Everything about about Will and his team at AVS was excellent everything was explained in great detail about the system and our requirements.The installation it self was carried out with great professionalism even to the extent the cables were hidden behind downpipes so you could not seem them kept informed throughout installation . Very clean and tidy job from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Will and his AVS team to any one .

Will and team installed a myenergi Zappi Glo EV charger and a Libbi 10kWh battery for load-shifting. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience, professionalism, punctuality, eagerness to assist and neatness of work. Happy to recommend. If we decide to get PV in the future, they will be our first preference.

Will and his team were fantastic! Hardworking, clean and quick - the application, installation and commissioning were done on schedule and communication was excellent. AVS Southwest obviously take pride in their work and all the electrics, wiring and various clamps look very neat and the team were careful to clean up at the end of every day. Would highly recommend.

We obtained several quotes from national, regional and local solar panel installers and chose AVS as their quote was competitive and on our request they fully explained the contents of the quote. The installation was carried out to a very high standard(including the excellent Groundworks) and the team were fantastic. Very attentive, courteous and nothing was too much trouble! Will, Tim and team were amazing. Well informed communication, with prompt responses to questions, and the work was completed in a timely manner to an excellent standard. Thorough quotation provided, and follow up email post completion explained and had attached all we needed. Can thoroughly recommend and it's a good saving to take advantage of the no VAT currently. We had 10 panels, 10kWh battery, and an Eddi (hot water diverter)

After receiving several quotes for solar panels we chose AVS as they were the least "salesy", really knew their profession and the kit well, and the price offered was excellent value. Also, they do the work themselves and do not subcontract out so if there is a problem we won't have the complications of tracking down and dealing with a sub-contracting firm (a difficult problem many people have!). The information we gained during our initial conversation was far better than any of the other businesses we spoke to which gave us complete confidence. We are really pleased with the installation, it was quick and they have done a really tidy job. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thoroughly professional service-

Will & Tim installed our solar panels, battery and EV charger in June 2023, they initially came on-site to quote and discuss (most companies only do solar quotes without visiting). Initially I was interested in a different brand of inverter & battery but after discussing pros and cons I decided to opt for their suggestion instead. Communication was great throughout, including answering many of my questions. On installation day they arrived nice and early, finishing the install in 2.5 days. The quality of work is excellent and the finished result is really neat and tidy. I am incredibly pleased and glad that I chose to work with these guys. I would not hesitate in recommending or using again.

Will is a genuine professional and the team at AVS are reliable and all great guys. Will has supported me with Fire Alarm Installations, CCTV signage and has a great knowledge of intruder and AV.

Really impressed with Wills knowledge and ideas. Having had terrible issues with our premises internet connection for over a year and being bombarded with tech jargon and huge estimates, Will at AVS offered a selection of solutions and we are now working off a faster connection.
