Chris and his guys did a great job. They turned up when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and charged what they said they would. Chris was very patient answering all my questions before and after, and made sure I understood how to get the most out of the system. I would, and have, recommended to friends and family.

Chris and his team recently completed the installation of our 31 panel system just north of Norwich. From start to finish Chris was extremely accomodating, explaining in detail all aspects of the install, and was very flexible with installing the system exactly as I wanted. I had a number of quotes from other installers who basically wanted to only install their standard equipment, some refused to install anything different, some pushed for their standard equipment despite it not being what I wanted, and another claimed that what I wanted wouldn't be MCS compliant, which Chris explained in detail was nonsense. His quote worked out the cheapest, which I was extremely glad about as he was the installer I had the best gut feeling about, so that was a huge bonus. Despite a few setbacks (shocking weather & a faulty part, both out of Chris's control) he kept me up to date from start to finish and we now have a fully working system which I am very pleased with. I'd recommend Livermore Engineering to anyone looking for an installer to actually listen and suggest what fits the customer best, not just what they want to install, all whilst doing this at a competitive price, then this is the company to go to.

I would recommend Livermore Eng. Chris was very helpful and informative, fitting all that we wanted.He and his team were on time polite and very tidy, work indoors was neatly done as was the out side. The scaffold was erected and dismantled on days specified as to not disrupt too much drive.

Excellent service and competitive price. We’ve had 12 panels installed on our garage roof along with Tesla Powerwall 3 & Gateway. Chris was really helpful & informative throughout the initial design stage. Chris, Matt & Rob did a brilliant job of the installation (despite working on a black roof in full sun and temperatures of 30 degrees; well done guys!). All the paperwork (MCS, DNO etc) has been issued promptly and everything is working really well. Happy to recommend Livermore Engineering.

Great communication and service. So many different installers out there and we had lots of quotes but Chris came across well and wasn't pressured into anything. Solar installation - Ive had lots of experiences with trades recently and most are unreliable and let you down. I had about 6 local companies quote me to install a solar fence which was quite a unique project. All of them said they were interested in doing the job and came to have a look at the project but it was only Chris and one other that properly quoted me in the end. Chris stood out as being the best fit as he listened to what I wanted and had an excellent knowledge of solar PV. Chris is a genuinely nice guy who clearly cares about giving his customers a good service. His communication is excellent, keeping you up to date on timescales and the progress of the work. He is clearly someone you can rely on and I am confident he will give just as good after sales service if required. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We are so pleased with our installation. Unlike other large companies that quoted, Chris carefully considered our needs. Including some strengthening of the roof battens that we knew was needed but other companies had said wasn’t. Chris discussed our requirements with us, rather than spelling out what we needed. The price was far better than the other quotes we had. Chris installed it while we were on holiday, which was great for us. So, no issues at all with installation. No mess. All very neat. The panels are working an absolute treat and we’re currently exporting large amounts to the grid. One problem with the battery connection to the internet occurred which was nothing to do with Chris but he came out promptly to fix it without charging. He has also given very helpful advice on how best to set up battery charging etc. I couldn’t rate our experience more highly.

Chris was recommended to us for our solar install by a neighbour. From first contact through to completion of the solar PV & Powerwall 3 installation we have been very pleased with the approach to the job and how neat the installation was. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his team. From the initial contact through survey then quote to completion and documentation their work was of the highest calibre. The installed system is fantastic and is saving us money from the switch on. We had a major pre-planned power cut on day 2 and everything worked seamlessly. Great job - brilliant

I have used Livermoor Engineering for the installation of our solar panels and battery in the last few month and am pleased to confirm that the service from the company was excellent. Chris came to the bungalow before submitting a quote and was able to see some overshadowing by trees and adjusted the panel layout design and quoted accordingly The quote contained all of the work and materials required and was the amount included in their final account. Chris helped with the set up both with the solar panels and the electricity supply company as we are not very good at that kind of thing and has been available to answer any of our questions

We instructed Livermore Engineering to supply and fit 73 solar panels and storage batteries. Chris was extremely helpful from supply the (very competitive) quotation to the actual install itself. Not only was the install carried out with minimum distruption but in a timely manor. We would definately recommend this company

Chris turned up when he said he would. He checked the installation and explained issues with our solar power inverter and was happy to discuss options. The installation was done quickly and cleanly and the old inverter was taken away. We got other quotes but I found Livermore Engineering to be very straightforward to deal with at a good price. Had Chris and his team install solar panels on our house and the system is perfect...the installation went smoothly and Chris was helpful throughout all the works. Very happy with what's been done and I can't recommend enough if you're looking for getting solar panels.

Chris and his team have installed our solar panel system which has been working now for 5 months and is proving to be excellent. From the very start Chris has been incredibly helpful and professional answering our many questions in the most informative way both prior to and importantly after installation. His workmanship and dedication to excellence is second to none and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Livermore Engineering was recommended by a nearby hall and chosen because of the competitive price and also because Chris was the only one of several potential suppliers who visited the site before quoting. It took almost a year to raise the funds. Chris started work within three weeks or so of being given the go ahead. He hit an obscure problem with our existing wiring which prevented the system being commissioned and which took time to diagnose. But solve it he did, fitting his work schedule around the hire programme of our busy village hall. We thoroughly recommend him.

Highly recommend Chris and the team at Livermore Engineering LTD. Chris installed 45no. solar PV panels on our outbuilding roof and a 15kw Solis inverter which generates us ~80kWh. Bearing in mind this is the tail end of the summer I am highly impressed. We live in Nayland, Suffolk. The guys were onsite at 8am every morning and the installation was complete and handed-over within 3 days. Chris and the team are courteous, punctual, hard-working and tidy. All the relevant paperwork was sent immediately after installation, with Chris highlighting the relevant documents required to apply for our export tarrif through our energy provider.
