I needed a Storage battery system connecting to my consumer unit and a basic EV charging point. Great service, Simon is a lovely lad went through all my options, quotes, etc. Ben who did the job was polite, efficient and professional, brilliant all certified and completed the National Grid paperwork. I'm an old mither pot, but they were both patient with me.

I instructed ST Electrics for an EICR. The initial response was within 24 hours after leaving a message on their website, the service was booked within two weeks, and then a report was returned to me in full detail after only 5 working days once the service was completed. Without even needing to ask, they provided an optional quote for all of the found issues. This quote was a very respectable price and I was impressed at the easy-to-use system to accept/deny/download quote information. The communications I had with ST Electrics' team was formal and polite across the board. Nothing is better than professionals you can contact easily. They are clearly very hard workers, and their results show that from a mile off! I would highly recommend them and I certainly feel happy returning to them again.

With all the choice out there including the likes of Octopus and EON it was a minefield finding a company to install my EV charger as you hear some nightmare stories. That said so pleased that I picked ST Electrics, from the first engagement with Tyler over what’s app to a site visit from Simon and install done by Ben the service was professional from start to finish. Would recommend to friends and family and will not hesitate in using again in the future.

It's been a while since my electrics were looked at (years) and after Simon came for an emergency shower repair we discussed. Wanted a full electrical check, a new fuse box and works to be completed for any faults identified. Full electrical check, followed by the work and fuse box and a further visit for the inevitable works. Everything is explained well, options given were understandable and my opinion listened to. The engineers (Ben and Ben) were courteous and unobtrusive, just got on with it and came to discuss any issues. They took great pride in their stuff including the work and the cleaning up with afterwards. The office were great in making suitable appointments around some personal circumstances and appreciated Tyler contacting me the day before appointments for a reminder they hadn't forgotten just as much as I hadn't. Prices were very reasonable considering that I had two engineers on site for a few days, and quotes were all provided with full breakdown before works agreed. Really happy to recommend the company.

Simon and his team where absolutely amazing. Came to fit a new downlight and rewire a ceiling light in our dining room. The service was exceptional and we will be using ST electrics again in the future. Communication about the job was excellent and they were on time and tidy. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

We recently searched for an Electrician in Northampton and were extremely happy we decided to call ST Ltd. They agreed to quote and actually do the work the same day if agreeable and also come when it was convenient to us! Simon and his team added some solar panels to our existing system and upgraded the battery and inverter to bring it more up to date. We have used ST Electrics before and have always found Simon to be very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process, from obtaining quotes, discussing options and installation and beyond. Would definitely recommend ST Electrics Ltd to others. Had a hybrid three pin EV charger socket installed. From initial contact through to quotation with Tyler, then installation with Ben was excellent. Competitive prices. Would like to say that Ben the electrician that installed, was on time on the day of installation, extremely professional, included me in all aspects of the installation and was very courteous, cleaning up us he went along. St Electrics is a superb company when it comes to electrics. We ventured out into a brave new world of solar panels, batteries and inverter and as newbies we had little knowledge, except we knew it was the right thing to do. What a minefield and a whole new vocabulary to learn! We were very cautious and got several quotes. When Simon arrived on the scene, we knew we were in good hands. He,gently and patiently answered all our questions on site and on the phone. We agreed a fair price and a date. Simon kept to his word. He and the team turned up promptly and politely set about their work. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and worked diligently until the work was completed. The neighbours were impressed and so were we. VERY! No worries about the after sales service- we have tested it! All guaranteed too! So if you’re thinking about it, just do it. We have no regrets and we are sure you won’t too!

Simon was quick to respond to a faulty charge socket for our hybrid car. He visited identified the issue and fixed it very quickly. I have used ST Electrical on several occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a great professional team.
