It’s been along journey since first contacting Terry @ Unclouded Solar 12 months ago. My plan was a small building project followed by the installation of solar and battery storage. Throughout this time (planning, construction work etc.) Terry was always on hand to help and advise. Once the build was complete, Terry gave a re-estimation with a really competitive quote for the installation and we decided to go ahead. Due to our property layout the installation took a day and a half. The team turned up promptly on the first day, informing us every step of the way regarding the schedule. Despite atrocious weather, the guys worked diligently and cheerfully, really pushing that extra mile to ensure we were fully satisfied. Once installed, they gave us a walk through the entire system including the relevant Apps.Terry very quickly (two days!) completed and sent the relevant paperwork to us, and this has already been forwarded to our energy supplier to arrange the export tariff. Overall a first class team that I whole heartedly recommend. Thanks Unclouded from an extremely happy customer.

We had an excellent experience with Terry and his team. The communication was perfect throughout, and Terry was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We had a mix of sloped and flat roof, and Terry's plan was our favourite of the quotes we received. The installation was completed rapidly thanks to everyone's hard work (with special thanks to Liam and Bern, who were both superb!), and we received our MCS certificate and handover documents within a week. Terry and his team installed solar panels plus a battery at our house in Sevenoaks in September. The whole experience was impeccable from start to finish. Great communication and advice from the survey at the start. The scaffolding went up the day before as communicated, and the installation was perfect - all done on in a day, the whole team (Bernard the electrician and Liam the roofer) are absolute professionals. Talked us through everything including location and wiring tracks etc. And having had the equipment a couple of weeks now I am absolutely delighted it is a seriously excellent bit of kit - the battery has AI software which even when there is not lots of sun will pull electricity from the grid at cheaper rates overnight to use in the day. We're seeing a significant impact on electricity usage and bills. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Terry and Unclouded Solar. The only regret is we didn't get it sooner!

We’re really enjoying making our own electricity!! Since we had the panels installed the weather has been perfect for charging the batteries and selling the excess back to the grid. The installation process was brilliant and quick. The complicated paperwork has been done quickly by the team and we haven’t had to be involved with that at all. Good communication and excellent backup once it was installed. I can thoroughly recommend Terry and his team.

I spent quite some time researching various solar and battery options on the market as well as several installers and am absolutely thrilled with the setup Terry and the team at Unclouded Solar have done for us. Terry and his team Simon and Bernard have just installed solar panels, batteries and a car charger at our home in Farnborough, Hants. From the quote stage through to the works and after care , their knowledge, service and professionalism have been of the highest quality . His scaffolding team have also been efficient and careful. Terry can answer all of our queries in the interaction with the power company, our electric supplier and car type., all in a very timely way. I noticed that the output of my solar panels was dropping off and I was receiving an error on the inverter following heavy rain. I had attempted to contact solar installers before without success and then I discovered Unclouded Solar, a local company based in Kemsing. Terry, the main contact was brilliant, he agreed to an initial fault finding session and came along with his drone and screwdriver. He rapidly pinpointed the problem, very dirty panels at the rear of the property, and came up with an action plan. Terry was flexible with dates, shuffling other work to match our schedule. Having identified that the panels at the rear were the cause of the inverter error the next step was to clean and check the panels. When they checked the panels they found that all were functioning very poorly and degrading the whole system. Terry outlined the options and we agreed to replace all of the panels, the panel rails and the bird guards as the original installation was a bit rushed. This was done very promptly and professionally with Terry spelling out the timetable and keeping us updated with progress. The team were brilliant, neat, tidy, polite and very efficient, the job was done in no time. The new panels are much more modern and powerful and generating much more than the originals. I would thoroughly recommend Terry and the team at Unclouded Solar if you have any issues with your solar installation.

Terry and his team fitted solar panels over two roofs and installed a Sigenergy battery & inverter for me. From the point of first contacting Terry to arrange a survey, to the installation itself, the experience was excellent. Terry has the right approach. He gives valuable advice along the way, but allows you to choose the equipment that you want for your project, without any pressure whatsoever. There was only a few weeks between me finalising my choice of equipment and the actual installation date itself. T&F Scaffolding fitted the scaffolding the Saturday before the install and took it down the following Saturday. They were thoroughly professional and are also highly recommended. The electrician (Bernard) did a great job & the cabling was neat and professional. The roofing team (led by Kai) installed the panels efficiently and I was very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend choosing Unclouded Solar for your install.

We used Unclouded Solar to install 26 solar panels on our Cricket club roof.. We were very impressed with Terry and his knowledge. Whereas other installers wanted to put 40+ panels on the roof, Terry advised us that putting that many on the roof would not be effective given the position of the roof. Terry and his team were very efficient during the installation and explained things very clearly and simply. I would not hesitate to recommend Unclouded for your solar panels project

Can't recommend Unclouded Solar enough. After trying a number of companies in the Sevenoaks area to install solar panels at our joinery shop, and being let down on site visits for estimating, we contacted Terry and his team who were very efficient in getting us a quote back quickly and hand delivered it explaining and answering any questions we had. Once instructed to start work Terry sorted out everything from the DNO to working out our export rate of how long it would take to get our money back for the panels. The team were quick and tidy. The Unclouded Solar team were excellent throughout. From the first contact via the quote to the installation, Terry and his team were outstanding. We had solar panels fitted yesterday. The team consisted of the boss Terry (electrician) & another electrician and 2 roofers fitting the panels. Very polite and respectful they did a wonderful job of explaining the entire process for the day and then also on the user training and how to use / monitor the systems via the app. Very clean and tidy and the install work is very neat and well thought out.
