Great company, Lovely staff

L4 Area. My experience with Bell group has been amazing! Everything has ran smoothly with my new kitchen and ive been updated every step of the way. Ellie has been on the ball the whole time, calling texting and visiting to make sure everything is as planned. Ian has always answered any questions or queries i have had while the engineers have been in my home, couldnt ask for a better team they work really well together, really trustworthy and get the job done. Thank you Ian & Ellie & Bell Group for all your hard work, would definitely recommend.

Ian from the kitchen project has been lovely

My experience with bell wasn’t good to begin with I was waiting over a month for good communication and a plan for my kitchen to get finished. Ian has been great keeping me updated coming to see the problems and sorting most himself whilst he was there he has been lovely and the fact I have answers when I’m asking questions is great. If you need your kitchen doing I think these are the go to now. Thanks Ian

Just had a new kitchen fitted from bell…

Just had a new kitchen fitted from bell group, work has been perfect. Joiner, plumber, tiler. Floor fitter and plasterer All have done brilliant jobs. I read some reviews about this company, which weren't good, with some reviews saying noone answering phone from bell group, however this was not my experience, my kitchen liaison officer Ellie has communicated with me exceptionally. she has gone above and beyond, communicating with me even outside hours, sending me clear instructions of what would be happening each day and time, always there addressing anything I contacted her about. Kitchen looks really great. Really happy with everything, so I would absolutely recommend this company

I would like to thank Ellie for helping me with a few problems I had. when you ring Ellie she trys her hardest to help you. She is a pleasant and nice girl to talk to.

New kitchen

Kitchen got put in pretty quickly and job was done really well. All workers were really polite and have done a really good job. Really happy with the end result 😊 Ellie was really helpful and on the end of the phone when I needed any help or had any questions too 😊

WCHG sent these cow boys to my garden

WCHG sent these cow boys to my garden. After they left two well established 3½ ft lemon cypruss conifers were left snapped . I checked my ring footage and to my supprise one of the cow boys has used his hand to lean and move the main branch at a 90 degree angle, to be able to paint behind it, snapping it in the process, then they did it to my other conifer at the other side of the flower bed, these conifers are uselees now, and will no longer grow any taller.. These guys have no respect. I will be pursuing compensation via complaints, and if need be court action if WCHG doesn't resolve the issues.

Kitchen install

Kitchen install : Walton. Each and every contractor that played their part in this kitchen installation left it clean/tidy & were polite & professional. I was made aware in advance of the works to be carried out, as well as the day to day schedule of which trades were in on what day (so helpfull) Top quality kitchen thank you guys/girls Absolutely flawless 10/10 Well done Bell👍

Great service

All the lads & ladies on site were great! Painter was singing his head off bringing life to our home while he worked. Communication has been amazing, I was kept up to date daily. Everyone has went above and beyond! Love my kitchen. Liverpool Walton area, I have dealt with Mick, Chris plumber, Ellie and Ian

Hi hello This bell group start kitchen work from 21-10-25 until now not completed, left inside our property lot of rubbish and electric job of kitchen not finished also 3 cupboard left in floor not fitted very poor service.

Ignorance from Bell Group

So Bell Group asked me to email them (so I did) 8 weeks have passed and not a dicky bird back from them!!! They are still Ghost Recruiting too - as they haven’t been able to prove that they aren’t!!

We recently had refurbishment works carried out by Buston and Maughan, overseen by Bell Group on behalf of Home Housing. As part of this, a new bathroom was fitted. Unfortunately, within just four weeks, we experienced three separate leaks: one from the toilet and two from the bath. The leaks from the bath were particularly serious, as water came through the downstairs ceiling on two different occasions. Despite four separate visits from Buston and Maughan, each time we were reassured the issue had been resolved—yet the problems persisted. During the third visit, one of their plumbers completely smashed the bath side panel and attempted to “repair” it with silicone, which was completely unacceptable. On the final visit, I insisted that Denise and Ian from the Bell Group attend to inspect the work. They were visibly appalled by the standard of workmanship and, to their credit, acted swiftly and professionally to put things right. Although work is still ongoing, the communication and follow-up from Denise and Ian have been excellent. However, based on our experience, I would strongly advise avoiding Buston and Maughan if you want a job done properly. A quick look at their Google reviews will tell you everything you need to know.

Liars

Booked in to have all our windows replaced today (29th September) me and my husband have had to book the day off work. Also Had to prepare all the house and the outside so window fitters have easy access to the windows inside and out. Normally the company that BELL group have sourced, arrive at your property bright and early ready to start. Well… I waited until 8:30am no one had showed up yet so I ring HOME Group up to find out where the window fitters are, as I have had no phone call with updates at all. Only to be told there was no mention nor slot booked in for me! BELL GROUP have screwed up yet again! They seem to like lying to you about when work will be carried out yet don’t turn up or lie saying no one was at the property to let the workers carry out the job even though we have a ring camera for the evidence that no one turned up! Absolutely disgustingly run company. I have had no phone call or text message from them at all! I have had to chase them around!

Iv just had my front door done today until they left I didn't see the state of the mess they left me in pj the manager said after me telling him before the job was started iv just had all new carpets done and decorated I need a nice job the manager who turned up to help was not only rude telling me do u guys mind me watching in my own home proberly didn't want me to see how bad it really was but couldn't do the job to save his life and the discusting work was shocking I wish I could upload photos as no one in the right mind who entertain the quality of this rubbish work that orbit paid bell to do for shame on u guys for leaving this job in such a mess belverdere kent
