Having written a 5* review about the service I initially received, I now find myself extremely disappointed that I have been sold a Rolec ev charger that does not fully operate within the national grid voltage parameters . Had I known this prior to fitting, I would not have purchased this product.

A very professional company

A very professional company Communication was excellent always on time. The electricians did a really comprehensive survey. Fitting of the car charger was done very well. We had a small electrical fault the following day ( not Greenios fault) but this was resolved very promptly. Really impressed and would recommend this company.

The excellent engineers, who installed the equipment to high standard and were meticulous in concealing the necessary cabling. They also set up and fully explained the application used for the system. The whole process with Greenio has been fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend Anna and the team to anyone considering a solar installation.

Greenio Ltd. recently installed solar panels for us. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. GivEnergy installation

Greenio installed a GivEnergy 5.5kWh solar (12 panel) and 10kWh battery system at our home in January 2025. Greenio have been superb and guiding us through the solar process from Anna, initially with a no pressure and detailed site visit, to the “ James x2 “ who surveyed and installed with total confidence and competency and to Olivia who kept us informed and up to date ! Any queries no matter how silly, they are prompt to reply and really care about the product and satisfaction of the customer. We cannot recommend highly enough. Incidentally, we are complete novices in the solar/tech world and we’ve managed it ! We are proud owners of solar panels and a storage battery. Thank you Greenio Team

Trustworthy, efficient and excellent product

Cannot fault Greenio, from initial site visit to survey & installation of our solar panels and storage battery. Communication was excellent no matter how trivial ( we are completely new to the world of solar tech- so there were many questions ) The product is excellent, we are now over a month in and no regrets. Highly recommended

Good sound advice without any pressure. After a home visit and a thorough survey I was given various options to consider.Anna was always ready for prompt and helpful guidance, and having decided to go with Greenio I was given a target date for installation. Scaffolding was erected on schedule and installation was prompt. The team was excellent. Friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional. All my question were answered and I received a comprehensive briefing and handover before they left. like to go local, and can thoroughly recommend Greenio Ltd.

Excellent choice for Solar Panel Installation.

After approaching several local companies for advice and costs of installing solar panels I chose Greenio. From initial survey to final completion their service was thoroughly professional, friendly and helpful. All queries were responded to promptly and courteously by Anna, and the installation team was excellent. Overall I was impressed by this first class company.

I contacted Anna at Greenio to enquire about having Solar panels fitted to my house. Anna explained the different types of Solar panels available and which ones Greenio recommended any most importantly why. Anna visited my house at a time of my convenience so she could assess how many panel I could have on my roof, and also where the inverter and batteries would be placed. The following day I have a full written quote including potential savings and when the work could begin. Two days later an engineer from Greenio was at my house doing the final checks and confirming where everything was to be placed and the hardware they required. Once I gave the go ahead I was assured that the work could start 5 weeks hence. Scaffolding was erected the week before the work was to commence. The Greenio engineers turned up at the appointed time on the start date and started the installation process. On the first day the Car charging POD was partially fitted, but it was in the wrong place. When this was pointed out to the engineers they without hesitation moved it to the correct position. The mistake as a communication error between myself and the engineer 4 weeks before hand. I cannot praise the engineers and Anna from Greenio enough, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, in the time scale they said it would be done. The installation was done to the highest standard and they cleaned up afterwards. The post installation service has also been second to none. The applications to run the system were set up by the team, I have downloaded them and they have been fully explained to me to a level that I understand them and can check and run my system. The whole process through Greenio has been absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of having Solar installed to their house of commercial premises.

Not sure why I’ve not added a review sooner. I’ve used Greenio 3 times now. In a previous role I used them to install lighting which was managed really well. Last year I had 22 solar panels installed - incredibly well managed and top spec. Excellent workmanship and such professional service. Delivered on time. Just recently added a battery. Once again perfect customer service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

We wanted on-site chat prior to quote and the greenio team responded promptly. They kept us engaged throughout the installation, to achieve what we discussed and intended. Pleased with how they left the site after commissioning the install, and the after-sales support too. Would recommend them.

Excellent after sales experience

Had an issue with my 2 year old Zappi not working & contacted the original installers Greenio as well Myenergie. The response from Greenio was terrific & not only did they help in getting a warranty replacement unit sent out to me from Myenergie, they also sent one of their own engineers to install it despite me being over 100 miles from their headquarters, & again all under warranty. Throughout this issue their communication was excellent with non of the usual being put on hold for ages or being referred to "our FAQ's" which is the norm with many companies these days......with Greenio you deal with real people who are committed to give great customer service.

Solar + Battery Install We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Greenio, who did a fantastic job. Right from the start they did a detailed design and in person visit to make sure it was exactly the sort of system we would want. When the installation took place the staff were all incredibly polite and friendly. They always made sure to keep everything neat and tidy and left everything clean. They system was installed in a very neat way and has been working perfectly since the installation. Very happy with our experience.

I have recently had Solar Panels & Battery installed. From my first contact with Greenio Ltd I was impressed by the professionalism & knowledge. I spoke to Luke (Salesman) who gave me a lot of info, I than had a meeting/survey with Luke & James (Electrician). At this point I knew I had the right Company. My installation was completed a few weeks ago by James & team who did a fabulous professional job. During this time I met Carla (Product manager) who is the most helpful & professional person, and who is still advising me on my system. It's been a pleasure doing business with Greenio Ltd from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Solar Panels and Home Battery Storage installation

This project includes designing and installation of a total of 18 pieces of 430W Solar Panels on both sides of the roof and 10Kwh home battery storage. I am very pleased with the work done by Greenio Ltd's project team. The installation plan was executed on time and with high quality. In particular, I am pleased with the Project Manager, Ms. Carla Lee, who made good suggestion on change of design, persistently chasing up the battery and inverter supplier, SolarEdge, to following up the installation problem which was eventually solved.

When enquiring about solar I had my enquiry answered very quickly and they came out to do a survey very quickly too. All calls and emails answered or replied to quickly also. Anna and Lucas were very professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. Abi and James worked hard throughout our installation and always kept us informed and showed us how to work the app with ease. The whole process was swift from enquiring to installation and at a very competitive price. I will definitely be recommending Greenio in the future.

Great service

Great service, arranged a car charger installation quickly and with very little fuss. Installers were very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

When I started having issues with my Zappi EV charger, I contacted Greenio and they came out and replaced my charger and MCB under warranty. Brilliant communication start to finish and prompt service. Special shout out to Michelle and Tom for their help throughout.

Greenio installed a Zappi + 5.8 kWh Solar + 20kWh Battery System in 2022-2023. Greenio are a fantastic company; well run, organised and great friendly helpful people. I can't recommend them enough! (in fact I did refer them to everyone that asks about solar). I was surprised with their technical knowledge and how they worked with me to get the best possible results for the system. I will be using them again for a heat pump at some point in the future.

Excellent installations by the engineers Flech , Abi and James. I Had a 13 solar panel system with battery , a Zappie Car charger. At a later date I had extra bigger battery installed to cater for my needs. I was given a good demonstration on how everything worked and how to use the system. Very impressed with the friendly and professional help that Anna and the girls in the office gave me. My son has also had 12 solar panel system with battery and Zappie car charger installed by GREENIO. We recommend GREENIO to everyone .

Contacted Greenio in relation to the installation of a Zappi EV charger. Spoke at length with Anna who was very helpful and took a great deal of time to not only answer all of my questions but also provide several options in relation to my installation. A date for installation was set and my installer arrived on time as promised and worked quickly completing a very neat and tidy installation. I had contacted, and been quoted, by several companies before deciding on Greenio and I'm very happy with my decision. A good job at a competitive price. Can't ask for more.

The end-to-end customer experience of dealing with the team at Greenio was fantastic. Really helpful and friendly office staff who understood my EV charger requirements and provided the necessary quotes and answers to any questions in a timely manner. The installation went ahead as planned without a problem. Scott from Greenio was helpful, and as an experienced electrician, he installed the charger exactly where I wanted it taking care with to run the cable professionally, cleanly giving a quality installation. He even demonstrated the charger functions and answered any of my questions. Overall another satisfied customer!

Really impressed throughout. Thorough discussion of the whole process in advance so install day went like clockwork. Happy to customise the instal to our requirements minimising visible cables and suggested specialist EV cable (with signal wires inside) to keep it all looking neat. Installer on the day went though everything including helping set up the app and running through the controls in detail. Premium service at a fair price.

Scott from Greenio is very experienced electrician completed Zappi charger installation. He showed us how to use and left us with instructions. Very happy with the service we received. I must also say, I had one of the best customer experience with Greenio team from enquiry to arranging the installation. All trouble free and deserve a 5 star.

Today we had a Zappi EV car charger installed by Greenio Ltd. The Zappi itself is an absolutely fantastic product, links in perfectly with our Solar PV set up and the app now allows us to be able to monitor where our energy is coming from. The team at Greenio are so friendly and knowledgable. Dan, our engineer was great. He worked swiftly and cleaned up after himself, taking the time to make sure we were happy with the install and showed us how to use the charger and connect to the app. Really excellent service and would highly recommend Greenio to anyone else thinking of getting these kind of products installed.
