really well with completion towards the end of January this year. Bloom offer really good value for money. I have just had a RCB replacement which was carried out in no time by Eliott, who was professional & knowledgeable. The RCB is a Tesla issue & has no bearing on Bloom. Thank you.

I looked for a local small company, having received a deluge of unsolicited publicity from companies which I felt may not exist when issues arose after installation. Visiting reps from two other companies never came back. First discussions with Bloom helpful..and quotations laid out clearly in detail..would have liked info on grant availability and possibility of Planning permission. Thorough follow up site meeting. Phone calls always answered. Appreciate admin arrangements with MCS , DNO managed for me. Installation crew first class, taking time and care, available to discuss details and flexible. Installation within 4 days in spite of inevitable small issues on site. All in all a helpful, friendly and thoroughly competent. Functioning of system explained well. Essentially, feel confident that help will be there when needed. Disappointed that no European equipment offered as unhappy with unethically produced kit from Chinese companies and Tesla/American under current administration. Would like to see support for companies operating under shared system of values but understand Bloom must feel equipment and back up totally reliable.

Recommended I had 9 panels and Sigen 8kW battery installed in February. I chose Bloom because they were the most knowledgeable and gave detailed answers to questions. And price was reasonable, not quite the cheapest but some way below the most expensive. In particular they understood building regs approvals and were able to provide self certification for all parts of Building regs, not just electricals. Other suppliers were very vague on this point. When it came to installation communication was good, the site team were also excellent. Tidy, considerate and no problems at all. Wiring and installation is very neat. Post installation I got all the paperwork I was expecting. And the system works as expected

Great offer from Bloom Renewables for a Tesla Powerwall 3 installation. Harry came to see me. Very knowledgeable and happy to accommodate all my requirements for a tricky discreet install in a listed building. The installation team were superb. I had one concern about the position of the rather bulky isolation breaker. Instead of fobbing me off they sent a team out to move it to a more discreet location. What service! Great company to deal with, good communication throughout. Have already recommended them to a neighbour. The Powerwall 3 is also giving me such fun. I have switched energy suppliers and now get 6 hours overnight at 5p per unit. I charge the battery and have a load of smart switches to run towel rails, dehumidifiers, even ebike battery charging overnight. Washing machine and dishwasher too. I also have an old domestic hot water tank in my workshop, heated overnight by an immersion heater and I extract the heat during the day with a central heating pump through two plinth radiators. Should cut my electricity bill by 75 percent. My policy is to move as much as possible to the cheap overnight period and save the battery for things that have to run during the day. The battery seamlessly takes over during power cuts, rather comforting in the recent storms. If power cuts become more frequent in the future I will get Bloom Renewables to fit an extra battery.

The team at Bloom have now installed my solar system in 2 stages, totalling just over 9kW of generation. We went with the second stage because the initial installation worked so well, and delivers reliable generation even in the winter months. They have just installed a Tesla Powerwall 3, which has only been running for a week and is doing exactly as expected. We are running this system to supply a 11kW heat pump, and the combination of solar, battery, and heat pump is a very effective solution. When combined with a variable electricity tariff it means that our electricity bill will be very low, possibly negative - assuming we get a summer next year! The team at Bloom are very chilled out and just get on with the job - highly recommended.

Great experience from initial enquiry through to fitting and installation of our Solar, Battery and EV charger. Everyone I spoke to at Bloom was really friendly and helpful - Pete was patient whilst I decided what options to go for, Tim and the team liaised with my roofer seamlessly, the team working on the roof were brilliant, and Dave + the engineers did a great job doing all the electrical bits and explaining it in terms a lay person could understand. They were all also very patient and tolerant of my 'mardy' Labrador who thinks barking at everyone is great sport. Massive thank you to the whole team.

Absolutely brilliant!! With our previous inverter dead (12 years old from another company), I contacted Harry of Bloom Renewables this Tuesday. Rob came to inspect the following morning. We were given 2 options and chose one which involved an upgrade and a battery at a competitive price. 2 days later, electrician Dave came to do the installation. It started working that afternoon, with an online display showing what we are generating and storing. So glad we chose Bloom! A very big thank you from Mike & Val!!

After a successful installation on our home we invited Bloom to quote for an installation on the church's parish centre roof. Its been running for 16 months now and we are more than pleased with it. I acquired several quotes for my solar panels and battery installation but Bloom Renewables were the most professional and thorough in their approach when quoting. Their team of installers were very professional, knowledgeable and methodical. They kept me fully informed throughout and constantly checked with me if I had any preferences with each stage of the installation. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We had a set of PV panels which were installed over 10 years ago, causing a leak in the roof. We asked Bloom to remove the old panels so that the roof could be repaired, and to advise on reinstallation or replacement with new panels and a larger system including batteries. After useful meetings to discuss our situation and needs in detail, they set out various costed options in a largely intelligible way, and explained and advised clearly and sensibly. The work was done to time and with very little disruption; the work appears to be of good quality; there were no unexpected additional costs; and the system in now up and running and appears to be functioning as expected. So far, so good - many thanks.

All of the people from Bloom Renewables that we have interacted with were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. During our purchase process we modified the design a number of times as my knowledge of the possibilities of the solar/battery system improved. The Bloom team worked with us to get to a design that we are extremely happy with. The installation went seamlessly and the workmanship is to a high quality. I wanted additional panels on my garage roof. I contacted Bloom Renewables and found them to be knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. The installation team were excellent and all communications with the management and admin staff was polite and helpful. I can happily recommend them.

I had Bloom Renewables come out and survey my roof after another solar installer had fitted panels incorrectly. They provided me with a full report which ultimately helped me gain full compensation. I was impressed with how thorough and professional they were and my only regret was that I didn't use Bloom Renewables in the first place. If you want peace of mind and a professional service then I would highly recommend them.

The Apricot Centre is delighted with it's 60 PV Panels installed by Bloom Renewables last year. This has helped us to weather the challenging increases in energy charges as a business, and made us more resilient to some of the present difficulties faced by so many small businesses. 2 years ago we had 10 PV panels from Bloom Renewables. System: 12x420W panels & Tesla Powerwall. The team at Blooms are clearly passionate about bringing renewables into the mainstream. Rob's flexibility during the quoting process was excellent and Dave's workmanship on the final install was exemplary. The options presented to me and the use of OpenSolar to explain the system design and execution was great. Had a few issues with final delivery but Mark and the team sorted these out quickly and to a high standard. Would use again. Quoted price was mid-range and in keeping with competitors of similar size.

2 months now since Bloom Renewables installed 16 panels with GivEnergy 5KW inverter and 2 x 9.5KW batteries. Having been recommended by a neighbour, my experience with Bloom has been 1st class. Every interaction with everyone of the team, has been excellent, from pre-sales, survey, fitting, commissioning, admin & payments, and a few follow-up questions. Bloom also arranged for the scaffolding to stay up another 2 weeks, so I' was able to paint the chimney, clean moss off the roof, fix a gutter, and fit a SunTube too. I was especially re-assured by the T&C's of the contract and also the handover process and all the documentation I received. The service was so good, that the only feedback I had was in relation to vacuuming up the dust from the holes drilled for fitting the components to the garage wall. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. The Bloom team are highly skilled, and very thoughtful in all that they do. They delivered what was needed rather than “sold” to us and drew on their considerable depth of knowledge to work out the right system for us.
