Very profesional services that offers new boilers for monthly payments instead of paying all at once which many people can’t afford

Have used Home Heating Services for years and never any issues. Engineer was prompt, friendly and very helpful with advice too. Highly recommended. 👍

Would not recommend this business. £60 call out for 2 gas engineers to say they were not sure what the problem is. Waste of money.

Can't recommend the guys at Perth Home Heating enough. A very professional job completed within one day, replacing our 10 year old Worcester system boiler with a new Worcester 800. Very clean work and stress free. Would recommend them to anyone.

Can’t recommend Home Heating Services highly enough. They came to the rescue a couple of years ago when our boiler died over the festive period and installed a new one within a matter of days which has transformed our house from always being just warm to very cosy. We now use them for servicing and any heating issues and the service we receive has always been great.

Five Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time using Home Heating Services and I was very impressed. The engineer, Caden, arrived promptly, calling 15 mins ahead as promised. He quickly explained, diagnosed and fixed a fault with my boiler, including identifying an unconnected pipe that had been missed during previous annual services. Highly recommend for professional, thorough and reassuring service.

I had tried to get a resolution to a faulty aged boiler in a cottage in Perthshire. Two firms were exceptionally poor communicators and after 6-8’weeks no progress was made. Then seeing the reviews of HHS telephone and got an appointment on site a week later. The person listened to the problems, explained what was needed to completely replace the system which was our aim. His communication skills were excellent. The next day I received a detailed quotation which I accepted. 7 days later the 2 day installation was completed to an excellent standard. Even some extra work that needed doing. Now I will be on their service plan so no more worries. Highly recommend this company for excellent communication, excellent solution and delivering so well.

Had a new boiler installed by the team this week. Really simple and straightforward - I wish I’d reached out to them sooner. Nothing was a problem. From arranging the first visit, putting together a few different quotes, and moving ahead with the install just a few days after I’d settled on one, I can’t recommend them enough!

Good people

Good people. They turn up, do a good job, clean up and go. Even washed his tea mug up, never had that before.

I had 5 radiators that were not working. As the weather was freezing outside I needed to get this fixed as quickly as possible. I called Home Heating who came out to check our radiators. They found the problem were the old valve systems were blocked and were not working anymore, so they ordered new ones for me. Connor and Cole came out with the new parts and worked for a few hours fitting the new parts and getting all radiators working again. I found these young men very respectful, took off their shoes when entering our home, and cleaned up everyway they worked. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone in need of help. This is a trustworthy business with a high standard of workmanship and their pricing gives good value for money. Having found Home Heating Services I have no need to shop around. I’ve used them twice and have a boiler service plan with them. They’ve just installed me a new boiler following excellent tailored advice, and they did so really quickly. So quickly in fact the family barely noticed the downtime despite being in a cold snap!

We had to have a new hot water tank fitted to our property. Thanks to Andy and his team the job was completed in one day and fitted to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Home Heating Services for the services they offer and will use them again for any other work that we might need.

We had a new boiler replacement - from pre install meeting with David to finished article all the work was completed with the utmost professionalism and care - (Paul and Gary) worked hard and efficiently with the install and managed to run the additional pipework needed with patience and ease….Great service with a superb customer experience. Great service, very neat and tidy boiler installation. Gary & Paul the two men that installed our boiler were really nice lads and clearly very knowledgable, their work looks very good too. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves as well, this pleased the wife. Overall I'd have no problem highly recommending Home Heating Services to anyone else.

Responsive emails confirming the online booked service appointment, as well as kindly rescheduling the appointment for me. The engineer called prior to arrival as promised. He was friendly, polite and informative. Wouldn't question getting in touch with Home Heating Services for a break down as well as future services.

I’ve used home heating for my annual boiler services for a couple of years and they have been fantastic but it was time to replace my nearly 30 year old boiler! I used home heating for this work as well as the installation of a new radiator. Gary and Conor did a fantastic job! My house is very old and not easy for the install of the new radiator but they made it work and I am so delighted with the outcome. Dave the director called me and gave me all the information I needed and could not have been more helpful - he also called to check everything was all okay after the work was done. I really cannot recommend this company enough. Great reliable service at very fair prices. Highly recommend!

Boiler was installed April 2024

Boiler was installed April 2024. Quick to do the job and the lads were quick to remove old boiler, change pipework, flush and install new boiler and pump. Dave was very helpful from the beginning and also helped me with a problem elswehere. Just over a year on, the boiler (Ideal) is still a lot quieter than the old 20 years old boiler(also Ideal) and seems to heat the radiators quicker. Complementary 1 year service was also done quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Many thanks

Excellent service from the team at Home Heating Services. Contacted them on Friday, 11/04/25 about our 20+ year old boiler which had been shutdown during a annual service check, and we had a new replacement boiler installed on 16/04/25. Great customer service, very responsive via email and Whatsapp. Pleased with the outcome and engineers did a tidy installation in just over 4 hours.
