Perhaps teach your employees how to drive. Sound like a terrible company to begin with but got cut up by some bloke in a branded van (smart), he couldn’t have cared less.

Hopeless company they make arrangements then don't turn up ....... the worse bit is they just don't care........they are supposed to be working on behalf of Bristol city council why the council would give work to such an awful company can only be answered by the staff and councillors who give them the contract.somebody should be looking into this?

**UPDATE** 17/11/25 4 months on Had communication about them replacing our damaged carpet and assured would be sorted and be in touch. Given up chasing as always excuses and haven't been in contact for weeks. Absolutely shocking company. No apology from the man who left his DNA all round our house they just dealt with it in house. They did replace the smart bulb. No other issues were really acknowledged. Review still stands would never use this company. ___________________________________________________ Poor communication, didn't advise of other work that needed items to be moved and just moved without checking with us (rooms we were told didn't need work) damaged our carpet, no access to bathroom for female in the house which made them feel very uncomfortable in a house full of men, peed on the bathroom floor, one of them cut himself on a bulb, didn't replace it or tell us and left blood all round the house which he didn't clean up! Food waste including chocolate ice cream wrappers when we have a dog! (So many hygiene issues!) Absolutely terrible experience!

Im a social housing tenant. Jeff way called me last week to say they were calling to fit extraction fans in the kitchen and bathroom today, the 12th of November. I told them it wasn't a suitable day as this week I was having a new kitchen fitted. They turned up anyway, saying it has to be done for it to be signed off. The kitchen fitter as been on the phone to try and sort this out as it will disrupt his work. Their just not listening. I get the fans need to be fitted but why can't it wait until the end of the week once the majority of the kitchen will be done. Jeff ways supervisor was here and I was trying to explain all of this, but he just ignored me, went on his phone and walked away. I'm currently sat in the bedroom as their working in the bathroom. The supervisor then decided he needed to take photos of the plug sockets in my bedroom (no idea why). The person doing the fan in the bathroom is nice and polite and their only doing their job, but the company are total rubbish. They lack communication skills, they don't consider the tenants concerns. My advice, avoid

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! They should do job from Bristol City Council the skirting boards all upstairs. Two times this job been booked and canceled each time .Two times I took all stuff downstairs and again upstairs and again downstairs and again upstairs with my two children with disabilities!Im single parent with complex trauma and chronic pain this situation caused me a lot of stress and physical pain !You can’t rely on this company !

I received extremely poor service, primarily due to the administration's lack of professionalism and their failure to honor booked appointments. This significantly impacted my experience and demonstrated a clear lack of customer service.

The am2 training was useless, was barely in room teaching, didn’t want to answer any questions, said multiple times “i don’t have a clue about the AM2..” was very rude, after further conclusion didn’t even teach proper AM2 standard testing methods, just his own substandard ways. Want a refund.

Just had a full rewire this week. Done in one day. I was incredibly anxious about it for weeks before but honestly shouldn’t have worried. Yes I had a couple of very minor issues but they were back next day to sort. A great team of guys, thank you all. Anyone else worried about it, please don’t, it’s absolutely fine, they clear up afterwards too. There’s some dust afterwards but a small price to pay. Thank you Jeffway.

This company has been nothing short of unprofessional, disorganised, and chaotic. The staff seem to judge individuals based on their housing situation, particularly whether they are council tenants or private clients. For over two months, there were no bathroom facilities available, which I suspect was due to the individual involved being a council tenant rather than a private client.

Had our maisonette rewired yesterday nick Robert’s and his team I can’t praise them up enough what a five star job cleaned up all the mess and done a awesome job not like some of the rewires we have seen in this area thank you for making it as stress free as possible would recommend this team all day every day 😀

I am a Bristol City council tennet I Had a lovely man named Ash and other. Bloke can't rember his name re wire my flat ash did it mostly on his own on the first couple of days then the other bloke come in to help they were both really friendly and polite and did a. Fantastic job on my rewire. I had axcitey about it first but. It went smoothly from the start . I am really happy with my rewire thank you so much. If there was 10 stars I give 10

Had a lovely man this morning called Luey, to check my fire detectors,he also put up another fire detector aswell. He was kind, well mannered and professional. He was very tidy with the work he did and cleaned up any mess that was made. Thanks very much for your wonderful service.

Well had 5 men from jeffway from Caerphilly they rewired all my Bungalow today no mess .hoovered everywhere they were one of the politest and considerate gang of men i have met .Always asking if i was ok and ensuring as they went along their busy day .You should be so proud of the gentleman who worked on my bungalow in Grovsend .Thankyou once again jeffway .Lady j owen

We just had our whole council house rewired by this amazing company. I had huge anxiety about having this work done as I've heard so many horrors about rewires and trunking and mess. We have had the most amazing guys do the rewire and I can honestly say we could not be happier with all the work from start to finish. The level of care and attention has been absolutely brilliant! Our home looks like it hasn't had it done. We had full communication from the guys from start to finish and every room has been done to perfection. They were clean, tidy and curtious all the way through. We truly cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you all for making this job a very pleasant experience!

I am a Bristol City council tenant that I’ve just had her kitchen redone by Jeff Way . Some of the workers absolutely amazing but the company itself I wouldn’t trust them to build a dogs kennel absolutely disgusting service. Never get no answers out of them extremely rude

Amazing service & brilliant work, had a new kitchen put in & every one of the lads that came here were lovely, really polite & professional. I would recommend them highly & would tell everyone to use this business, also can’t forget the lady on the phone (Sarah) was great.

Bathroom refit via landlord contract started 4th March 2022 stillwaiting for snagging to be completed, jeffway work on their time only, plumbing has been botched, full of false promises and bad timekeeping never a full days work completed if corners can be cut so be it! Not very professional for a company, and neither time managed very well. The company need to be more organised. And think how the client feels would you accept the way you work if it was money out of your own pockets. Very disappointed customer.

They were the electrical contractor when my flat was fitted out in 2016. I bought it and moved in April 2020. Trouble on central heating finally identified as installation of bathroom zone control thermostats outside bathrooms, and control unit indicator lights installed back to front, 8 - 1 instead of 1-8. Emailed Jeffway to fix their construction errors offering day rate and no recriminations. No reply.
