Called them a little after 9am this morning about an issue. They said someone would come today. Nobody showed up.

Great job done by Sean and Dave. Very obliging and considerate, place was left spotless after the job was done.

This company came to service and clean my radiators out due to build up of lime their staff were a pleasure to deal with. The 2 guys that called to me Conor and Kyle were polite, professional and very clean in their work areas. They were punctual and able to tell me pretty much how long the job would take - very effecient and willing to answer any quieries i had on the heating system too. Customer service was also amazing - Aine could teach the country how it should be done - what a pleasure!

We did a One Stop Shop upgrade with Bayview. They were absolute gentlemen end to end. Des was very helpful early on, guiding us through what was possible within our budget and putting together a very competitive proposal. Richie and Barney were great once the project got started. And all the trades who came to the house arrived on time, did a great job and were very pleasant. Overall, I'd strongly recommend Bayview to anyone looking to do a full energy upgrade.

Dave and Sean recently came to my new apartment that had a roof leak, absolute gentlemen , very quick and efficient and worked around my timetable regarding work, answered all questions I had and explained all stages of work to be done, would highly recommend

Fitted my replacement windows from the inside! Consequently, my walls are in a terrible state. A week later now & they still haven't been plastered. Crowd of cowboys!

We recently had new windows and insulation work done by Bayview and the whole experience was faultless. From start to finish everything was on time and work carried out by experienced and very pleasant workers. A big thank you to Michael Moore who was the project manager and to all the crew at Bayview.

I contacted Oaklee housing by email who then contacted Bayview Contracts and Bayview then contacted myself, I spoke to a lovely lady Lisa, my bedroom window sill was warping and had water damage and water puddles on it which was having an affect on the health issues I have, I had previously contacted Oaklee about this problem over the course of 2 years but nothing was done, I am grateful to Oaklee for contacting Bayview Contracts this time because I spoke with Lisa from Bayview as I’ve said and she arranged for the workmen Dave & Sean to come to my apartment and sort this issue once and for all It was all done so quickly from talking to Lisa to Dave & Sean coming up and replacing the full bedroom window sill as well as checking all other window sills in my apartment and replacing another sill I didn’t even realise needed replaced, literally within a day of speaking with Lisa, Dave & Sean had replaced the sills and done a fantastic job, the guys are very professional, so lovely and friendly and very courteous, thoroughly checking everything, these guys know their stuff and knew exactly what needed to be done where as unfortunately when I had a vist from Oaklee over a year ago it was pretty obvious the person who was in my home for all of 2 minutes had really no idea of what needed done as I was being told by him that my windows needed replaced , then never heard from him again, Dave & Sean clearly know what they are doing and I am very grateful and thankful to the guys for doing a fantastic job, next to no mess as the guys had cleaned everything up which I would have done myself with no problem but they guys cleans up everything so well I literally had nothing to clean when they’d finished HUGE THANK YOU to Lisa for arranging this so quickly for me and for her help and understanding and to Dave & Sean for the brilliant work you both done , the service they provided was excellent, second to none Many thanks guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Georgie Wrens Hill Donabate

Honestly they are snake oil salesman. I regret ever giving them a penny and I was lucky that it wasn't more money I wasted on them. I received 3 different quotes for works and each time they changed it upwards and removed works from the scope. Each person I engaged with promised things the next person wouldn't stand over. What was crazy was they couldn't accurately measure a wall to give dimension quotes, this seems like builder work 101. Stay away from them.

From start to finsh Dave and Sean where a delight to work with they went above and beyond Very professional and very tidy work The lads were always on time and got to work with a result off making balcony look fantastic and safe for my kids I cant thank them enough

Had a window replaced by Bayview Contracts recently. Dealt with Damien and he was courteous and professional through out. I was communicated with throughout the process and the new window was fitted quick and looks great. Mary

Had a new boiler fitted by B J Sheridan ,So happy with his work so neat too ,no mess at all would highly recommend this nice man to do work definitely gets 5 stars

We recently got our house insulated with Bayview. From start to.finish they were excellent. Nothing too.much to ask . Done a fab job . Meticulous and also cleaned the place amazingly. Michael the project manager was excellent start to finish at organising etc . The workers were excellent a d very clean

Bayview recently installed my gas. Not only did they make a complete mess of it in several place, leave my house absolutely stinking (didn't have a single dust sheet down) their attitude towards their mistakes absolutely stank. Don't waste your time with these cowboys. Get someone in who knows what they're doing and will take the time and care to get the job done right! They have ruined the wallpaper in every single room, they took my skirting off carelessly, it's now bowed and they tried to fix it with silicone. They used my tuperware for, well I don't know what for but it's for the bin. They used my bath towels to drain the system, they're also for the bin. They left holes in my walls along with exposed wires! The list is endless!!! They'll not be getting back into this house to rectify their mistakes.

These guys did a superb job fitting new windows. and front door. They are experts in their field.
