Matt fitted a Fox ESS battery and Inverter for us, we already had the PV panels. Matt worked very tidily, came on time and completed the work on the day that was booked. The quote compared well with Octopus and was actually cheaper. We charge up between 2-5am on Octopus cheap tariff. As fitting took place in December we need some sunnier weather to see the full benefits. The ladies in the office ensured we were kept informed and an issue with the PV meter was dealt with promptly. I shall be very happy to recommend Construct Energy.

I recently had a solar and battery install by Construct Energy and the team. From initial conversations I got a good feeling from the company. Kirsty provided me with several quotes tailored to meet my requirements and they found a battery size configuration that gave me a cost saving. I also found the quote highly competitive compared with some of the other quotes I received. The work itself was carried out professionally and efficiently by Matt and his team. Matt even took the time to hide the electrical cable behind my downfall pipe and then buried it in the gravel that runs along the garden path to my garage, making it practically invisible and an extremely neat install. This is the attention to detail that you always hope for! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends or use them again for future work myself.

The system in completely managed by an app on your phone and so we initially had programming problem that Matt resolved very quickly after we made him aware. We recently commissioned Construct Energy to install an air source heat pump. Matt Biggs and his team Craig and Jay completed the installation within three days. They are highly professional tradesmen who were courteous and respectful. The job involved removing the old gas boiler and replacing the cylinder. We also upgraded six radiators and the difference in heat output is remarkable. The system is significantly more efficient and cost-effective than the gas boiler. We would not hesitate to recommend Construct Energy for similar installations.

Matt from Construct Energy was referred by a friend to help with our plans to install Solar panels and a heat pump. We obtained quotes from 3 different companies and found Matt’s to be the best option for us based on price and the detailed plans he provided after he surveyed our property. We felt Matt took time to understand our needs and answer our questions honestly, giving us confidence regarding his in depth knowledge and experience in this field.The installation was carried out efficiently and handover pack provided via a customer portal on his website. There was one issue with a faulty inverter which Matt was able to resolve with the manufacturer. Resolving these types of issues are really a test of a companies customer service and they dealt with this with aplomb.

We had a heat pump installed after our boiler broke. Matt and team were the first company where it wasn't mostly a sales pitch, but a constructive design plan that took our needs into account. Even after starting they managed to change things to route cables under the floor rather than up the walls, and we're now having hot showers at a fraction of what we were paying in gas (the heating works but it's been a bit warm to fully use it!) Neighbours have commented the pump is almost silent, and with a minor issue the team came straight back to sort it. We're booked in for a battery system now too.

5 star service from Matt and the team. From the initial quote through to completion of the works they showed up when they said they would and completed it within the timeframes quoted. Very meticulous in measuring and calculating the required heating by working out the potential heat loss from the house. Good at explaining the options and guiding me through it. The end result is very neat installation and I now have a fully working heat pump providing me with underfloor heating and hot water.

Excellent service and top quality installation from Construct Energy, switched from traditional heating to a heat pump and I am more than impressed with Matthew and his team, from knowledgeable initial planning to a very efficient install I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.
