Initially I was happy with the install…

Initially I was happy with the install until people started pointing problems such as exposed copper on the wiring, two rcbo's of the wrong type and rating on the feed, RCBO in a plastic junction box by the main meter etc. I've had numerous issues with the setup tripping out and I've attempted to contact Dave at GE National for the past three months. He popped round to look (for a couple of minutes) then said he'd be back in a week or two. This was over a month ago and they are now ignoring phone calls and messages. As another review stated they are happy and chatty whilst they are taking your money but if you have any issues down the line it all goes to nothing. I posted a few reviews elsewhere with pictures of the work.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. If there's anything wrong with the solar installation it's impossible to get them back to fix it. Been waiting 4 months now for them to sort out a faulty battery that went wrong just over 2.5 years after purchase. They offered to visit for an extortionate fee just to tell me what I already know, not even to replace the battery. They didn't even seem to know what battery I had even after telling them multiple times, and sending pictures.

Solar - I cannot fault this company

I cannot fault this company, their presales not at all pushy and answered all questions this solar newbie threw at them. They arrived on time and it was just a well oiled machine. By 11:15 we were running the household power via the batteries and by 15:00 hours we were up and running drawing our power from the sun. So many thanks to David and his team and to Gill in the office.
