Excellent service from Empire Electrical Innovations. My EV charger point location is 30mts from our property and William attended and offered several options for the cabling. Great company went above n beyond. Very patient with delays from other builders which held them up but was very flexible and totally understanding and even came back a day early to get their works finished. Would highly recommend great lads great job and good price.

Claud upgraded our old fuse box to a modern consumer unit as well as upgrading our cooker circuit and installed our new range cooker. He was very knowledgable and explained everything really well beforehand so we really understood what needed to be done. He made a couple of recommendations which means our house is now future proof for any remodelling we decide to do. Really reasonable and clear pricing. We have a few more electrical items in need of an upgrade and will certainly be booking him again.

Arrived on time which is a big thing, removed electric radiator as requested and installed new plug. All tested and very professional, will hire again.

After an initial visit to assess the work required to install 3 outdoor sockets in my garden, I received a very good quotation and I decided to proceed with Empire Electrical Innovation Ltd as they gave me the impression of being really competent. On the day we agreed on, Claud kept me updated of a slight delay he was having due to the morning traffic which turned out to only be 10 minutes. The work was done as initially agreed and Claud was able to advise on the best way of doing the installation and he managed to accomodate my requests and needs. I am extremely happy to have accepted their quotation as the work was completed with no issues and with a very good quality and attentions to the details. Highly recommended.
