Net-Eco - very professional, great installation

Net-Eco were recommended to us by a good friend. Bradley and his team delivered on the promise! Bradley spent a couple of site visits, with me, discussing various options until settled on a solution that works for us. The installation team were courteous and professional and ensured I understood how the system worked upon commisioning. In parallel, Saskia and the team progressed the relevant details with the electricity company so that I can receive SEG payment (although it hasn't been sunny enough yet - lol!) I had received a software update that prevented the battery charging overnight - Bradley worked with Foxess until this issue was resolved.

Great Team, Great Work

From the first call, to site visit, to the installation and the after install questions, the whole team provided a professional service. They were flexible on choice of EV charger install and location of the Givenergy battery. There were a number of issues during the installation, but with short conversations these were all resolved. The installers were tidy and polite and did a great job.

Highly recommended

Net Eco gave very sound advice (Brad was great). The installation team were so helpful and efficient. There was no delay in installing the system and the men worked hard (special shout for Ben). Brad came round after the system was in to explain it further and help us use the app. Would definitely recommend.

From the start N-E Chippenham, have been excellent. From the installation, the additional panels a month later and today with some trouble shooting of a TPW3 they have answered calls and emails with efficiency and speed. The benefit of having a local supplier cannot be under estimated. 5 stars, keep it up 👍

Excellent Service

I thought Net-Eco were a very professional and knowledgeable firm to deal with. The whole experience from initial discussions on the type of unit, right through to and including the installation, was all first class. I really like how approachable and open to questions Bradley is. With new technology there are always things you need clarification on and Bradley has all the answers. Good after sales support is also provided. Great firm to deal with and competitively priced too. I will definitely deal with them in the future should I need a further installation and I thoroughly recommend them.

They say ,"Switch - its easy!" Really? BT to Gigaclear was ok until we realised that we lost our anti-virus and had to pay for another, then we lost the battery pack app to the grid and the makers were unable to repair their own equipment BUT recommended a man that could - Brad of Net-Eco. 5 minutes on his mobile and all was restored. How about that! Brilliant = happy me & happy wife & happy export account. Have a happy Christmas Brad.

Excellent experience

The team at Net-Eco did not undertake the final supply of PV/Battery on our property as we used someone else with a personal connection, however throughout the process of designing a system and forming a comparable quotation they were exemplary in their professionalism, as such we can highly recommend them. In particular they demonstrated flexibility in the custom design process, clear understanding of our particular needs and eagerness to provide the most efficient and cost effective option and work with the newest technology (including sodium ion batteries). Unlike some suppliers, there was no hint of hard sell, obfuscation or empty promises. Just plain, reliable electrical competence. Highly recommend!

We had exceptional service from Bradley Whitham today: knew his job inside out, gave us confidence and can't thank him enough. Highly recommend his company for Solar Panels and maintenance.

From the outset, our contact with Net-Eco has been fun. My background is in tech, and Brad was brilliant, explaining all the technical aspects to us better than I could to my wife. We transitioned quickly from order to installation. Enter Charlie and new starter Alfie (not that you would know). Alfie handled the internal solar inverter fit. Without being asked, he removed his shoes, as did Charlie when checking on Alfie. Clearly, both care about customers. Alfie didn’t mention the wasps, even, turns out we have a nest in the loft. I only found out when asked to pair the inverter to our network. Meanwhile, Charlie was working in the garage to install a battery, an inverter, an EV charger and a changeover switch. There were a couple of extra problems, which were handled perfectly by the team at no additional cost to us. Thank you, Net-Eco, for the free proper earthing point. The installation was tidy and the work area was left spotless. Thank you both. By now, with the extra work, it was getting late. Rather than keeping Carlie and Alfie (they had offered), Brad suggested that he come back to train us. So glad he did. We now have four apps that could control how the system works. Brad reduced those to two: Fox for the house and Zappi for the car. Without his guidance, I would not have managed to set them all correctly, and I work in IT. Happy days. A pleasure to do business with Net-Eco. 😊

I asked Net Eco to look at why my system was not delivering hot water to my property. The system is quite complex and as a new homeowner I had little to offer as guidance in what was connected to which part of the property and how the component part were meant to function. Joe, Net Eco employee was super helpful in taking charge of this and running with it. He was thorough, patient and knowledgeable in tracking down parts, installing what was needed, identifying many faults from elderly equipment and replacing what needed to be replaced. He did not give up until the job was complete. I recommend him and Net Eco very highly for their professionalism and courtesy

Had an air source heat pump fitted. Installers were incredible. They were very diligent and made the additional plumbing look like a work of art. Kept the mess to a minimum and always cleaned up after each day. Very friendly and were nice enough to move the heat bump to a safer area after it was initially installed. I would highly recommend Net-Eco to anyone looking for a ground/air heat source pump or solar panels. Great job.

The prep and planning was excellent with all our queries and questions answered promptly and clearly - important as we are not especially 'tech-minded'. The options for the cabling between roof, inverter/battery, meter and fusebox were clearly outlined and we had a useful discussion on the best option for us and our property. The implementation team were efficient and courteous and completed the work on schedule with a clear outline of the system, operation of the App, etc. Would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of installing a solar system.

New PV and Battery System

I contacted Net-Eco via a recommendation after having a bad experience with another PV company. Lewis called over to discuss what I was hoping to achieve and explained how I could reduce my annual electricity costs by installing PV panels on my garage and main roof whilst storing excess production in a new battery system. He calculated I could reduce my annual electricity costs by around 50% over the year and I am confident this calculation will be fairly accurate given I have already seen a 60% reduction in my running costs over the first 3 weeks of the system being live. Am now also exporting excess power to the grid and seeing some return for this also. Something very satisfying when you produce your own electricity, especially given the volatility around energy costs.

Professional solar system installation at competitive price

From start to finish, the whole process of planning, installing and now generating from my 18 panel solar system was seamless. Lewis, Ryan, Saskia provided great support planning the system, whilst Tom, Dan and the team cracked on and had the installation completed without any fuss within a day and a half. A special mention to the Net-Eco scaffolders who in particular had the scaffolding down before the arrival of Storm Darragh. Well done guys.

I can't rate Net-Eco highly enough, a very professional experience from start to finish. A professional quote with no pushy sales, Lewis offered good advice of inverters and batteries and we agreed the best solution for my needs. Great order process experience in a short time period. Scaffold up the day before install, and removed the day after completion. The 4 man team onsite very professional, tidy and respectful of the property. Cables routed in a agreed tidy manner. Full explanation of operation before they left. Ideal completion in November to hit two good sunlight days to generate 30kw. Unlike others I experienced with inflated prices and one time only deals on the doorstep that were still not a deal. You will not find better, give them a call.

Very rarely send reviews but feel I have to here. Net Eco were just brilliant from start to finish. From when I first contacted Lewis and discussed the requirements with him, then Saskia in the operations was excellent at answering all my queries and helping me along. To the installers who were first class. They came on time, did an amazing job. The 2 guys who fitted the panels on the roof were spot on, very tidy job and the the guys that connected the equipment up were not only friendly, professional but the job they did was spotless, really tidy and explained everything with me really well. I asked for a couple of changes along they way and they accommodated these with no issues. I was looking at solar for a few years and waited to find the right time and glad I did. I have no hesitation at all in recommending these guys and after only one day I can see I am making savings. Thank you for everything you have done.
