Absolutely brilliant! Phoned at 8am with a screw through a pipe, all our fault and they managed to sent a delightful gent out to fix the problem the same day. Excellent service, really professional. Thrilled customer!

Terrible communication

Staff are friendly and we're willing to sort out the electrical issues straight away

We will NEVER do business with this company again. My 81 year old mother was charged for an extra half a days work. The job was finished way earlier than the quote was saying and when the employee called in to say he had finished was told to stay for a few more hours doing nothing as the quote was for a day. I understand an estimate can sometimes be wrong however a half day is just not acceptable and something an elderly lady should not be taken advantage of, shocking!! I called to explain what had happened and was told there was nothing that could be done, not even a gesture of goodwill on the final bill that I would have thought could have been done.

good company, they have done two boiler large and complicated boiler installs for us and both have worked flawlessly, turned up on time, in clean & well organised vans, polite staff who left the site clean and tidy. well recommended

Amazing service

We had our boiler serviced in January and due to its age we needed a new boiler installed and thermostats on our radiators. The team at 3 Solutions have been great, right through from service, quote and installation with minimal disruption. Would recommend them highly!
