Brilliant job, it's also a concern when you heard of so many dodgy suppliers around M.E.S are one of the best. It was good to see such a qualified install team that was happy to suggest some of their work we could go and see for peace of mind. Very thorough especially with the calculations to check for the roof weight and rain water dissapation. Good prompt communication from the team. Highly recommended!

We recently had our solar panel fitment and have to congratulate the MES team for their considerable efforts in completing a difficult internal wiring programme as external panel wiring was not available. Tricky and exhausting, Craig and his assistant would not give up, so we say Many Thanks MES, a brilliant job. Would certainly recommend.

M.E.S. Ltd was recommended to me by a friend. Craig came and surveyed my house and came up with a propsal that was better and more cost effective than that which had been offered by a major supplier. Both Racheal and Craig responded to my enquiries quickly. The 3 day installation began on the day planned. The 3 installers were very pleasant, competent, careful and helpful - involving us at important stages during installation eg routing of cables, positioning of devices etc. Installation took place without a problem. Handover involved downloading the phone apps for us and demonstrating the working of the system. I can wholehearrtedly recommend M.E.S. Ltd - a good team.

A very professional/customised installation by MES. Right from the point of making the first contact, Craig & his team were very professional in all their dealings. The solar panel, along with the bird guard installation & all the wiring was done neatly. Craig & the team were really accommodating when it came to the inverter & especially the battery placement as we had to experiment with few locations. Following a competitive, comprehensive quote, I was subsequently very satisfied with the high quality and speed of the PV and battery installation; which has been performing well since. Craig was very informative in helping to select the best solution and easy to engage with.

We contacted M.E.S to arrange a survey and quote for new solar PV panels and battery storage. Craig visited and explained what would work best for our property and later that day we had a full breakdown of what the system could produce and a potential payback period which was a great help. We decided to accept the very competitive quote we had been sent and soon had a date for installation the following week. Rachael from MES kept us fully informed with scaffolding timings and all aspects of the solar installation. Ryan and his team arrived on the installation date, let us know what was going to happen over the two days and we left them to it. Everything went without a hitch which was great. MES installed my Solar PV system in Oct 23. A few months on and I'm really happy with the installation. The fitting took 2 days and went off without any problems and the admin of the documents for Build Control , Warranty and Notices for the Grid Connection etc all were correct and satified the requirements of the various bodies. Everything MES has done has been high quality , very professional and friendly. They arrived when they said , kept me informed , worked through inclement weather and obviously have a great team , high work ethic and a thorough knowledge base. From the initial visit from Craig the owner filling me with confidence I have been really pleased. I'd carefully searched for a local company with a long background in solar, instead of all these pop ups providing nothing more than installation and folding up every couple of years. Craig filled my requirements perfectly as an electrician of many years who's moved into PV over a long period of time. His quote was also very competitive with plenty of help and advice sorting out exactly what I wanted. His team of two Ryans and Nigel arrived and set about a clean, tidy, and very fast installation. This impressed me greatly. As a project engineer good planning always leads to a quality approach to a job, and these guys were exactly what I like in a supplier. Less than two days and I've got exactly what I asked for, for less than these pop up companies, and great experience all round renewing my faith in solar PV after cancelling a few over the last 10 years due to fine print clauses and such. And Rachael back at base is quick to help on any questions, queries, or paperwork. Brilliant experience all round and thoroughly recommended. Many thanks indeed 4 month update and despite the weather it's all performing better than expected, and thanks to the advice for moving over to Octopus I'm seeing a great return on export too especially now I've got the night rate setup and charging every other day if the batteries look low in bad weather. Even so I'm using half the energy I did last year because the system is topping up during the day so if it's a bright day I'm getting charge and a poor day I just do a top up between 2am and 5am at the low night rate. Can't begin to say how pleased I am with the setup. Thanks again

MES came recommended by a colleague at work. Throughout the quote and install process I can’t fault the service we have received. I had a number of questions about the best configuration to install - as a result of not really getting answers when dealing with quotes from other installers - and each was answered in full and came with additional information I didn’t know I needed. Even the survey visit provided more information about how to go about making the right decision - because time was taken to understand what we were trying to achieve before the survey was done (something that did not happen with a surveyor from another company). The install was smooth and completed in two visits due to an out of stock item requiring a few days wait. I’m really happy with what we have and how it is working for us. MES have handled everything to get us to this point - throughout the process quotes, paperwork and questions have consistently been turned round quickly and at no point have we been left waiting for a response. MES really are easy to do business with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had our system fitted by M.E.S. after our neighbours were very pleased with them. Our roof profile meant that panels were fitted at the front and back, with no problem. The inverter and battery are conveniently tucked away in the garage, maintaining easy access to the cars. The Solar iboost is also working well to heat the hot water. Craig, Rachael and the team are clearly very knowledgeable and efficient, and also very personable. With a relatively small deposit, the balance was not needed until the installation was completed, unlike some other firms. This small company gives excellent personal service. Highly recommended.

Craig and his team did a first class job of my solar installation. Craig was recommended to me and is very knowledgeable, it was good to talk to someone who I trusted. There are so many companies out there its difficult to find someone who you can rely on. As well as being quick to come and survey the property the quote was forthcoming and competitive.
