Bailey came to do a home visit at my property for cavity wall insulation. He talked me through the process and explained the key parts of having adequate ventilation and after checking the cavities, he informed me that they were actually already insulated with grey bead but as a new home buyer we couldn't tell due to the new rendering. Bailey Grant was absolutely brilliant during my solar assessment. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to – no pressure, no sales tactics, just a genuine conversation about what would work best for us. What really stood out was how observant and thorough he was. He didn’t just glance at the roof and throw out numbers – he properly assessed everything, explained what he was looking at, and made sure we understood the process. You could tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job properly. Most importantly, he was completely honest. Callum attended this morning to carry out the cavity survey, he arrived at the time stated, he explained why he was here and what he was going to do. He explained that the survey should take around 20 minutes. Callum was true to his word, he was done within 20 minutes. I asked about next steps, he explained that once his report was sent it will then be decided on the best approach then the work will be booked, he explained that his company is hoping to get work completed by the end of March. Callum was polite, friendly and was happy to chat which makes a difference to other workpeople I have encountered in the past.

We were very impressed with George. He called ahead and arrived when we expected him. Once here he explained what he had to do any why. George was a polite and courteous young man. He appeared to make efficient use of his time here and left roughly when we expected. Importantly, he was friendly towards the cat which we are babysitting and respected our request to make sure she didn't escape.

George assessed my home today for work to be carried out. He arrived on time. He was very polite and explained in detail everything to expect when the work gets completed. I would well recommend the company.

I’ve just had 6 solar panels installed by Evolve Solar and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain exactly how the system works and what I needed to do next in a way that was very clear and easy to understand. The installation itself is neat and looks in excellent condition on the roof. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this thorough and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!

This company fitted our new storage heaters and we couldn’t fault them at the time. They were all so polite and friendly and the job they did was fantastic! Where they lack is customer after care. In the past week we’ve had issues with the heaters not working properly and with the temperature getting as low as -7 at some points we needed it sorted. We’ve rang them 3 times and been told someone would call back. Nobody has. We’ve emailed them and got no reply. We’ve filled out the online contact form and got no reply. We’ve now been without proper heat for an over a week and having to use electric fan heaters to keep warm which is using a huge amount of electricity! Very disappointed in Evolve & their aftercare. *** I just want to say that after posting this review a lady from this company called me and apologised for not responding to our calls. She assured us that someone would be contacting us within the hour to speak to us about our issues. About 10 minutes later an engineer called and a home visit has been arranged for the end of the week to fix our heaters. The lady then called again to make sure we were happy with the outcome.

Rhys arrived promptly and communicated well both before the survey appointment and during. He explained what he was looking for, why and how it might affect the process and quote. He checked the loft insulation and said it was easily within code and did not need replacing nor additional work. He answered my questions fully and explained processes clearly. Other than his support for the wrong Rugby team, I can't fault his professional opinion and comment. I hope the rest of the Evolve team match his standards when the installation takes place next week.

Contacted Evolve Home Energy Solutions to enquire about loft insulation. Given an initial estimate on the phone which was then supported by Rhys who came out in person to provide a detailed quote for loft insulation, some boarding and two loft ladders. He took his boots off on entry to the house and took me through any issues that he spotted (eg. position of the loft ladder, position of the boarding). Now just waiting for the quote to come through. Excellent service to date with a professional company that seems to value top quality customer service.

George came today to do certain tests regarding having solar panels fitted. He was respectful of our home, he took his shoes off on entering. He explained everything he was going to do and was happy to answer any questions we had. He gave us a lot of confidence as he was explaining everything. An excellent employee in our opinion, and should be rewarded as such

Bailey came today to perform a full survey. This company is fab and have brilliant blokes working for them. He was concious of his surroundings, made me aware where he was going in the house. (I had to stay mainly in the lounge due to having my little one). Polite, informative and professional.

I would like to give some feedback on Rhys Morgan who attended my home today. When Rhys came into my home, he was very respectful and insisted on taking his work boots off which no one work man has ever done. I felt confident in his ability to carry out this job and this made me confident that this issue is one major step closer to getting sorted after all these years. He carried out the job in a professional and timely manner but he was also friendly and approachable. He is a great asset to your team and should be praised and recognised for his hard work and dedication to his trade.

Bailey & Callum were great. Really helpful & informative, gave the house a thorough assessment, took the necessary details & provided a follow up visit booking slot too. Given our situation, this was really really appreciated.
