From contacting Lumisol and speaking with Sam, she created a quote to have my EV charger installed extremely quickly. She then arranged for this to be done within 2 days as my old charger had failed. The installation team arrived at the agreed time, were very professional and helpful and installed the new charger and set it up. I cant fault the workmanship. We needed an Ev charger installing and possibly an outdoor socket. Found Lumisol listed as recommended installer for Tesla EV charger and liked the fact they were local to us so we approached them for a quote. Site visit was quickly arranged through Sam in their friendly office and appointment confirmed by email and text in the day to say he’s in his way! Within a few days Thomas came out to meet us review our requirements. We felt immediately at ease as he talked us through options and fully explained details of works required. He obviously knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable. He emailed a quote through later that same day which we accepted. Very reasonably priced even after we added on an external socket and additional distribution board. On the day of installation James and Alex arrived on time and were super, working efficiently and tidily, clearing up after job was completed. They kept us advised throughout and made sure everything was set up and we understood how to operate the charger. Products installed are if highest quality as is their workmanship. Great attention to detail from the start keeping us updated. Excellent clear communication throughout process. All this gives confidence that you’re dealing with a professional company. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again in the future.

Lumisol Review - February 8th 2025 We were involved with Lumisol recently who installed an EV charger, solar panels and storage batteries in the house we have just moved to. We purchased an electric vehicle some two years ago and used Tom Perretta, a local tradesman, to install an EV charger at our previous house. When we moved to this house, we remembered how efficient, knowledgeable and polite Tom had been. Also, we were aware that he had branched out into solar panel and storage battery installation so we contacted him for a quotation. As before, he was highly professional and was able to explain the options in an understandable manner. Lumisol installed the EV charger within a few weeks of the initial contact and it was an efficient and competent installation, which has been problem free. Some weeks later, Lumisol returned to install solar panels, an inverter and storage battery. This was carried out efficiently and quickly. The system has been up and running for a couple of weeks without issue. At all times, Lumisol staff were polite and professional. I would be happy to recommend Lumisol to family and friends for their expertise in selection and installation of a solar panel/storage/EV charger system.

Tom and his team were excellent, everything organised and install seems to have been completed and operating as it should.

Tom is a really helpful and courteous engineer. His work is neat and tidy and to a really high standard. He fitted a new bathroom fan and light and an extra socket downstairs for a drier. He also replaced and repositioned the fuse board in preparation for the next lot of work. The work was excellent value and he will be returning in the new year to complete electrical works in our new kitchen. Would highly recommend. Thanks :)
