The installation process from survey through to commissioning was excellent. After reporting a minor app function not working, it was resolved within 24-hours.Good job, battery working and saving money.

I contacted many companies about getting AC fitted to the house and decided to go to Griffiths AC. Price was competitive and the service from start to finish was outstanding. The installation guys professionalism was second to none and they could not do enough for us and placed everything where we wanted (well they came up with better locations which we thought was impossible!!) - nothing was too much trouble. The guys ensured everything was completed satisfactory and cleaned up every day before going home and made sure it worked before finishing the whole project. Could not ask for a better service / company. Glad i chose Griffiths AC. Heating via AC over winter was very cheap and now just can wait for the hot weather to come in the summer

Great company to work with! Always happy to help, when completing the work they remain respectful of the working environment and always clean up after themselves. Both the office staff and engineers are great. I highly recommend and will defiantly be doing business with them in the further.

Installed an ashp and water tank during a house refurb. They were good but several small issues soon build up and make you doubt the quality of all their work. They unclipped water pipes and left them floating because it was easier. Pushfit connectors were used close to the water tank and left undone and under pressure against joists. Drip pipe was installed slopping into the house. Now no response about booking in the “free” 6 month service or fixing any of these issues

Paid £150 for a service where I raised loss of pressure and a noise. Told it needed a re-visit to fix at £439, which I paid. The issue was not fixed. Contacted Griffiths again and was explicitly told the next visit on 16th December would be free. Engineer arrived, took minutes to say the expansion vessel wasn’t working and fixed it — then I was hit with a £389 bill anyway. After he left, I found scratches and grease on my floor where his toolbox had been placed to stand on. Griffiths denied this outright. On the original installation visit, a younger engineer used my bathroom and left it with a strong, unpleasant smell, leaving the property sniggering — completely unprofessional. Multiple payments, broken promises, property damage, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

Had a heat pump installed by them in 2019 which wasn't configured correctly (30C flow rate left with a radiator setup, not underfloor heating) so I've ended up working with the manufacturer and servicing it myself for the last six years. During installation, they pierced the mains cold pipe and water leaked onto a plasterboard ceiling which they refused to replace and only offered to paint over the bubbled ceiling. One after another, the thermostatic valves they installed have been failing and leaking out of the top so I called them twice this year to ask for a replacement of these, a power flush, and a service; all of which I was prepared to pay for, not asking for as warratable fixes. Twice called, twice no call back. Honestly, it's just not a company I could recommend on any level as they simply don't give a toss.

We had solar panels and a battery fitted yesterday and already benefiting from free electricity, currently using practically zero from the grid! Having thought about this for years we got a couple of quotes from local companies and Griffiths came up as the best, most responsive (they were on site within 2 days doing a site survey!). Just a few weeks later and after 2 days work with a great bunch of friendly professional engineers, we have solar panels on the roof of the house and garage, and a compact 10kw battery in the garage, and could see as soon as it was switched on that we started to benefit from free electricity immediately! A really good company, and a very nice team who really know their stuff. Highly recommended!

We have just had a heat pump and solar panels fitted and have to say the service, advice, installation and after sales service has been great and would certainly recommend them as well as use them again.

We recently chose Griffiths Air Conditioning & Electrical Contractors to install solar panels for our property. We had looked around previously, but finally decided on this local company which already had excellent reviews. We are so glad with our decision. With the solar installation up and running, we have now received an update from our energy company informing us that we are now linked so that excess electricity from our panels is being sold to the grid. We did not have to worry about which panels were needed or how many - Griffiths sorted it all out for us. When installation started, the team arrived and were immediately at work. They worked very hard, were extremely polite and left no mess. At the end, the only evidence left behind were the solar panels, control unit and battery! The installation was then checked by Griffiths and everything was set and working. We cannot praise this company enough and would be more than happy to recommend them to friends who may wish to travel down the green energy route. For us, it really has been excellent choice and the final part of our journey to a totally "green home".

Amazing customer service, air con installed within 24hours from receiving quote. Super efficient. Engineers super polite, helpful and respectful of our home when working and did a brilliant job.

We had an air source heat pump installed by Griffiths in April 2025. Throughout the whole process the team was professional, communication excellent and explanations of the workings were great. We were particularly impressed by the way they cleaned up afterwards each day, the works they made good once the installation was complete (eg the shelving in the cupboard with the new tank was reconstructed) and how they returned immediately to rectify the issue when there was a slight leak in the system. These are highly skilled individuals who work exceptionally well as a team to provide superb service and a great outcome. We are very pleased with our new heat pump. In May 2025 we had solar panels fitted. Again great professional team. Superb workmanship and we are incredibly happy with the outcome. They responded to all our queries and resolved all our issues in a timely manner. There were some interesting challenges for which they found great solutions. We would definitely recommend Griffiths for both heat pump and solar panel installation.

Griffiths Air Con was recommended to us by friends who rated them 100%. We had one unit fitted in the upstairs dormer bedroom which in summer becomes a sauna. OMG what a change. The unit, its installation, twice servicing each year, the employee's are all exemplary. We're not related to anyone in the company, so I can honestly say you will not be let down. The prices are competitive but it's the reliability and customer service that counts, and on those 2 points alone, Griffiths excels.

Latest installation by Griffiths was air source heat pump heating system which was installed very efficiently by helpful, pleasant and friendly workmen. I have also had air conditioning and a replacement solar panel inverter which were all installed to an excellent and efficient standard.

Griffiths installed my heat pump 9 years ago and it hasn't missed a beat since. It costs less to run than my old gas boiler, plus no break downs or smelly fumes. Any interaction with Griffiths has been positive and I have often and will continue to recommend. Get a Heat pump and free yourself from burning toxic fossil fuels (and save a few quid in the process)

Just had solar panels installed by Griffiths 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work. Price was also very reasonable. Their workman are also very knowledgeable and professional in the way they carry out their work. I cannot recommend Griffiths highly enough.

We have dealt with Griffiths over the years with major investments for Solar Panels and Airconditioning and servicing through the year. Service has always been exemplary both in the office and on the job. The installation of 2 Air Con units and the Solar system were completed wthout fuss and all the staff were polite leaving the site clean and tidy. Queries at the desk have always been dealt with efficiently.

Have been customers of Griffiths Air Con for over a decade. We only have one AC unit, but they have looked after it with great care. It still works perfectly. Always reliable, nothing too much trouble, and good value. Nice people.

Great service from Griffiths, from initial site visit, looking at various options available to install by friendly engineers. This is our second install after our garage conversion into an annex, they installed aircon and underfloor heating. We didn't hesitate going back to Griffiths to add aircon/heating into the new garage. We also have the units serviced twice a year. Very easy to schedule in with the office. Recommended.
