Birdshill have installed our PV and battery system and also service our Klover 120 wood pellet boiler. At all times I have found them easy to work with and quick to react when anything goes awry. The solar installation was expertly done and the electricians were a delight to work with, always ensuring I knew what was being done and making sure the house was always left in a suitable condition at the end of the working day. I have recommended Birdshill to others looking for renewables options.

We have had a very good experience dealing with Birds Hill Renewables, who installed our Klover120 pellet boiler. Communications were good, everybody was very helpful and the workmanship (as others already stated) really is a work of art! We had a weather related delay (snow made it impossible for anybody to reach us and get the boiler in), but the guys came the following working day and laboured until very late in the evening to get the Klover installed, which is now roaring away in the kitchen as I write this. If there is one thing that could be improved, it is to get more training in how to use the Klover - either in-house at the end of the installation or via videos. It takes a bit of learning and the manual that comes with it isn't particularly helpful. Fortunately, Nick had put us in touch with another Klover user prior to us making our purchase and we have learned a lot from him (Thank you, Jedd!). A big thank you to everybody that we dealt with at Birds Hill!

This company and its staff are 1st class. They worked night and day to get our wood pellet stove in before Christmas, in a drafty old GII listed property. The communication was crystal clear (make sure you have some coffee and tea - the lads work even faster then). The Klover stove is an amazing piece of technology, we couldn't be happier. We have just had a Klover 120 installation during a complete house renovation. Our Klover sits proudly in our new kitchen and is the talk of all our family, friends and guests to our house. Not only does it provide us with heating and hot water throughout the house but we have already enjoyed the extra benefit of allowing us to cook with it as well. From our first visit to the showroom all the way through to the final stages of installation has been both pleasurable and professional from Nick and his team. A special mention for Joe who has not only impressed us but his attention to detail has been noted and praised by all the other trades involved in the renovation. We knew Birds Hill Renewables as stoves fitters but chatting away with them we learned that they also fitted solar panels. We were not ready to change our solid fuel stove but we were looking for quotes about solar panels. We choose Birds Hill and we are very happy with the results. The installation was done on time and budget thanks to the great electricians Darren and Lawrence, backed by Jason in the office. Communication was good, and needed to be as some adjustments had to be done in situ. So far everything is very good, so thanks!

Birdshill installed a Klover 120 and they were very professional from the start. Nick did the initial survey and did all the paperwork for the grant which was fantastic. The communication from them was great, Max and the team were friendly, clean and tidy and most of all did a great job all round. The aftercare is good and they are all very approachable and helpful. The boiler looks really amazing, and the new plumbing is a work of art. Very glad to see the back of the old bird's nest of plumbing in the airing cupboard. Would really like to thank Nick for conducting the initial survey and recommendations at the start of the process. Birds Hill have just fitted a Klover Smart 80 Biomass Pellet Boiler to replace an old oil fired Stanley Twin Burner. The work included a complete overhaul of the central heating system and new hot water cylinder. We are extremely pleased with the results, Birds Hill made the whole process very easy and answered all our questions from start to finish. The two engineers, Steve and Owen, did a very professional job and we were impressed with the proactive way they sorted out the various problems that cropped up along the way. So glad we came across this company at Monmouth Show!

Birds Hill fitted a Klover 120 to my main house and Air source to our annex. Both with full central heating replacing an old solid fuel Rayburn and 3 hot water tanks with electric immersion heating. Right from Nick coming for initial survey to the team applying for the grants to Joe and the amazing team installing. such brilliant customer service, attention to detail on the installation. Things like having different brass brackets on internal stone walls so everything blends in. Things i had not thought about. Systems working really well and Huge savings to my electricity bills. Thanks again team cant recommend Birds Hill enough.

Jake and Gavin the engineers from Birdshill were both extremely helpful when fitting our new biomass stove to replace our old oil boiler. They were very flexible and worked to fit around our building works. Their work was very neat and tidy and all the pipe work was much neater and better organised than what was historically in the house. I would definitely recommend Birds Hill, and it’s great to be rid of the ugly old oil tank and the smelly boiler.

Birds Hill made the whole process of having a Klover Smart 80 wood pellet stove installed incredibly easy. From the initial survey to commissioning the stove all the staff were eager to ensure that everything was done to a high standard and we were kept fully informed of the process at all times. The engineers, Sam and Max, worked like trojans and kept everything neat and tidy. Very impressed with the whole set up and would wholeheartedly recommend Birds Hill.

Bird’s Hill Rural Renewables installed a solar PV system and an in room wood pellet boiler for our heating and hot water. The whole process run smoothly from initial consultation and onsite visit, to installation with excellent communication throughout. The showroom had a great selection of stoves and boilers to view and The heating engineers and electricians were masters of their craft; and did a really neat job of installing the various components. Our house is a little unconventional but the team found innovative solutions to every problem the property presented. We cannot recommend Nick and the team highly enough

Birds' Hill Rural Renewables have recently installed a wood pellet boiler and a new central heating and hot water system in our old cottage that previously had no boiler or central heating. We found them to be a company that really cares about their customers and cannot recommend them highly enough. Nick, the managing director, gave very sound initial advice by phone and email and took time to thoroughly answer all our subsequent questions when we visited the showroom. The installation team of 3 were great. They had a really 'can do' attitude and took great pride in their work. They were friendly and professional, knew their stuff and were innovative when it came to overcoming problems. They were also attentive to how things looked; pipe runs, location of radiators etc. and we were very appreciative of this. Following the installation, a small glitch was quickly attended to. Birds' Hill staff were also on hand to talk us through questions we had about operating the new wood pellet system which is quite a different experience compared with the combi gas boilers we've had in the past. Another big help was that dealing with grant applications can be really tedious and time consuming and Birds' Hill undertook all the paperwork for this on our behalf. From start to finish things could not have gone better. A very well deserved five stars!

We recently had a Klover Smart 120 fitted to replaced our external boiler and ancient oil thirsty Rayburn. The guys Huw, Max and Joe were absolutely fantastic and did an outstanding job of replacing the internal pipework and bypassing a severe leak we'd had in the underground concrete. I can't recommend these guys enough. You will be in very good hands if you decide to have birdshill do some work for you. Thanks again!

We have had a Belvedere 18 pellet boiler installed in our cottage to replace an old solid fuel boiler. Birdshill's installation team did a very good job, sometimes working in very confined spaces and working long hours to get the job finished on time. Very professional job. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional team, love my Klover Smart 120 it cooks, heats the house and hot water, more efficiently than my old solid fuel Rayburn and the pellets are so much cheaper! Much easier to clean too and no coal dust

Birds Hill fitted a Klover pellet stove for me in an old stone built property last year. The fitters were skilled in dealing with the issues of an old property including very thick walls and less than straightforward pipework routes. Since fitting the stove has performed well and I have had good support from Birds Hill in tweaking settings to get the best performance. Highly recommended.

We live in a cottage and relied on oil as our heating fuel. Birdshill installed a pellet boiler; it has proven to be an excellent decision. The installation was incredible, two engineers working 12 hour shifts over 3 days. Their craftsmanship and professionalism was outstanding. The boiler has functioned consistently over the last 4 years. Servicing is an annual event that we look forward to, with again highly skilled and professional engineers carrying out the work with good humour.
