Brilliant service, very accommodating to the work I was having done at the house. They're our go-to electricians for any work we need doing.

My requirements were not urgent and an appointment was made to suit my convenience. The electrician arrived at the agreed time and carried out the simple tasks quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and friendly, and I'll be very happy to use this company again.

First class service throughout all the work and certification. Polite and caring electricians, pleasant and polite. Great explanations about work required and work fulfilled. Telephone staff/receptionists are also wonderful, polite and courteous. Highly recommended company, would recommend to anyone and would happily employ again!

A superb experience with Trevor Wright electrical from start to finish. I needed an inspection carried on a holiday let property. They turned up on time, when expected and were clean and polite. The property needed some additional work and Rachel from the office was super helpful in providing the quotes and arranging for them to be carried out in a timely manner. An unbelievably positive experience from start to finish . Ordering was quick and easy with helpful staff .6 weeks quicker and £100 cheaper than Octopus ( for the same equipment) Fitting was carried out on time , and he made an excellent neat, tidy, professional job. Installed an EV Charger for me. Helped me choose the right product and fitted in a couple of hours. Fitter was courteous and cleared up any mess. Provided at a competitive price too. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Trevor Wright Electrical today. I had the misfortune of drilling trough a cable but a quick phone call to the office and Danny was with me within 1/2 hour. Danny was polite, courteous and extremely efficient. He soon had the wall chopped out and made access to the cable to make the repair. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, highly recommend and first class service all round.

Be very careful to ensure you receive a written quote before proceeding with work with this company. We received our invoice and it seemed that the figures had been plucked out of the air. The electrician who attended our property was polite and professional but the correspondence received from the office staff is not so. The work was overpriced. I feel totally taken advantage of. I would not recommend them at all.

A 92 year old relative had an accident when her bed caught and broke the double 13 amp socket. This could have been potentially dangerous. I contacted TWE and spoke to Rachel who was very pleasant and extremely helpful, she contacted one of the companies electricians who was working in the area and within a half an hour he had attended, assessed the problem and sorted it there and then. It immediately put the elderly lady at ease and re- assured me as i live some 60 miles away. The lady said the electrician who attended was very polite, caring and did the repair without fuss and very quickly - so an individual thank you to Rachel, the young electrician and Trevor Wright Electrical a very professional service at reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend this local company in the Wroxham Area. Thank you.

Job was to run electrical supply (across my loft and then underground) to new garage and workroom, fit zappi vehicle charging point, sockets and lighting. Came when they said they would, did everything as promised, and left the site in a neat condition. Very very happy with the result and I highly recommend Trevor Wright Electrical.

VERY IMPRESSED!!! I would definitely recommend this company!! Matt electrician was an absolute star on 2 occasions. One a wiring job and another emergency call out. Everything explained in detail both visits, his help and advise was greatly appreciated. Ashley completed lots of electrical jobs in my new home, he really took pride in the job he done , he worked hard to ensure he did it to my high expectations and this showed in the result. We needed a complete rewire of our old property and were very impressed by the quality of work and standard of service. The two electricians, Ashley and Ryan, were highly knowledgeable and professional and at the same time friendly and approachable. As a result we now have safe, up to date wiring that we don't have to worry about.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We received a very reasonable quote for a full rewire on our home due to very old electrics. We then got booked in with very little wait. The two lads that came to do the job were absolutely fantastic they were very tidy while working and took pride in there work. I personally can be a bit of an awkward customer as I like things done nice and would much rather pay a little more for a good job but I can honestly say I had absolutely no issues and would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends or family.
