Very helpful and knowledgeable from the initial discussions with James to the installation by the Dan's.

We've just had a solar and battery system installed by James' team. A great experience from start to finish. The installers were professional and did a very neat wiring job with all waste removed. James commissioned the system for us and configured it for optimum use with our energy supplier. Highly recommend them.

NetZero and lower energy costs

James and Fusion-Solar installed a Fox solar panel and battery system for our Glamp site business. We are now proudly NetZero carbon producers and have the added benefit of greatly reduced energy bills. Thoroughly professional advice and installation, with great customer service. Excellent service from start to finish

We have just had a solar and battery system fitted by Fusion-Solar. From the very beginning James was very knowledgeable and honest about the different systems available. There were no high pressure sales tactics just an honest conversation. We are very happy with the system (Sigen AI) we chose and the installation was expertly done with very neat wiring and all packaging and rubbish removed. The installers were considerate and polite. James configured our system to optomise our energy suppliers tariff timetable and the AI self learning element, seems to be improving the more it learns. The app is great for monitoring the performance. I highly recommend James and Fusion-Solar a very high quality service from start to finish.

The whole process was so fast and efficient. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly to me, demonstrating how the app works. The installers were polite and tidied up after themselves.

From the initial survey to the completion of the job this company was professional and efficient. The electricians who built our system, Dan and Dan were always on time, polite and worked to the highest standard. Highly recommended.

Quality products expertly installed

This company was professional in its approach to every aspect of our installation The two technicians, Dan and Dan were punctual, polite and explained the process well. It's great to feel we have quality products fitted by conscientious and skilled people.

The Fusion team did a great job for us

The Fusion team did a great job for us. They took our requirements and designed a system that met them really well. The proposal was far better suited to us than those from competitors. The installation work was great, including fixing pre-exiting broken tiles to leave everything looking and preforming great.

Had battery storage added to my solar panel system today. Have now got a SigEnergy system with AI charging management. The workmanship was excellent and conscientious. I was impressed, and grateful for, the thorough testing before they left the site.

Just had a battery fitted today. The workmanship was excellent. I was particularly pleased with the thoroughness with which they tested all was working. All connected nicely to the wifi and the app. Features of the kit are good too with AI management of charging from panels, night tariff etc.

I was immediately impressed at the pre-sales visit where James talked me through the various options of systems that were suitable for my home, and worked out how and where they could be installed. He gave me a number of options and alternatives using different brands of equipment and I'm very pleased with the setup that we eventually agreed upon. The installation went smoothly and James' team were great. There was a small hardware issue post-installation and I only mention it in order to point out that the support from James and the team has been great in getting it resolved quickly and satisfactorily. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Fusion Solar.

Fusion - Fantastic

Fusion were great to work with from the start to the end of the process. Working within our strict timeframes and budgets as our project was grant funded, James and the team couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Communication was fantastic from start to finish and even once the panels were installed, they have continued to check in and provide fantastic customer service.

Prior to, during and after the installation communication from the company was excellent. The work (Battery Storage) was carried out to an excellent standard, with competent installers, who where clean, tidy and helpful. The system itself is working great and our electricity bills over the summer months has been ridiculously low! we are paying more in standing charges than actual usage. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an 8.29kWh PV system with 16.29kWh of Fox Cube battery storage installed by Fusion Solar earlier this year. While they weren’t the cheapest option, we chose them because they took the time to visit us, discuss our specific needs, and talk through all the available options. That personal approach really stood out. The installation itself was delayed slightly due to weather, but once underway, the work was completed to a very high standard. The installation team were professional, considerate, and worked with us to ensure the disruption was minimal and that the finished result – especially the cabling – was neat and unobtrusive. We also had a Fox EV charger installed as part of the project. Unfortunately, this has been the only disappointment. Despite Fusion Solar's continued efforts to liaise with Fox and support us, the charger feels unfinished – the app and features are clearly still in development and it’s not currently fit for purpose. Fusion Solar have offered to replace the unit with a different brand if we pay the difference, which I appreciate, but I’m reluctant to spend more money. Overall, I’d rate Fusion Solar’s service 4.5 out of 5 (Google won't allow half stars). If it weren’t for the EV charger issue (which is more down to the manufacturer), this would easily be a 5-star review. I’d happily recommend Fusion Solar for their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service.

Recently had solar and battery installation done by the fusion solar team. EVERY aspect of the installation from quote to aftersales was excellent and I don't use that word lightly. James and his team were absolutely committed to providing a first class service providing me with what I wanted including some excellent advise on what I didn't know I wanted until after installation when I realised it was exactly what I needed. I thoroughly recommend James and his team for their all round commitment to quality and customer service and have recommended to my friends and family who have placed orders. The installation was done with very efficiently.

The installation was done with very little disruption to the building which is used by the community for village activities. The time taken to do the installation was quicker than we had anticipated and the scaffolding and work site completely cleared.

Amazing service

James and the Fusion Solar team were polite, tidy and informative all the way through the process and installation. They were the only company that came out and did a site survey when quoting as well. Even after completion, James has been in touch regarding performance of the solar panels and we have since paid for an extra battery which was also fitted speedily with no interruption to us. We can't recommended the team at Fusion Solar enough.

James was a dream to work with from start to finish. Friendly and helpful, kept us fully informed throughout the process from coming round to quote (the only tradesman that did a site visit out of the 3 quotes we had), to submitting paperwork to the National Grid, and throughout the installation process and even now checking in to make sure everything is OK. The work carried out is to a high standard, and our house was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his company to anyone wanting to invest in solar panels.
