Very respectful and pleasant installers the process was alot quicker than we thought it would be we had surveys carried out previously and the company went quiet after being referred to URP they restored my faith in the grant, the office staff are really friendly and helpful keeping me updated and answering any queries I had after being a little dubious from past experiences with others

What a fantastic company to deal with! Nothing is too much trouble and they keep you informed at all stages of the installation. URP retro fitted 6 apartments for us, with the minimum of disturbance to the tenants! I can highly recommend URP, from everyone in the office to Luke, Magic, Scott and Lee on site….Simply superb!! 👍

Really impressed with URP. The lads were competent and professional. Explained how everything works and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend.

Bunch of cowboys stay away! You would think that when you have a high profile sign written van you would not drive like an idiot! Saw these guys racing this large van around and harassing a driver by driving right behind the car at 40 miles an hour. Reg CJ73. So if you drive like cowboys one while you have your van sign written it shows you don't care. I would have expected you to drive your van in a respectful manner, not harassing the driver who was driving at the speed limit. Shame on you Urban retrofit projects for employing idiots driving your van advertising that you don't care, or respect other drivers!

What a great professional bunch of blokes. Very accommodating and went above and beyond when fitting our extractor fans. Couldn't fault them at all. Very professional and also funny they were like the chuckle brothers lol. Thank you.

Had Storage heaters fitted. Fantastic installer, very professional and respectful of my property. Obviously over qualified as he really knew the product and was able to deal with my 1950's electric wiring . Very neat and tidied as he went. He was happy to indulge all my questions and spent time showing me the product. A credit to the company and happy to make his acquaintance.

Was really happy with the service at the start very quick to install the solar panel and new heating systems. That was 7 months ago had nothing but issues nothing was left to tell us how anything worked and the house was cold all through winter was able to get someone out in Feb and told how to work them and that one was broken, our bills have gone up 200 pounds a month and just been informed we not be connected to the main grid we now have 1k in electricity debt a freezing cold house and little help from the company (only thing they changed in electrical usage was these)

All I can say to the other reviewers who never got a reply from this lot is you’ve had a lucky escape. I know they cannot help people being ill but OMG this lot bring a whole new meaning to the word incompetence! Had an installer turn up late Monday then never saw him again due to snow and illness. Office staff kept promising for a week an installer would be here but never turned up. An installer turned up on the Tuesday of the following week. I got a phone call the same day saying an installer would definitely be here tomorrow (Wednesday). He was stood at the side of me at the time! The plumber flooded the kitchen after not capping the radiator correctly in the bedroom above. The only response I got was that will need painting! No offer to sort it. Plasterer eventually turned up on Thursday but refused to refit the coving saying it was the joiner’s job. That is a new one on me! The joiner obviously had never fitted coving before. Everyone seemed to be rushing on the Friday to get the job done which they did, almost. The plumber refitted the radiators before the joiner had put skirting on so had to come back on the Saturday morning to remove them and replace them again for a third time! The radiators have been fitted too low and tight to the skirting boards so now I cannot turn the thermostats. One radiator is leaking. A lot of them were boasting that they are paid so well it is a shame the workmanship does not reflect their fantastic wages. The end result is an appalling job. I have contacted URP to try and get this sorted but they just don’t seem interested. In the end I have had to rectify their mess at significant cost to myself! I was going to put this review on the TrustMark website, but as you have to contact the company in question and send them your review it does beg the question can the TrustMark site be trusted?

Started off really well with contact, then the estimate and then it came to getting the work done. I've emailed and phoned the company but no response
