Never Again!
Soundproofing is vital in a flat and I am horrified at the low quality in my new flat. The constant bangbangbang of footsteps above me is soul destroying. If anyone near me plays music through a woofer system or similar it is sheer torture. The baseline is heard in every room so you cannot get away from it. I complained and they did a sound test. What they did not tell me was that the test is void when the property is furnished. They used this test to dismiss me. They also sold me a property with a balcony and then, before completion, they took it away. I felt very bullied to be quiet by their management team. Terrible experience. Never again. Still saving up to move to a better made flat but money is tight and the struggle goes on.
Exceptional quality and after sales.
I recently bought a new home from Wilmott Dixon/Laurus Homes. It was just a WOW,The build quality was exceptional, April in HO arranged any snagging and fixed straight away. The team of builders on site at D'urton lane are a credit to the company. The whole process from purchase with Toni and Olivia was beyond my expectations. Toni was professional and efficient at all times. From Completion to handover lots of communication. I love my new home. Thank you WD and Laurus Homes.
Easy delivery to rear of building accessed through car park, plenty of room for 18 tonne rigid as during current climate, car par fairly empty as staff working from home, tougher with full car park, easy to find.
