Paid a recent visit to Chapman's Electricals following a breakdown of our washing machine. Sorted a new machine really quickly thanks to excellent assistance, advice and delivery. Special mention for Derek and Tyler who were extremely helpful and professional when seeking advice on our purchase and also John and Jobe for their prompt delivery, fitting, advice and pleasant demeanour. Service was very prompt and would have no hesitation in using again in the future.

Very happy with my experience with Bromsgrove domestic appliances. My new tumble dryer came on time and took the old one away.

I have recently bought a fridge freezer from Keith, we enquired about one on 22nd December thinking it would be January we would get one delivered with how close it was to Christmas but Keith was amazing, sourced us a really good deal with the item we wanted and had it delivered the same day!!! We were amazed. Highly knowledgeable and a very down to earth friendly man. Would highly recommend! We have bought numerous items from Keith over the year's and always had excellent service. Thanks Keith.

We visited the Cradley Heath Store on 23 December to purchase a tumble dryer. We have been to the store previously and always received excellent Service. We were greeted on entry by Mark Sadler, shown and advised on the Tumble Dryers in the store. He was so helpful and informative. The dryer was delivered early the following morning and again the service was impeccable.

Bryn Keith the man of the moment my old washing machine expired on Saturday the 23 after 27 years of Faithfull service Went to chapmans standing in the shop looking lost keith came to my rescue His product knowledge was first rate answering all my questions then the one I most feard asking when can you deliver if you want that one this afternoon came the cherfull reply Two gentlemen arrived polit and efficient fitted new machine took away the old machine What an outstanding service all round Many thanks Bryn

I've had problems with my dishwasher I phoned champmans as I've dealt with them a number of times and Andrea helped me with the process of getting a new one ordered she gave me good advice and tips and I found her very helpful and polite. The new one was delivered and fitted by Wayne and Jobe they were efficient, polite and friendly overall very happy with my purchase and the price. Thanks again to the champmans team .

Had a large gas cooker installed by Jobe and Wayne, great lads. Respected my property, were very informative and went through details of the cooker with me once all installed and tested . Great service!

Bought a new integrated fridge freezer from Chapmans. Andrea who served me was brilliant and she organised an engineer to come out and survey the job as it was going to be a difficult installation. On the day of the installation all went very well and they managed to do a very tricky install replacing a smaller fridge freezer with a large larger one and making it look good. Can I have a photo?

We've had a few items from chapmans the latest being a washing machine there was a leak when it was first installed but was replaced within the hour therefore would highly recommend this friendly and helpful company

Chapmans are incredible

Chapmans have been incredible for us. We are a local parish church who had a burglary in our sound system. We shared it on FB, and Chapmans immediately contacted us and offered help. They were so fast to come out, and incredibly friendly and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they even supported us as a charity for free. The lads were so helpful, and the job they have done in securing our system is most welcome.

Excellent service

I have made several purchases from Chapmans Electrical over the past six months - including fridge and dishwasher - and excellent service has been given from start to finish regarding sales, delivery and installation. It is good to deal with a local and reliable firm and you could not wish for better.

Emergency cooker replacement

My cooker broke the Monday 20th December and I was desperate for a new one or Christmas would have been ruined. I rang Chapmans and they were really helpful and I ordered a new cooker to be delivered Christmas eve before 1pm. I was also offered an engineer on the Thursday to check if the old one could be be repaired and if so the order would have been cancelled. Sadly the old cooker was irreparably so the engineer rang the store to confirm my order order for the next day. He said that as I was buying a new cooker I would not be charged for the call out. The new cooker is delivered the next morning at 10am and has been working perfectly ever since. Thank you to everyone at Chapmans, wonderful service.
