The Daly Group have been providing the plumbing and electrical services to our new Tilia home. They have responded to snagging issues and all who have attended have been friendly, helpful and polite. Very pleased with the promptness. Good communication via email from the customer resolution/snagging team also.

I am an ancient retired RAF Group Captain who has resided near Fakenham for the past 35 years. Unfortunately, today, a friend damaged an electrical component within my large hedge cutter and as the cutter was urgently required, I set off for help from the nearest electrical supply outlet - DJB in Sculthorpe. On arrival I was warmly greeted by the owner, David Baines, and after listening to my woes, and although short of time, he agreed to examine the damaged hedge cutter. From the outset, it was obvious he was a most competent electrician and I was most grateful for his timely assistance and ability to rectify the identified fault. In sum, I was greatly impressed by David's overall demeanour and professional expertise. and I strongly recommend that he be chosen to rectify any electrical problems you may encounter in the future

Really poor quality installation of bathroom which resulted in a bath that could not be used. Now not willing to rectify and not responding to any requests I have sent. Cowboy outfit.

Daly Group were absolutely brilliant. The electrician they sent arrived on time and fixed an issue that’s been going on for 2 years. We’ve had 3 electricians out prior who said we needed a full re-wire. Full re-wire was not needed and Daly Group fixed the issues within 3 hours. Absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Harwood Asset Management Ltd. A few years ago, we decided to purchase two properties on the David Wilson Homes development in Aylsham. Daly (Group) Ltd were responsible for the electrics and plumbing of the properties and during the construction we could see how tidy and professionally their work was within the properties compared to other developments we had assessed. Following completion, we decided to use Daly (Group) Ltd to change some lighting and perform all of our landlord electric and gas checks so that we could rent the properties. We now use Daly (Group) Ltd on a regular basis for everything relating to our properties. Our tenants always comment on how pleasant and efficient the staff are when attending the properties, all of the work we have commissioned has been completed on time and cost effectively. We have never had a problem with contacting Daly (Group) Ltd and have always had our calls returned when they have been busy elsewhere. We are currently looking at purchasing another two properties in Drayton, and will be using Daly (Group) Ltd for all of our property needs. We have never looked backed and they have made our lives so much easier over the last few years. There are a lot of companies that could learn a lot from Daly (Group) Ltd. Daly group were an extreme help when we had boiler troubles they were round as soon as we needed them and sorted the problem like magic save a lot of stress and time and were truly amazing they are now my go to for any issues I have 💯 would recommend and would use again without hesitation

New boiler installed quickly and efficiently and at great price as well. The guys who did the job were really polite and left the area absolutely spotless, cleaning up after they had finished. I would highly recommend!

I bought a new house which Daly (Group) was their main electrical / mechanical contractor. I had radiators not working due to them being piped up incorrectly, water leaks above my kitchen ceiling due to the speedfit fittings not correctly installed. We even had a fitting siliconed up, must have noticed a leak on pressure test. And to top it off Gas Safe put my brand new house "AT RISK" thanks to their workmanship. But we did receive a M&S Christmas hamper to say sorry. I informed the builder I didn't want Daly's any where near my house. Oh & I'm a qualified electrical / mechanical maintenance engineer so I know what I'm talking about.
