We had Dimitrij and Blazej in to install our loft insulation, I’m truly impressed with their work. They were punctual, respectful, and incredibly clean, and their communication throughout the process was excellent..

Great Installation - ECO4 Scheme

All the staff involved with the Wizard Eco solar panel and insulation project, under the Eco 4 scheme we signed for, were most helpful and hard working and we thank the insulation team, solar panel company and the electricians – in fact all involved. Our only complaint was the ventilation required by the scheme in an old house. No consideration is given to the existing draughts, or window frame age and structure. Vents in sash windows don’t work. The Eco 4 scheme is structured for one system fits all houses.

We had Dmitrij and Blazej who were extremely hardworking and very clean and tidy. Dmitrij was also very helpful in suggesting ways around a problem. They were so hardworking, they completed two days work by 3pm on the first day! We were very happy with the service.

Insulation team led by Dmitrij were great. Put down plastic to protect carpets, and cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with the work they did.

All the tradesmen were very competent…

All the tradesmen were very competent at their work and made the minimum amount of mess. The whole system of the heat pump and solar is working fine and after Chris L's inspection all work is done to high standard. Thanks to all especially to Dimetri who worked well with us.! Vivian and Mary Jones

There was more work than they were expecting but they stayed all day until it was done. Two friendly, fantastic guys who worked very hard all day. Both are a credit to Wizarde Eco, you're lucky to have them! Outstanding job, thank you both.

WizardEco has made a world of difference

Chris L and his team of highly competent installers have transformed our home with their expertise and competent fitting of heat pump, radiators and solar panels. All works very efficiently carried out, tidily and in good time. Very pleased with all aspects of the job

Had a heatsource airpump, solar array and improved insulation fitted across 3 properties. All were done to an excellent standard, I was kept updated with measured and reasonable timescales which they stuck to. Areas were all left tidy and our bills have now greatly reduced.

They were both courteous and respectful completing the work to a professional standard and in a timely manner. They protected our wooden floors and carpets before the work started and thoroughly cleaned through on completion. I highly recommend this team and would welcome them back anytime.

So far the start of Wizard Eco journey has been fantastic. Excellent customer care with Paul and continued communication. Today we had Dimitri & Pablo putting vents through the property and insulating roof. What a great team, professional and friendly, they were so good to my elderly dad, and they left everywhere spotless, thank you!

Great planning, all seemed very promising. However, work standard not great, bits left everywhere, not shown how to work the system, water in bathroom only gets like warm at neat and radiators get to good heat then switch off for hours. Not a constant heating system as promised also tales ages to warm up. Window vents rubbish, prevent us from closing windows.

Poor workmanship

Poor workmanship, left a mess behind. System sluggish and no consistent warmth. Bathroom taps runs only Luke warm water. Very cold in bath as heating goes off when you run bath. Only a couple of cold days so far but had been freezing in house.

The team that has undertaken the wiring of the solar panels, battery, inverter and fan installation Mark, Barry and Ashton were a real credit to Wizardeco. They communicated exactly what time each day they would arrive, explaining in full on what they would be undertaking and ensured that they worked around ourselves and our pets accordingly. They also took on some of the snagging of the whole installation without any issues and their workspace was kept very professional and the clean up each day immaculate. Exceptional service, thank you .

Wizard Eco managed a sizeable project at my house, loft & cavity wall insulation, solar panels & heat pump installation including all new pipe work & radiators. That involved A LOT of people. They were all helpful & professional & respectful of my home. Definitely recommended.

We had 2 guys attend to complete the work and they were thorough in explaining everything and allowed me to check the progress throughout. They made sure everything was protected in the house and I was impressed with their clean up afterwards.

Dimitri from Wizard came to fit my loft insulation and12 trickle vents today. He also needed to make the access holes for fans which are going to be fitted when my new boiler has been installed. He was very friendly and super efficient and completed everything really well. He also left my home tidier than it was when he arrived😂 Thankyou sooo much

Loft insulation

Visited by Dimitri today who fitted my loft insulation, 12 trickle vents in my windows and made the outlet cavities for fans to be fitted when my new boiler is installed. He was very friendly and efficient and completed all jobs cheerfully and effectively. He cleared everything up afterwards and left the place looking tidier than when he arrived. Would thoroughly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any further work that needed to be carried out. Thankyou Dimitri

Dimitri and Czeslaw did a great job. Friendly, careful and explained everything in detail. Left the house clean and tidy. No worries at all.

Dimitri and mate installed loft insulation, trickle vents and bored holes for extractor fans. Excellent workers and lovely people. Previously Nick Lancaster performed a site visit, very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. Would have done a separate review but getting this far was an achievement for an oldie!

Very professional job done. Brian kept us updated every step of the way. If I had a question he was always available to answer any queries. Very polite and helpful. Job was done with the minimum of fuss and as little disruption/disturbance to us as was possible. I work from home three days a a week and I wasn't inconvenienced at all. Clean tidy job. Definitely recommend this company, they know what they're doing.

We are absolutely overwhelmed by the amazing service provided by Wizard Eco. From the initial start to finish. Nick has been outstanding and really looked after us, the installer was Liam his work was completed to a High standard and cleaned up after themselves, aswell as take away the old system. I would recommend this company and will definitely be letting friends and family to use Wizard Eco, for Heat pumps and solar panels.

Recently had an upgrade to my flat roof and absolutely delighted with the work. Great communication, Brian kept me well informed throughout the process.The initial survey was easy, room dimensions were taken and proof or ownership provided, quickly followed by the date/time of planned work. The team were bang on time every day, very respectful, polite and their quality of work is of the highest standard. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards inside and outside, I literally had nothing to do, not even hoover! I would highly recommend Brian and his team for anyone needing this kind of work done, they have made this a very positive experience and I'm delighted with the outcome. Hats off to them all and many thanks!

Brian McKay communicated always well, informing what were going to be the next steps. The roof got insulated in one day, very fast and clean service, all the workers left no trace. Ventilation systems got installed in the kitchen and bathroom, looking very neat.

Brian at Wizard Eco was in charge of the project to upgrade the insulation levels of our flat roof. On our side it was a “something for nothing” deal, which when it involves your home, is certainly something that can make you very nervous. The roof upgrade was funded through external sources, whether that was the power company or direct govt funding, I’m not entirely sure, as there seem to be several sources available at the moment, (and to be fair was irrelevant on our side). With Eco Wizard there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Brian himself was the utmost professional. The three different subcontractors that completed each different stage of the process also displayed the utmost professionalism. The first stage was completed by a qualified surveyor and required a moderately length survey of the house, taking approximately 2 hours. Taking exact measurements with laser rule and providing photographic evidence of various rooms dimensions. During this stage we also had to provide some evidences as to who we were in the form of ID and utility bills (to prove that we were eligible for funding). The next stage required a couple of trickle fans to be installed with the aim of permanently reducing the humidity of our kitchen and bathroom. This is because the added insulation on the roof could well alter the existing air flow dynamic’s of the house. The electrician that Brian sent, just the like surveyor was a perfect professional. He was hard working, easy to talk to and respectful of our home. Lastly it was the turn of the roofers, and again this team was top notch. You can judge a crew by the way they treat their weakest members, the apprentices or at least younger members of the team. It was clear from overheard conversations that everyone treated each with other respect and care. Whether it be amongst each other or when talking to us, "please" and "thank you" were no strangers to these guys. On workmanship, they also were outstanding. Its storm weather here just now and on top of that we are at a significant altitude, so we were getting whacked by the wind and part way through the job some serious rain fall. The team took the extra time at the end of the shifts (3 day job) to make sure that the integrity of the material’s were not compromised, by covering them properly in tarp and properly weighting it down. In our housing scheme there are multiple properties all having the same job completed, though by many different contractors and administrators. The fit and finish of our roof, is leaps and bounds beyond the vast majority of the roofs we see in our area. Overall we are extremely happy and that comes down to Brian at Wizard Eco who put in place the right the highly skilled subcontractors to do each of their respective jobs.

heat source system fitted nearly a year…

heat source system fitted nearly a year ago never worked properly contacted them a number of times but never turn up ive got cables over water pipes a control panel behind hot water cylinder job is just a botch job all round light switch on t5he ceiling over the stair well

Highly recommend, their surveyor Mandy was fantastic and very professional. Their sub contractors who carried out the work were equally good. Very pleased with the work carried out. 300mm insulation to the attic, trickle vents to all my windows and a positive input ventilation system (photo attached). Thanks guys
