A solid recommendation from another craftsman lead me to RJ Coleman Electrical. I cannot recommend enough their reliability, attention to detail, quality of work and ethos. While on site they worked with me at every stage discussing any challenges and overcoming them in a positive way turning a tricky job into a result anyone would be proud of. Genuinely nice folks a credit to the company. With future upgrades planned RJ Coleman will be my first choice. So very impressed. Prompt contact with us, initial home visit very keen to know what we wanted and explanations and options were expansive and helpful. Offered plenty of time for helping us understand. Discussed the planned alarm system in detail. The installation went without any fuss at all. Very neat. Appreciated the follow up call shortly after commissioning to check our understanding of using the system and that all was good. Fantastic service! RJ Coleman fitted a EV charger for our newly acquired electric car, great advice, prompt service and at a great price, Dave the electrician had it fitted in no time and explained how to use it, all set up and ready for some cheap motoring. I can highly recommend RJ Coleman for all electrical work, give them a call you won't find a more professional company in my opinion!

Disappointing! We usually use Gunness electrical but they were too busy so recommended R J Electrical , It took several phone calls to get someone to actually come out and assess the job ......we still haven't recieved a quote! when someone recommends you and you do not provide a service, you are not just giving yourself a bad name but also the company that vouched for you! If a company needs chasing to just provide a quote the they are obviously just too busy or can't be bothered! is that really the kind of business you want doing electrical work on your property? Gone elsewhere now.

Had burgler alarms updates undertaken for myself and parents. From 1st meeting with Alan and his colleagues to helping us post installation, the whole experience was fantastic. Definitely recommend this brilliant company for quality, vfm and professionalism.

I needed an alteration to my solar PV wiring that was not commonly made. Unlike the first two firms I contacted, R J Coleman immediately understood what I needed and arranged to do it, plus running armoured cable to a shed and installing power and light to the shed, and fixing an unsatisfactory lighting installation from a previous electrician. They arrived when they said they'd arrive and did every part of the job to a very high standard. Throughout, they treated me and my property with thoughtfulness and respect and I have to say that I am delighted with what they did and how they did it. If cabling can be said to be beautiful then this was beautiful!

Having decided to install solar panels I received a personal recommendation to use RJ Coleman. From my initial contact their response has been immediate and efficient. Having received a quotation, I sought others but decided on this company because they were thorough and gave more detail. They appeared to being recommending the best set-up for my situation and requirements. Once they had been accepted by me their response was rapid and the installation began The work was carried out quickly, without fuss, neatly and efficiently. The mounted solar panels are discreet and the electrical work is extremely neat and tidy. The integration with my existing electricity supply was also very quick and neatly done. I am very happy both with their customer relations, with the quality of their installation procedures and the quality of their workmanship.

We recently had Richard’s team out to install a Solar PV system and battery storage to our property. I have to say from start to finish an absolute pleasure. As an electrical engineer myself, it was very reassuring to receive all of Richard’s calculations and then the quality of the work from Christian and his team was also top notch, particularly when dealing with the extremely cold temperatures the country has endured during the install.

It is not often we write reviews but in this case, we have to say we are impressed. From the very start, our requirements for a Solar PV system were taken into consideration and where possible incorporated in the final design. The delivery was ahead of schedule and the installation took place in the allotted time. Switch on was faultless. We were away at the time when the installation started. However, we were informed of the daily progress, which we found very reassuring. The handover by the site engineers was great and they answered all our questions in a way we could understand. Throughout, nothing was too much trouble. After handover, we had several questions that we put to the office team. These all received prompt attention. The installation has been operating for about two weeks now and is performing exactly as we were told from the onset. Thank you Richard and your team.

We are really pleased with the service received from the RJ Coleman team who recently installed our solar PV system. The MD didn't try and sell us the easiest option for him, he discussed our needs, made recommendations and adjusted them as requested. Prompt responses at point of enquiry, realistic timeframes for service delivery and updates as necessary made this an easy process. The installation team were professional, tidy and easy to chat to regarding the works as were the scaffolding team who preempted them. Follow up enquiries and service support also of a good standard. Would highly recommend this firm.

Had absolutely fabulous service from Coleman’s this evening - an elderly Aunt suddenly found herself with no power in the house and was very distraught - we were unable to solve on our own but we’re guided through every process of elimination by Coleman’s over the phone and eventually tracked the problem to the garden pond socket! No charge was made and we were dealt with very patiently and expertly - would have no hesitation in ringing Coleman’s next time we need an electrician,

These guys were professional from start to finish. Their priority is the customer throughout the process right from providing a clear quote of what we “actually” needed, to spending time tailoring the system to our requirements and explaining how everything worked. Superb company. Had a 32A hot tub supply installed at short notice . Unlike 90% of local electrician's they actually answer the phone and talk to you in a kind, professional , but most importantly, helpful manner. Had been told 4-8 weeks by others who wouldn't commit to a day to do the work and didn't seem interested in the business. Had a quote done the same day we enquired and the job completed 48 hours later Really professional work, tidy install, smart knowledgeable technician . Fair pricing too , less than half of what some had tried to charge us hoping we didn't have a clue what needed doing. Great service and will be using you for all of our electrical needs moving forwards Thanks again guys 👍
