Rob and his team installed our solar panels, battery and eddi in Dec 2023. They did a brilliant job. Sept 2025 I had new router and couldn't connect the givenergy inverter. Rob noticed my problem and came out to fix it at no cost! What excellent customer care. I would highly recommend Climate Force.

Superb fault-finding from Rob. He worked out that our 3-year old inverter was faulty and then organised a new one straight away from the manufacturer Sofar Solar. Very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended!

Climate force team - Rob, have been brilliant. Right from the get go, providing options for the new install (as not all panel are alike, and switching to different ones to get even better performance after the initial quote), explaining how it all works (as can be very confusing to the unnitiated), providing a detailed quote (explaing yield and costs and making sure its worth the value), visiting the construction site several times (to make sure that during the install everything was going to go smoothly). During the install for the panels, and battery, everything went smoothly. Explained how the app works, and giving advice what utility tarrif works best which itself can be confusing. Even months after, when I wanted some help with getting more data from the app, Rob responsed very quickly. We were a little nervous about Solar install, as heard about many cowboys out there. I am very happy to say that Climate Force took great care of us, and absolutely would recommend them.

My 12 year old Solar panels stopped working and I was lucky enough to find Rob. He is very knowledgable, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problems, planned, explained clearly what he intended to do at each stage and kept within the reasonably estimated costs. Have had solar panels for 10 years when they stopped working. I could not find anyone to come out and sort out the problem until I found Rob and Climate Force. I highly recommend Climate Force following the installation of 12 solar panels, inverter and batteries onto a bespoke Pergola in my garden. Rob and his team are highly knowledgable and professional and worked hard to get the right system for my needs. I contacted a few Solar Panel installers prior to choosing Climate Force and found their costs were competitive but most importantly everything was explained clearly and the level of service was exceptional.
