We began working with Aztec about a year ago while exploring potential partners for a solar installation. From the outset, Aztec demonstrated exceptional diligence, they responded promptly and professionally to every request, making the early stages of the project seamless. We were particularly impressed with their final design proposal, which thoughtfully incorporated all the nuances needed to keep our roof space functional and safe. We settled on a massive install of over 1,700 panels over two roof spaces. Once the project began in earnest, we were assigned two project managers, Lewis and David, who were both fantastic to work with. They established a clear, detailed timeline and kept us informed every step of the way. Our site posed some logistical challenges due to its busy operations, but Aztec handled these superbly. They worked closely with us to ensure we could continue operating throughout the installation without disruption. At no point did we feel uncertain about what was happening or what to expect. The project was completed on schedule and to a very high standard. We’re extremely pleased with the results. Aztec’s aftercare has also been excellent — when we faced challenges with the solar inverters connecting to our network, their team was quick to help us resolve them. Overall, our experience with Aztec has been overwhelmingly positive. Communication was clear and consistent, the installers were professional and respectful of our site rules, and the project managers kept us fully updated throughout. Even when issues arose, they were handled swiftly and collaboratively, with open communication that made problem-solving easy. If we choose to expand our onsite generation in the future, Aztec will undoubtedly be at the top of our list. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work!

Just had 124 PVs installed by Aztec, I can't fault them in anyway a first class installation quick, precise and very neat. Would have no hesitation to recommend Aztec for future works.

Statutory Support Services (UK) Limited engaged Aztec to provide the design, installation and maintenance of a large number of properties all over the UK including Northern Ireland. From the initial meeting their partnership approach was clear to see. They used their technical knowledge of the products coupled with detailed site surveys to produce the most suitable systems for all the businesses giving maximum payback and minimising disruption to the ongoing operations. After 3 months of the system they installed not working properly, and us getting external help to sort. An e-mail to staff copying us in, The Client,……saying, “ lets move on to the next Gin swigging customer”!!! You decide …….

One review says the after sales service is terrible. It’s actually not existent! Completely useless and the only assistance they offer on a post-installation problem is an offer to attend site at a cost of £750 + VAT.

After care service is terrible, they make appointments and don't attend and then they stop communicating completely useless.
