Phoned asking for a visit to repair broken light switch before Christmas. Still awaiting a call back. Job completed by another fully qualified electrician. Disappointed after using them before.

Through our Factors on a Private Development this company was engaged to replace bollards and lighting that was long past its sell by date . Over a year later we still don’t have a fully completed job . The bollards have all been replaced but , not all are in working order . Very frustrating for 73 home owners who paid for the lighting upgrade . We are still in the dark in some parts of the development and no end in sight . Our factors are somewhat to blame for not keeping us updated either .

Installation of electrical heater.

Paul replaced and upgraded a fuse box, an electric hob, and carried out an Electrical Safety Certificate inspection. He was punctual, friendly, professional and got on with the job. DBS provided a competitive quote and stuck to it. I'm really happy to have found reliable and professional people who I can recommend. I've already booked them for other work.

Low quality, work in a hurry and damage the house by sawing through floor joists and leaving loose subfloor behind them. Also they don't respect the owner by leaving rubbish and debris to be collected after they've abandoned the site.
