Mike and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He gave us valuable knowledge and support when deciding on the right battery to fit to our existing system. What upgrades were needed to ensure safety requirements were achieved and what was needed for the installation. They were prompt, tidy and supportive from start to finish. He answered all my questions (there were many!) and arranged for me to view a local installation to help my decision making. There were no hard sells and all prices were clear. Most importantly, he enabled me to make the right decision for my household, that was within my budget. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars really is not enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of this organisation. The quality of work, timing, attitude and cleanliness are all first rate. I wasn’t sold a ‘standard’ package as a real effort was made to ensure what was fitted was tailored to my needs with the site being properly surveyed. The price was considerably less than a quote from one of the major national energy suppliers. Good people that I can thoroughly recommend.

I found Charge Up very competitive and highly qualified and holding all of the appropriate electrical certification. Mike and his team installed 17 PV panels, some with optimisers along with an Alpha ESS 5kw Hybrid inverter and 4 storage batteries giving me over 20kW battery storage power. They also fitted an EPS consumer unit giving us power outage cover on essential lighting and power circuits. They also advised fittings a Solar iboost for our hot water, and finally a Zappi Charging point for our EV car. They attended to give us an estimate on time and by a gentleman which was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. When the company fitted the system hey were all very professional from the erection of scaffolding, the roofer and the electricians, left site clean and tidy after explaining the system. Excellent service

Excellent service. After my expression of interest Mike and his colleagues gave me several options and talked us through all of these spending a great deal of time to ensure that we made the correct choice. The work was completed in good time and all of those involved were great to deal with from start to finish. The cost of the work was very competitively priced and we noted that the bird netting was very superior to some used by other installers. We look forward to receiving one last piece of documentation to enable us to contact our supplier regarding payment for power sent back to the grid, and then can then sit back and enjoy the savings.

I had solar panels and battery fitted started the 4th March and finished 8th March Mike and Jake were very helpful and answered all my questions i had about the system and since the 9th of March i have been 99% self-sufficient on electricity and my bills each month are only for standing charges the boys were very clean both inside and out leaving everything perfect from the scaffolders to the roofers

Mike added a libbi inverter and batteries and a zappi EV charger to our existing solar pv system. He was willing to discuss and adapt the planned installation as he went along to reduce any adverse impact on the appearance of our property. He always replied quickly to emails and appeared when he said he would. I thoroughly recommend him.
