Over several lighting and electrical jobs I've found Kiblec to be friendly, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. They've provided quotes for each job, so I was clear as to the costs involved. They've always turned up on the days promised (usually by 08:30) to start the jobs. The work had been completed neatly and safely, with any disruption kept to a minimum. Alex and Nick have provided useful explanations to keep me informed, as well as advice on the possibilities for some future improvements to the house. I will use Kiblec for future projects and repairs and would highly recommend the firm. Update 23 November 2025 I've just had some further inside and outside lighting works done. I'm very pleased with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending Kiblec. They're helpful, polite, reliable and reasonably priced. I have further works booked in, too.

Kiblec continues to provide excellent service

Kiblec have continued to provide the same high level and quality of service that I expect, most recently for the annual service of our security system. Always prompt, efficient and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been using Kiblec since Alex started up the company and used them for all our security and electrical works at the house. The most recent job was to reinstall our security alarm that has dropped out over an issue with our broadband. Tom talked through the solution over the phone and we were back up and running within 10 minutes. Once again excellent service from Kiblec

Absolutely thrilled with the work Kiblec Ltd have done for us – I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough! We recently had our downstairs hallway and kitchen floor completely redone, along with a full bathroom renovation, and the results have exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and, most importantly, delivered to an incredibly high standard. Chris handled the flooring in the hallway and kitchen. A truly skilled carpenter - meticulous in his work, clearly takes great pride in what he does, and absolutely no corners were cut. The finish is stunning and has totally transformed the space. It’s rare to find someone with such attention to detail. Then came the bathroom a huge transformation! Shaun was our workman for this part of the project, and he was nothing short of fantastic. Punctual, polite, tidy, and so easy to have around the house. No question was too small or silly, and he was brilliant at offering suggestions throughout to help us make the most of the space. He genuinely cared about the outcome, and it shows in the final result. We had a wall removed between the main bathroom and the separate toilet, and now it feels like we’ve stepped into a hotel. It’s honestly my dream bathroom come to life. Communication from Kiblec throughout was spot-on. They kept us in the loop at every stage, offered ideas we hadn’t even considered, and made the whole process stress-free. It really felt like a collaborative effort, and the results speak for themselves. Kiblec Ltd have well and truly earned our loyalty. They've been great to deal with. Had to have an EICR and when I questioned why a cable had to be changed they gave me a comprehensive written response as to why it was necessary. Put my mind at ease. Hope to use them for many years to come.

Excellent local electricians

We’ve used Kiblec on a couple of occasions now. First job was to fit an automatic sensor light to garage, second to replace our main consumer board (fuse box). On both occasions have found Alex to be very responsive to initial enquiry, straight forward with his advice about work recommended, and clear about cost. The work itself has always been completed to a high standard, with very professional engineers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and Kiblec.

Used Kiblec to change over our electric shower after it had died, Alex was very helpful and communication was effortless, Jack then completed the work for us and was efficient and polite. We now have our shower back working. Thanks to the team at Kiblec

Just had an EV charge point fitted to the outside of the house, for our car. Mark was very responsive and gave an acceptable quote after asking the right sort of questions. It was fitted soon after by Nick, with minimum fuss and no dramas! A minor problem with our own main fuses was quickly sorted out by him. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Kiblec, thanks for the great service.

Excellent all round. There was an anomaly with the app and the system. The engineer sorted it all out, and then refreshed my memory about how to use the system. We went through various scenarios and what I will need to do and I'm now confident to use the system. He was also helpful on the security aspect of siting outdoor key safes.
