Unsolicited letter through the postbox saying they’ve looked at my roof and it’s suitable for 10 solar panels. Well it is, that’s true, because I already have them. Feels a bit of a scam therefore.

Mike was excellent. He carried out the work so professionally. He covered all my units and floors where he was working. Explained everything to us and made it easy to understand our new boiler. He made this installation so easy for us. Would recommend this company.

After several phone calls and messages I have given up trying to get a quote to service a solar thermal system. All very polite on the phone, and promises of getting back to me numerous times. I'm now in urgent need of a service before winter potentially damages the system. If you don't want this work, don't advertise it, and have the balls to say it so people can move on. Thankfully after searching hard again have found someone.

The erection of scaffolding and installation was spot on, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Getting to the point of installation was frustrating at times having to chase for details and dates. Still not selling energy back to grid….not wrights responsibility as previously advised when taking out the contract and not the responsibility of my energy provider either it seems - was led to believe this would all be taken care of after almost two weeks bouncing back and forward between both, I have four weeks to wait for that to happen. Not impressed with that but it’s a compact installation.

Lee and the team at Wright Renewables did a fantastic Valliant Heat Pump install for us. Whilst everything wasn't perfect on initial install (no one can be perfect) The team did absolutely everything to put it right and were responsive when contacting the office. Ultimately it isn't about mishaps, it's about the final result and how the company handles issues. Thanks Lee & The Team. (Old and New EPC Attached)

Do not use this company under any circumstances, absolutely incompetent and the senior management don’t seem to have any control. I’ve spoken to the MD once but he’s not contacted me once since the debacle started. They quote a low fee but not worth it.

It’s been a nightmare and still not completed. they cancel and turn up late at scaffolding up for well over a month. Dont use

The team kept me up to date by ringing me or emailing me. Very polite team in the phone. The guys who fitted the new boiler were on time , extremely polite, very clean in the process! Would highly recommend Wright renewable ! Oh and a reasonable price..( if boilers can be)!🤣 Thank you!!

A great boiler installation company

I received online quotations from several firms but Wright Renewable Heating was the only firm that came out extremely quickly to inspect my property and check my requirements. Their advice was invaluable and, although their quote was not the cheapest, I was impressed with their hands on, friendly and knowledgeable approach. They slotted my installation date in extremely quickly and the boiler was up and running within a few hours of their installation teams arrival.

Well what can I say

Well what can I say, absolutely fabulous company. No heating or water for 2 weeks companies failed me, raised the quote by 2 thousand pound. Wrights came out, lovely salesman not pushy gave me three options. Went for the last option the least expensive quote I’d received, that was on the Thursday by the Monday they were here fitting a new boiler to lovely lads who done a great job. Totally 110% would recommend wrights renewables and I’ll definitely use them in the future. Thank you once again

What a great job

What a great job. We had a back boiler central heating removed and replaced with combi boiler plus an additional radiator fitted in kitchen. All rubbish was taken away including tanks in the loft. I cannot praise the lads enough they were very efficient and worked really hard all day long. It was a long day to complete but the lads were not phased by it. Very good price for the work would not hesitate to use Wright Renewable Heating again.

Initially unsure about using a company from what I thought is such a distance, but delighted that I did. Chris the surveyor made a visit on the same day he made contact, provided a non- pushy solution, and was available later to answer my questions without pressing for a commitment. The engineers Mike and Drew were good to have around- friendly, polite, switched on and even took their shoes off! A credit to the company. Many thanks.

New Boiler and Radiators installed

Absolutely superb service at a very competitive price. I had a new gas boiler and 6 radiators all installed in one day. No mess and no fuss. Thank you for your excellent service.

Boiler installed Christmas Eve. Extremely efficient, clean and helpful. No pushy Salesman, very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Installer set system up and was very helpful. Great price. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service from a really good company. Engineers were polite and hardworking, New boiler was fitted well, they even went above and beyond by installing a radiator for me and there were no issues. Really clean operation and looked after the property as they worked. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, Chris came out same day as initial enquiry, arranged for new system worcester boiler and cylinder to be fitted next working day. Very pleased with the quick and efficient service, especially in the busy Christmas period. All workers great, would really recommend this company. Chris was particularly helpful.

Top notch company

Professional company that go above and beyond. I'm delighted with the service they provided. Just had a replacement boiler fitted as my old one packed in over the weekend. Called and spoke to Chris who promptly arrived at my property and advised me of the best options. Although it wasn't the cheapest quote the customer service and attention to detail have been second to none - definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole process was phenomenal. Chris the surveyor listened to our needs and recommended everything we needed. The job was carried out neatly with the minimum of fuss and works perfectly. Caity in the office is exceptional and has dealt with everything professionally and courteously. Well what really can I say to starting the job and finishing these lad were spot on , helping with answering questions, cleaning and tiding up after themselves. These folk really did an amazing job

These folk really did an amazing job. My best friend who lives too far away to do the job is a heating engineer. When I told him what I was having done and the price quoted by Wrights he said bit their arm off. I wasn’t expecting the service I received at such a bargain price. All the engineers were excellent to have around the house for 2 days. Special thanks to Jaimie and the team.

Quality, clarity and cleanliness

Quick response to my initial enquiry, followed a few days later by home survey. A detailed quote was received two days later. I accepted and was offered an installation date which I was not able to accept. I accepted a second date for one week later. From first contact to completion circa five week. I was kept fully informed throughout. All work completed on time (three days) and very clean. A very likeable team of installers who discussed and explained minor, but necessary, amendments to installation

A very all round professional company who sourced, supplied and installed my solar panels, battery back up, air source heat pump, water tank, and new radiators within the week. All workers were polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone interested in changing their heating system.

Wright Renewables relocated my boiler and re plumbed my kitchen following a bodge job from another company - service was second to none and the workmanship is fantastic! Blokes who came to the house were polite and punctual and great at what they did - would highly recommend. Now get them back for regular boiler maintenance.

When another company (Eco renewables) can offer you the same solar and battery set up for 3K less you have to wonder if Wright Renewables are just taking advantage of the current climate and ripping you off. Always get a second quote is my advise and no I didn't give the job to Wright Renewables
