My first time renewing my windows and door the team has been very caring from day they contacted me kept me updated throughout the whole experience. Installation days went fantastically Thomas &Gordon were very professional from phoning me to let me know when they would arrive to my last day of finishing off the job making my home safe and secure we had great conversations getting to know them a little about what they do i could not of asked for anyone better its great to communicate with your installers I have to trust people within my home they made sure everything was cleaned up at end of each day I can highly recommend the guys to everyone

Sourced the colour of windows we wanted. Negotiated a good price. Workmen were exceptional. Arrived just after nine and barely stopped the whole day. All 13 windows installed in a day. On leaving the inside and outside of the house was tidy as if no one had been here. We are very pleased with the end result and it has transformed our house. Would recommend this company to friends and family

Great experience

From initial contact to installation of my solar panels, Homeshield were with me every step of the way. They even managed to deal with (and solve) an issue well outwith normal working hours.

A Superb Service

The worker Alex arrived just about 8pm preceded by a phone call from another worker who left me his number in case there were any communication problems with language. Alex worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. He gave me the keys to try and using his phone translate app explained not to touch sealant for 24hrs. The job was completed by 11.30 and he cleared away any mess on steps. Excellent job and good teamwork fro his friend setting up a number of I needed it which I didn't. I filled the completion form and signed it. Very impressed with your company and with Alex who put in my new door.

4 bedroom bungalow

Great company appointments were adhered too, sales person and surveyors were all very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. The products offered were of high quality. The fitters were fantastic, worked very hard and was able to fit entire bungalow in 2 days. Clean and tidy and very good attention to detail.

Graham gave us a thorough understanding of the window needs for our property type and we were confident of his assessment because of his technical background. He took a great deal of time to explain the materials that Homeshield will install and also gave an engineer’s perspective on why certain window styles would provide better insulation over other aesthetic options I originally had in mind. We are optimistic about our installation.

We had to change the house window, and Marcus was extremely helpful. He has a lot of experience and guided us through the whole process. Second time using home shield. Extremely quick and efficient. Sent people out immediately to price up our windows, a few days later we had surveyors out to take a look at fitting the windows and two weeks after that we had our new windows fitted. No fuss, no mess and done efficiently. Called them back out to finish off the rest of the windows in our home and now looking at getting new doors

So far so good, Sarah Brown spent a few hours explaining the quality of the windows, the whole process and, when we had a few problems with the payment process, she was very patient and talked us through the process. Looking forward to the next stage. Happy we got a date as well for the surveyor visiting. Looking forward to a warmer house!

A fantastic experience with homesheild Scotland ltd. Paul (Cowan) came out and was so friendly, polite and chatty! He had a huge wealth of knowledge about the products on offer and talked us through all available options as well as providing advice on current regulations with windows and answering any questions we had! He was not pushy in the slightest which made us feel more at ease and made our decision to go with homesheild much easier! We did not feel pressured in to anything and Paul was very understanding and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their windows and doors!

We heard about Homeshield through word of mouth from a relative who got windows fitted recently and had a good experience with the fitting. Cameron came to give us a quote and explained everything to us in great detail. Straight away Cameron was very relatable, approachable and great at explaining things. He chatted in-depth about what was relevant to us, he felt like a friend that I have known for years advising and selling us our windows. If you have been thinking of getting a quote for Windows and not sure, without a doubt call up and book Cameron to answer all your questions, not pushy one bit. We even chatted lots about music and right now as I type this he's also showing me how to be better at F1 23 on the PS5.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Diane was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Our windows didn’t look too bad visually however looks are decieving and Diane was able to tell right away that they were not fit for purpose. Her honesty was very much appreciated. Ryan was able to help out that bit more price wise and it was very much appreciated. Dianes customer service was brilliant, she was very chatty, bubbly and a great asset to your company. Absolutely outstanding overall.

Taylor was fantastic in helping us to arrange getting new windows. He walked us through everything, showed us the windows that they would offer, demonstrated how they would work and advised us on the prices and funding available to us. He even allowed us time to speak amongst our selves to confirm our decision and when we were ready, he walked us through the funding options. Very polite throughout, very accomodating.

Diane was extremely helpful friendly and pleasant. Any questions or concerns we had she answered and we felt very at ease. Diane gave us the confidence to go ahead with our order. Our windows were installed by Chris and Dennis we are extremely happy with the installation the guys were very professional and courtesy. When installation was finished they made should everything was ship shape and I was very grateful for having no mess to clean. Would highly recommend this company.
