CRE we're engaged by my landlord to install a bathroom fan from scratch in the flat that I rent from them. Communication from CRE for the survey and ahead of the install was brilliant, clear and concise. On the day of the installl I returned home from work to a professionally installed fan, with the bathroom as clean as when I left it. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and treat customers homes with care and respect. I would recommend CRE for any Electrical work that you may need.

Phoned CRE electricians..spoke to Chris after the power went out when he who must be obeyed put the screw driver where he shouldnt. Couldn't get the lecky on, flicked the switches but still in darkness. This kind and considerate sparky talked us through the process of getting the power back on..No charge.He will be in my phone for future reference.Thankyou

After losing hot water and heating on Christmas Eve, Aqua Heating and Plumbing arranged for an electrician to attend at very short notice. The electrician identified the issue as an electrical fault (a neutral earth problem affecting the boiler) and put a safe temporary solution in place by installing a plug and extending the power supply to the nearest socket. This restored both heating and hot water to my house. Given the timing, I was extremely grateful for how quickly Aqua Heating and Plumbing coordinated the visit and for the electrician’s calm, professional approach in diagnosing and resolving the issue. Excellent service all round — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again for the permanent fix.

CRE sent an electrician quickly who was very friendly and soon found the problem with the fused power supply to our alarm system and rectified it. We will definitely use them again.

I had CRE recommended to me and am so pleased that I gave them a call. Chris provided a quote and I booked in a visit, only to remember a couple of extra things I needed doing. I messaged Chris who replied quickly to confirm these could be done at the same time, no problem. I was delighted to find Jade was doing my job – a female electrician is surely a great asset to the company! She was really friendly, very professional and didn’t mind me taking a look at what she was doing. I was very pleased with the day’s work and feel confident that I now have a trusted electrician in my list of contacts!

Chris was polite and very helpful and also professional. He advised me on what could be done and what should be done. He worked efficiently and finished the jobs quickly and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who needed work done.

We have used CRE for many years for all electrical work from maintenance repairs, installation or safety checks. The whole process from booking in the appointment to carrying out the work and then receiving the job report and invoice or quotation is so easy and takes the stress away having to chase as a customer. CRE Electricians Ltd recently did a full install on our new extension, their workmanship, productivity and professionalism were excellent. I would highly recommended CRE they have been the best contractors we have dealt with on the extension build. Today (05.07.25) Chris CRE came out at short notice to fix our incoming supply following a powercut - which is brilliant customer service. All in all, CRE are the best contractor I have dealt with either domestically or professionally.

Outstanding service. We had an issue with our washing machine and called in the afternoon. They responded quickly and sent an electrician within a few hours — incredibly fast! The technician was friendly and professional, and the repair was completed the same day. Highly recommend!

CRE came to see us on short notice to fix an electrical issue on the machine circuit. Simply astonishing service. A main fuse went on the feed to our Factory, it took everything out. A call to CRE and they had an engineer with us in an hour, who replaced the damaged equipment thank goodness we called them. We had been 24 hours without power and our electricity provider could neither diagnose nor solve the problem. Our landlord finally sent our Chris from CRE Electricians who identified the issue in minutes and went and got parts and had our power back on within the hour. Chris was clearly very experienced, and competent, worked hard, and I’m so grateful!
