They were prompt in arranging a visit and quickly sent over Joe, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing the issue. They also provided some great follow-up advice that really helped. Great quality service and customer care. Highly recommended!

We decided to have a new kitchen, but where to start. We had used HHS for many years. Steven organised everything (thankfully), and ensured the great kitchen fitter Will and others were sorted when needed. Thanks must go to his 'staff', and 'Heather' for keeping him in line. Highly recommended, thoroughly professional throughout, and a very decent price.

I have recently moved into a property that needs a lot of love. HHS have been so patient, giving me advice and taking time to listen. On Monday I had three internal light fittings and three security lights fitted, all in a morning. Steve was prompt and tidy. Above all, I felt that I could trust this company.

Needed a local electrician at short notice due to light switches getting damaged during replastering. Following several recommendations on FB gave HHS a call and an appointment quickly made for 2 days later. They arrived exactly on time, were friendly and super efficient in completing the two jobs I'd asked for. Highly recommend.

This is our 3rd time having Steve and the team out to our house. Spot lights installed in 2 rooms, extractor fan fitted and an oven wire up. Couldn't be happier with the work, speed, reliability, cleanliness and care for our home. Won't be going anywhere else for electrical work. Highly recommended and great qoutes too. Had ceiling lights and outdoor light fitted. The work was excellent, done on time, no mess. Will have this girm again and highly recommend them

I had an electric kiln that needed to be installed in my garage, initially an appropriate cable size was agreed to handle the high current for the kiln which was quoted in the price, but Steve went above and beyond and at no extra cost to me installed a thicker more expensive cable to be extra safe. The installation took just the morning to complete with very little interruption, and the care that was taken to conceal the wire neatly was greatly appreciated. Steve also installed an outdoor security camera for me and have some advice on how best to use it. Highly recommend!

Top-notch service and work from Andy. He has recently installed some LED strip lights in my kitchen and a floodlight on my garage. All work has been completed to a high standard and HHS Electrical will be my go-to for any future projects!

Came out to quote to replace a bathroom extractor fan. Took it apart to get an idea to quote, and in doing so saw the problem and fixed it free of charge. Could have just as easily said it needs replacing to someone non the wiser. Not a con artist. Trusted trader. Would use again for future work.

Had hhs for a free quote to install a 32 amp supply to the rear of my property, on arrival introduced himself looked at the work to be done ,then told me what work was required ,took details of my e mail, quote arrived promptly as said. the quote was very competitive and broken down into stages. when Andrew arrived to do the work he explained what the day entailed .very impressed by the work quality and installation. Steve later arrived to help and he too was also very efficient in his work they cleaned up any mess that was left. I highly recommend this company for any work , customer service is 5 star (only had 1 cuppa also)

Phoned to see if HHS could come and install a ceiling light for me, as a DIY novice the abundance of cables left by the old fitting was confusing and I couldn't work it out. Steve phoned back and after I described the problem he gave me a quick description of what needed to connect to what and, lo and behold, it all works. 5* review because he didn't have to phone me back on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to give me free advice over the phone. Needless to say if I have serious electrical work coming up I will certainly contact HHS again!

We happened upon HHS electrical by chance and I’m so glad we did. A genuinely lovely guy who can’t do enough to help. I called HHS Electrical Ltd yesterday and they managed to squeeze me in before their shift today. My washing machine, dishwasher and microwave all stopped working at the same time. Andy the technician conducted a full check from fuse box through to plugs. Thorough, courteous, masked (in the times of covid and being clinically vulnerable), professional and competent. I can’t imagine the reviewer before me had used these guys because if he had he would have been very happy! If anything goes wrong I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again.
