Always impressed with KDE,nothing seems too much trouble. Both plumbing and electrical work being completed at our property-few problems identified but soon put right. Jonathan (Richards),thanks for sorting the problem the other day with the sockets 👍 KDE has been my ‘go-to’ option for anything electrical or plumbing related and they have always been very accommodating regarding times and work days, Reliable,efficient and value for money. Despite a few problems with the job at first, they were sorted out without a fuss. I have used KDE several times both electrical and plumbing. They are always reliable unlike some others. Would I recommend? , of course.

This is the second time I have used KDE, first time was to rewire my Mum & Dads Kitchen to its own ring main and this time to repair a boiler thermostat/wireless receiver. I find the KDE Team easy to communicate with, guys onsite are friendly and get the job done as per the quote. Thankyou.

I’ve had a new vanity unit in the bathroom fitted by Juan. He did a brilliant job in a short time. I’m delighted with it.

This week it was the Electricians turn to do work on my dad's house. There for 8am ( as promised by KDE). Worked solidly ensuring the electricity was cut for the minimum of time. Both Kevin Miles & Harry Pendlebury(apprentice) were very courteous, heard Kevin giving direction to Harry & his reasons why he would do something in a certain way which would only help in Harry's education as an Electrical Engineer. Both men engaged in conversation with my family with Kevin explaining to us all, but mainly for my dad's sake, what he was doing during the upgrade in a particular way. Poor electricians had a problem at the end of the 1st day as a socket kept tripping the system but a temporary solution was put in place. My dad was more than happy with his suggestions and as a company KDE has delivered 100%. It may be that the company might be dearer than others but the fact that they do a 'whole package' was a plus in all our eyes.

After being let down by another plumbing company, it was with sheer delight that I found KDE! They came when they said they would, they fix the problem, serviced the boiler and left it in much better shape than when they arrived. Even better, Arron mopped the floor before he left (it had been leaking for a number of days!) and emptied the bucket that was catching most of it too. So pleased with the entire experience from booking to repair. Thanks again!

Had 2 occasions this week to ring KDE for Emergency help. The first was at our Scouts HQ and we had 27 beaver scouts in the building.. the fire alarm was sounding. I arrived and managed to stop the alarm and did a visual of the whole building. AOK. But could not stop the panel lights from flashing. I rang KDE (1840) and explained the problem at 1917 a KDE technician arrived and after 8 mins or so sorted the problem. He said all good now but would arrange for a full check on the system first thing in the morning by the Fire Alarm engineers at KDE….

KDE once again came to our aid as our boiler was leaking and I did try other plumbing organisations locally but they were so unhelpful and I forgot KDE did plumbing as I had always used them for electrical issue!!! Never again, I won't think of anyone else. Aaron was efficient, clean and tidy and knew straight away the problem and fixed it. As a home with disabled residents heating is crucial and KDE sorted us out quickly with one rather frantic phone call THANK YOU

I can't believe the amount of positive reviews this company has received, given the stories I've heard. If I could give zero starts for this company I would. We've received absolutely appalling service from their back office staff. I will point out that all the engineer's that came to the property were not at fault and actually went above and beyond for us, knowing our personal circumstances. We first contacted KDE in September based on their customer reviews due to a issue with our waste pipe meaning we had no access to a toilet. An engineer came out and determined what work needed to be done and an appointment was booked for while we were away to ensure minimal disruption. Upon coming to the property, it was confirmed that the work could not be completed because the company they use to remove the asbestos pipe had double booked. Thankfully my dad was able to come back the following day. The engineers were not able to complete the work again because of the asbestos company and had to come back on the Saturday to at least ensure we had a working toilet. Another appointment was booked for the following week for the work to be completed. The toilet was put back into place, but not sealed, the remaining pipe that we paid for was not installed and we have a whole in the wall surrounding the pipe which we expected to be filled in, not just left. We raised this with KDE but heard nothing further until they decided we owed them more money. We explained the work had not been completed and they told us it would be looked into and someone would come back to us. They failed to do this. They've now contacted us again threating action if no payment is made. Why should we pay for work that has not been completed? Would you?

Just had a replacement central heating system and boiler. Fantastic workmanship along with friendly and polite workmen. Left everywhere clean and tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. One very happy customer.

We have used KDE multiple times over the years and have been perfectly satisfied; this time was no exception. Removal of three radiators was completed to our satisfaction. Thanks Luke C.

Ed and Dan have just replaced five radiators for us. They worked really hard and did a great job. They arrived on time, communicated well and best of all, left the house tidy. The whole process was very efficient; from calling the help line to completion. Highly recommended.

Thanks KDE Ltd for servicing my heating boiler again so it's safe to use for another 12 months. Friendly, approachable staff, reasonably priced & always do a great job!

Aaron came on Monday and found a small leak in the system causing a pressure drop in the boiler to a speedfit joint upstairs. He came back on Thursday and replaced the section of pipework with suitable fittings as pipework as it was a steel pipe. Aaron did an excellent job in about 2 hrs and completed the repair thank goodness and was genuinely very polite and considerate. So thank you Aaron and KDE (again!).

Boiler failed overnight, I called at 9am, they fitted me in early afternoon. The engineers fixed the problem quickly and cheerfully, and also made some tweaks to the external vent which will improve combustion in future. Excellent service.

I needed replacement mixer taps in kitchen along with bathroom basin taps, which I had purchased before booking visit. This was not a problem, Paul arrived on time, called me 10 mins before arrival. Job completed with no fuss, very professional and left no mess. Would always recommend KDE I have used them for over 20 years and haven't had any reason to complain. Keep up the great standard of work.

I highly recommend KDE. The service I have received from them recently has been exceptional. I needed some outside lighting installed on my garden fence posts, complete with switches, as well as outdoor sockets. The professionalism of the electrician who did the work (Jim) was superb. He worked hard for the best part of 2 days and ensured the installation was neat, and with cables concealed where possible, so that the end finish was as good as it could be. There was a minor snag when it was all completed, which was genuinely unforeseen. Jim returned as soon as it was reported and quickly resolved it. What more can you ask for! I am extremely happy with the professionalism, workmanship, and customer service I have received from KDE and I would not hesitate to use them again!
