We've had an excellent experience with Let's Go Solar. From initial consultations to more detailed planning, installation and after care, they've been a great supplier of our solar panels, battery and inverter. Both Imran and Kamal were very friendly, knowledgeable and - most importantly - listened to our needs rather than just telling us what they could do. They answered all questions patiently and helpfully. We've been very much enjoying the benefits of solar so far. I have been looking for solar panels and battery system for quite a while but put off by the initial cost after speaking to a number of installers and receiving a number of quotes. The experience of speaking with solar suppliers has been very different, I found a local supplier not really very engaging to a national company who were very pushy with their sales tactics. Then I found Let’s Go Solar, and here we have a completely different experience! From the initial e-mail enquiry, to the full installation the experience was brilliant and warrants a 5 star review. I was really impressed with the communications, and the fact that they took time to visit me and listen to what I needed, all carried out face to face, no bull, no false promises just facts, and then I listened to what they proposed and recommended. No pressure selling, no gimmicks, just facts ! What I really liked as well was the little details regarding the panel install, the way they take time to show these details and explain the benefits of doing so. We decided to go for a 7.92kW solar panel system with 9.5kW battery and 5kw Inverter. The installation by LGS went smoothly, followed by the electric installation which was contracted to Complete Electrical Solutions of Cambridge and I have to say that these guys were fantastic as well, the install was very professional and the small details were taken care of when it came to cable runs etc. After commissioning was done and a walk through the Givenergy app we were up and running, but the service doesn’t end here as Lets Go Solar are always happy to answer any questions, or need any advice. I would certainly recommend Let’s Go Solar for the 5 star experience, to deliver such a professional service and install at such a competitive price is a credit to the guys and I will certainly be giving them a call should I need to add to the system. If you are looking at Solar then give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed. Top Work and Top Guys !!! Edit – 2 months after install was complete, a couple of hiccups with the system, related to the inverter, but LGS were on the end of the phone, assisted with Givenergy to carry out the necessary checks and re-calibration, and happy to say that the system is fully operational - just need more sunshine :)

Let's Go Solar have given us confidence again in solar trades people. After our previous installers went bust, Imran and Kamal helped us get our app back up and running after a change in internet hub even before we had confirmed that we would go with them for our extra solar panels we were planning. We were kept well informed, they arrived on time, and even finished earlier than we anticipated despite the freezing British January weather! Could not fault them at all, and will be singing their praises to anyone considering solar panels, these guys really are top notch, good guys!

Imran and the team were considerate and very customer focussed. The installation is of highest quality and went to plan and on time. Let's Go Solar explained everything before and during the works. Great job. Very satisfied...

Edit: I worked with Let's Go Solar a second time after the first system install in order to expand our solar capacity. They were again brilliant. The quality of work was top class, and they were really helpful, understanding and respectful. I was hoping to have the work performed sooner, but they were honest with me on the timeline we were looking at. The expanded system I had installed was a bit different from usual and they were easy to work with for figuring out how to get it all working together, particularly the monitoring app. I'm really happy with the way it's all turned out and would highly recommend using Let's Go Solar for any Solar PV installs. Initial review: We had an excellent experience with Let's Go Solar. I can't recommend them highly enough. Everyone on the project - Imran, Kamal, the electricians etc - impressed me with the quality of their work, their honesty and the care they gave me. We have a 4.2kW system with optimisers and a 9.6kW battery storage. Ours isn't the easiest house to accommodate but the end result is fantastic. We're already considering expanding the system and without a doubt we'll engage them again. They stood out from the start for being both knowledgeable and willing to work with me. They put forward a realistic & thorough proposal right off the bat. They didn't try to upsell me or give wildly optimistic financial projections. The initial install date was delayed a few months due to events outside our control yet Imran was genuinely disappointed and kind enough to provide compensation by adding the optimisers for free. Let's Go Solar have been really attentive throughout and took a genuine care in giving me the best experience. Imran's been wonderfully communicative throughout install, and has been in touch a few times since then to make sure everything's been going well. There were a few follow-up tasks and he ensured they were completed to my satisfaction, and when I had questions about the system he was quick to answer them.

We had the best experiance with the service we received from Imran and Kamal from LetsGoSolar. They were exceptional in all aspects when we needed our old pannels removed for retiling the roof and reinstating with the latest more efficient pannels as our old ones were 12 years old and not reaching their potrntial any more. They were so polite and efficient plus very reasonable prices. They arrived on time, worked extremely hard and were very reliable. Excellent service from the first meeting to completion of work and receipt of all necessary documents. All work was completed to the highest standards in a neat, tidy and timely manner including removal of any waste and packaging. Would highly recommend Lets Go Solar for a first class solar installation. We have had a fantastic experience with Let's Go Solar installing our solar system. Right from the first meeting they impressed me with their communication and flexibility, they took the time to listen to our needs and patiently explained all the different options and solutions available. They are clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about their work and quickly answered my queries. They provide a very realistic and thorough proposal, and gave different options to help me make the right decision. We were never upsold any solutions and would have been happy to tailor my system to whatever we needed, once finalised the quotation was very reasonable with no hidden extras. We opted for a 12 x 435W panel array, with 5Kw inverter and 9.5KWh battery from Givenergy. The installation went smoothly, there was a slight delay with incorrect roof hooks supplied, but they were very apologetic and it meant the system was completed and commissioned on the Monday rather than the Friday. They subcontract the Electrical work to Complete Electrical Solutions Cambridge, and they were also absolutely brilliant, Harry and Leo were incredibly professional and did an a very tidy installation. The system is now up and running and watching the generation, usage and export through the App is addictive, just need by energy supplier to sort out my export tariff now so I can get even more benefit. All in all I cannot recommend let's go solar enough, they are friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and deliver a very professional service. We are very happy with our system. If you want solar, look no further.

Let's Go Solar are a friendly company. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained as we went along. There was no high pressure sales pitch and confidence and trust were quickly built. Technically they are clearly experts and only used the most up to date equipment. This is day one of seeing the free energy flooding into our house through the user friendly app. 100% recommend Let's Go Solar.

Let's go solar supplied and installed our solar panel array and battery. I was immediately impressed by their open and honest approach, no salesmen just good honest people. Had our panels fitted a few months ago now and really impressed with the performance and tidiness of the installation - would never know they were there! Output over winter was impressive and the 2x battery storage option meant that we were still able to use energy generated in the day to cook in the evening making the most of the return on investment. So great now not worrying about bills and even at the start of spring we're fully self-sufficient and even exporting significantly on the odd sunny day too! Thoroughly recommend.

From the very first email, Imran, Kamal and their team were amazing. I am really pleased with our installation from Let’s Go Solar. Imran and Kamal have both been great from start to finish. At the start it was good to explore options if location, and mix of panels/battery/inverter etc, all done in an open and transparent way. Once we had agreed the scope and sorted out the date it all went to plan. I have been impressed with the personal touch and would highly recommend for a good local Cambridge solar installer. Let’s Go Solar Ltd installed 7.1kw solar panels, 14.4kw battery, 6kw hybrid invertor, Eddi and Zappi (EV Charger) to our property in February 2023 after being recommended to us by our neighbour. From the initial survey/quote to final install, Kamal and Imran of Let’s Go Solar were both incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. Let’s Go Solar are MCS certified installer, which means they are approved to the highest standard. They understand how big a decision it is for a homeowner to make the move to solar. At no point did they try any hard sell tactics, their approach was a breath-of-fresh-air compared to other companies. They were helpful in recommending the appropriate system for our property and understood that we wanted the panels to look as good as possible on the roof. The black panels, frames and rails they installed look really nice and modern. They took care of gaining G99 approval, and kept us up-to-date with the progress and timescales. We are really happy with the system, it has surpassed any expectations we have and to see the system generating a lot of energy, even in the winter is really impressive (even on cloudy/rainy days). If you are thinking of making the move to solar, we highly recommend Let’s Go Solar.

I was going to state that this was one of the best companies that I have dealt with but it fact it was the best. From initial contact to installation they were absolutely brilliant. I was kept regularly up to date with progress, plans and installation dates. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too silly and phone calls were either answered immediately or I got a call back within 5 minutes. The team were professional, polite and efficient, worked very hard and strove to do the best quality work that they could which was excellent.
