Mark has been very helpful, he changed the set up a few times for us and has succeeded in getting the most out of our roof and fitting in the Sigenergy Stack and Gateway. The install was professionally carried out and Mattie, Nathan and Mike installed the panels in nearly freezing conditions with it raining all day. Thank you to Laura and Mark for answering all the questions I had leading up to the install! And thank you Mark for resolving the issue quickly I created in the Sigenergy App when 4 days after the install the local DNO tested the backup with a power cut.

Having carried out my diligent research over several weeks, I narrowed down my options for solar and storage batteries installation to three trustworthy companies. Of these, Power Sonic Ltd also covered my area of the country, indeed I believe they cover nationwide installations. To reinforce my choice I watched several of Mark's videos on YouTube and was both impressed and reassured by Mark's attention to detail in all his installations. In January as promised, Mark contacted me with a proposed installation date having received DNO approval to export over the standard 3.68kW to the grid. Upon my acceptance of the proposed installation date, Laura, office manager and wife of Mark, expedited the vetting of a local scaffolding company and booked there services for a few days before the solar installation. On the 26th, Mark and Nathan arrived and began the installation of the gateway, and the fixings for the solar panels on the tiled house roof. Day two was a blustery day. Mark and Nathan were joined by Matthew and Michael and between them they installed most of the cables, neatly routing the main solar cable through the loft. Day three was a glorious day weatherwise, blue sky and no wind. The team worked professionally and considerately to complete the fixings and rails on the roof before the installation of 19 solar panels and bird mesh. The four Sigenergy 10 batteries plus inverter were assembled in minutes. Everything went smoothly over the three days thanks to Mark's meticulous planning and the support of his dedicated team. I normally struggle having contractors working in and around my home but I would thoroughly recommend Mark and his team for completing this installation to my complete satisfaction. Mark scheduled the installation to take three days and despite the intervention of storm Chandra on the second day, the full installation and commissioning of the system was completed by 16:00 on the third day.

5 star installer of our Sigenegy battery storage system in garage and solar panel arrays on Northeast and Southwest roof. Well detailed quotation and obliging in additional work (new consumer unit). Excellent communication. Very professional work carried out and respectful of our property. Full instructions on operating the system given when the installation was commissioned. Matt and Nathan came to install a new 18kWh Sigenergy plant for our battery backup, and I am very pleased with the job they did, very professional. Kept me updated on progress, and did a tidy job and cleaned up well after themselves. Great support, before from Mark & Laura, and whilst I haven't needed it so far, Mark offered to help with any questions/support after installation. Will get in touch again with Power Sonic if I need solar/battery work in future.

Marc, Mattie and Nathan did a great job of upgrading my existing system. From a single phase 3.68kW Sunsynk system, with panels only on the south roof, to a 3 phase, 15kW Sigenergy system and panels on the north face too; nearly doubling the amount of potential generation. Getting increased export allowance from Northern Powergrid is a welcome bonus, rather than the prior G98 approval, with the really undersized inverter (it should have been a 5kW, but that's nothing to do with Mark), unlocking extra generation and export from the existing panels. Going to be fun to see how it performs going forward, but it's already been surprising how well it's been working over the last couple of weeks. Mark has always been responsive to my (sometimes odd) questions, before, during and after install. Yes it wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. But it's always nice to be able to find a competent, local, family run company who are willing to do a great job. Just need to wait and see how my ASHP performs, and work out whether I need another battery in the near future!

Mark, Matty and Nathan thank you so much for a fantastic install. I never leave reviews so this is a one off. I have had so many bad experiences with tradesmen over the last few years but the lads here were professional, diligent, polite and put some long hours in. The system looks fantastic and even though it's still dark here through the day because of storm Amy it is generating away. I never make recommendations either but, as above, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Power Sonic. Thanks Mark and you didn't tell me you'd uprated the 8kwh batteries to 9! I found out watching the YouTube video, thanks so much for this.

Absolutely fantastic install of solar panels, battery, home backup and EV charger. Mark and the team have been great from start to finish. Very responsive to queries at every stage of the process, really professional, turned up on time, were friendly, tidy and the system looks great. My neighbour was so impressed with the system the family firm, Power Sonic Limited, fitted for him that he insisted that I could not do better than using the company, which I subsequently did. Prior to the installation, communications with Mark and Laura were excellent, questions and queries all being addressed very quickly and far more efficiently than any other company I have dealt with. Consequently, I had no hesitation in signing up with them. And I was not disappointed as, over 4 days, Mark and sons, Mathew and Nathan, fitted a high quality 21-panel solar system with a 16-kWh battery. Because of the layout my roof, fitting so many panels was not straightforward but, with some ingenuity, they managed it exceptionally well. Everything was carried out to a very high standard; the whole system looks great; the panels and all the electrical equipment looking immaculate. The team were all very amiable and fitted easily into our home environment. Not only were they very professional in carrying out the installation, they were also very patient in dealing with all my questions concerning the system installed, about which I was pretty ignorant. Overall, I cannot recommend Mark and his family team more highly.

I cannot recommend Power Sonic highly enough (Mark and his sons Mattie and Nathan, plus magic Mike of course). They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and were 100% professional throughout the installation of solar and battery. It gave us total confidence in the installation. We did have a few teething problems due to our Octopus EV charger not being totally compatible and patchy wifi signal from battery in garage, but they responded quickly and came back to resolve the issues - we now have Sigenergy EV charger and whole system working great now. We are loving “free energy” and selling back to the grid too. Now we driving on sunshine - a good feeling. We would use PowerSonic services again for any future upgrades or needs - their customer service is excellent!

I reached out to Mark having watched some of his clips on YouTube and following two failed attempts by other installers to get beyond the planning stage, on this extremely complex instal adding additional solar and battery storage (GivEnergy AIO) to an existing solar array. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and the PowerSonic team. Their knowledge of the industry, professionalism and sheer attention to detail, has given us an extremely powerful and flexible system that is easy to both monitor and control. We couldn’t be happier. Mark has made himself available whenever we’ve had a question or issue. He is truly passionate about his work and that really shows in the finished product. We have plans in the future for more storage and an EV charger and will have no hesitation in asking PowerSonic back to complete the work.

Power Sonic was recommended to us by a friend and what a great recommendation it was. Mark designed our system with 18 solar panels and a large battery. He couldn't have been more helpful and his team were a delight to work with. The result is a very neat installation in our garage and loft, with all the work completed to the highest standard. Have used Power Sonic several times in the last 18 months, exceptional service and excellent work by their team and always meet and tidy. The work has included, an 8.2 kWh battery and hybrid inverter for the Solar PV, two EV charge points (in different locations), smartened up and labeled the consumer unit, helped / advised when relocating sockets and switches in the main bedroom redesign.

If you are thinking of getting Solar and Battery storage, which is a no brainer, then look no further than Mark and his team at Power Sonic. I have had Solar since 2011, which was fully paid for by the Fit scheme within 7 years. Mark has just fitted a state of the art 16kw Sigenergy Battery and Gateway, which charges at night on the cheap electric and as long as we get a bit of Solar keeps the house load covered all day and this is a large 4 Bedroom Detached House with a 16kw Heat Pump. Check Mark out on You Tube where you will find plenty of his installs including my own. There are plenty of Companies out there that will give you a cheap install, but if you want it done properly and to a high standard, then contact Mark at Power Sonic. You will not be disappointed.

Mark of Powersonic was professional, knowledgeable and informative from our first contact with him. His You tube videos prompted us to invite him to quote us for solar panels with batteries. Mark listened to our questions and put our concerns to rest. He provided several options and we all agreed on the most efficient way forward. To be fair..Mark has been amazing , such a neat and dedicated worker… even after completion I got back to Mark a few times with different questions , & he was always happy to help and provide remote support where needed. Power Sonic Ltd During the quotation process Mark was very thorough listening to my requirements and explaining in detail how everything would work. He was the only one of those quoting who took the time to check the suitability of the rafters to accept the roof panels. The quote was comprehensive detailing each bit of kit and specifications. The quote was for two less panels than another one and when I questioned this he said that there needed to be certain clearances at the roof edge and that if they came to fit they would look in detail and if there was sufficient space they would add the extra panels at no extra cost. In fact there was room and the additional panels were fitted. I was concerned with all the problems with some firms folding and people left high and dry. Mark sent me copies of all his insurances and guarantees together with his accreditation. I was also able to watch his previous videos the see the quality his work. The installation went smoothly and Mark and his team did a great job. The fact that (after asking) he videoed the work allowed me to see how everything was done and the care they took with the installation. They we clean, tidy and left the everything perfect at the end of the job. The system was commissioned and tested and everything explained to me. I included a new consumer unit in the work and afterwards I had some issues with the new breakers tripping. Two of the team came back changed a couple of sockets and removed spiders in others which fixed the problem at no cost to me. Throughout Mark has always replied promptly to my emails and resolved any issues I have had. I would unreservedly recommend Mark and Power Sonic for any electrical work and Solar installation in particular. A great electrician with a great team.
