Always really happy with the service. They’re always on time, polite, do the work, set everything as it should be and explain what’s happened. Always useful with an air source heat pump when it doesn’t seem like the simplest of things. They’ve also been amazing when the system failed and I had to call them out in really bad weather. Just a great company!!

I have found JL Phillips Ltd a professional and friendly company. We have had several maintenance servicing over the years, the engineers (Steve) and associates have been prompt, helpful and informative. My only reservation is for a one time servicing in 12 months it is a bit expensive for people on a low income. I would recommend this company for anyone considering using its services.

I’ve been using JLPhillips for many years now and have been very pleased with their service personnel and standards of workmanship. Steve in particular has been a regular for some time and has been very helpful by pointing out how we can increase our efficiency to get the comfort we want from our GSHP and underfloor heating system.

Friendly staff who helped remotely to help us rectify some settings in a house we bought; got the heating working really fast. Also got a quick appointment to Fix a slow leak we had. Can’t speak more highly of them!

JL Phillips have been excellent and extremely professional to work with. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful when quoting for our project and came back to us in just a few days where other competitors took weeks. We had a ASHP install which involved full pipework and radiator install. The install team (Rob, Adam and Kieran) were incredibly professional, curtious and considerate, always taking care to check in with us at every key milestone to ensure everything was to our liking and even went the extra mile to future proof the install. When the project was finished it was as if they had never been there, everything buttoned up and tidy. The after care has been second to none with a couple of visits to advise and make sure we're happy we understand the setup and are always at the other end of the phone to assist Holly-Ann has been extremely efficient and professional at getting all the paperwork filled in and orchestrating the team to get the project from start to finish as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend JL Phillips enough and will absolutely be using them again for future renewables projects and referring friends and family.

Delighted to have found J L Phillips. They are clearly a professional company, providing expert and exceptional service. The service Steve completed on our air source heat pump was superb. He was thorough, talked me through everything he did. The report and system checklist covered everything possible. I’d previously used Mitsubishi but J L Phillips now have my business, the provide a much better service at a better price - you can’t beat that!!

JL Phillips team were amazing. They upgraded all the radiators in my home, to allow for more volume and temperature heat exchange from the ASHP we had fitted many years ago. They drained down the system, made alterations to all pipe work, were neat & tidy, changing all radiator valves, flushed, balanced and serviced the heat pump system to a high standard. This couldn't have been done without the expertise from the whole team, lead by Jason. Would highly recommend to any future customers.

J L Phillips were initially recommended by our builder to install an ASHP linked to an underfloor system. The initial installation was good and a couple of follow up snags were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A nice company to deal with!

Steve from J L Phillips is incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He has serviced our Airsource Heat pump for quite a few years and has helped us with the correct settings and saved us a lot of money. Very sceptical about the installation of Groundsource heatpump for our 5 new holiday cottages in early 2021. Five years on and the system has run very well providing all the heating and hot water with no major issues. Would recommend using this company, just thoroughly check the specification is exactly as you want it. Wish we had put floor sensors in bathrooms and separate stats as they can be a little colder than we would like.

Great job by JL Renewables. Full installation of Heat Pump, Underfloor Heating, Batteries, Solar PV and EV charger for 2 vehicles. The kit has worked a treat and energy charges a quarter of what used to be. Looking forward to a hot summer, when PV really come into its own. I'd highly recommend this company, especially Rob Vine who explained in layman's terms what was needed and why.

Anyone who needs underfloor heating, and solar panels you will not find anyone better than J L Philips Energy LTD. They bend over backwards to get things done for there customer. they did a great installation for me.

We've just had an airsource heat pump system and some new radiators installed by JL Phillips at our home. We have been very impressed by the service we received. The quote was handled quickly and professionally, we were able to ask lots of questions and get answers. We were fully informed of preparation works needed to our kitchen and electric consumer unit. After we decided to go ahead we were visited by Jason Phillips who surveyed all areas and gave us a lot of information about what would happen and when. The installation started on a Monday morning and was completed by Weds evening. Our home was left clean and tidy by the engineers Lewis and Keiran (plus Reece the electrician). Also a full hour of instruction and information from Lewis and Keiran and a phone number to call in case of any problems. We also had a follow-up call from JLP's office (Holly-Ann) to check everything is working, that we are happy before sending us the handover documents. We recommend JLP highly. All paperwork concerning the £7,500 grant and National Grid was handled by them. Copies of forms and information required were sent to us by email. We could always pick up the phone and talk to Jason or someone in the office if we needed to. The payment was structured in 3 installments, all clearly set out. A very professional and very satisfactory experience considering we had to move out of our home due to no heat or hot water for 3 days during a big freeze snowstorm! That's another story!

We had both an air source heat pump, photo voltaic cells and battery storage fitted by JL Phillips and we are very happy with the product, fitting and maintenance by this firm. Our first buy was the the heat pump. We originally had oil fired central heating and wanted to be more environmentally friendly. We were kept up to date as to when our installation would commence ( they were very busy) and everything commenced on the date given. The technicians were courteous and prompt. Later in the year we has pv cells fitted and a battery too. Again good service, the electricians were friendly and they cleared up after themselves ! We are very happy and would recommend this firm

Just brilliant! Had our ASHP for a couple of months now. What a brilliant job Jason’s team did with the installation. Really took care in their work, very clean and tidy. Jason took the time to consider every aspect and don’t con us into new unnecessary radiators or underfloor heating like other companies we talked to. ASHP is working very nicely. Best thing we’ve done in a while. Net zero house now!
