Great service from start to finish. All of those involved from marketing to installation and commissioning of our new solar panels and battery were on time, efficient, approachable and competent. Work was carried out very professionally with minimal fuss and our house and grounds left neat and tidy on completion. In all, a very positive experience. Many thanks to the onsite team including Stuart, James and Chris, all of whom very approachable and knowledgeable and answering many of our queries while completing the project to a very high standard. All communication was quick and clear, and we were booked in without any delays apart from that caused by bad weather in January. Work commenced as planned in February, with the on-site team completing all the works, external and internal, most satisfactorily within three days. Delighted with our new solar system and we would highly recommend McInnes Group, and would like to thank them for all their assistance and advice before, during and after successful installation.

We've just had our Givenergy solar battery installed by McInnes. The whole experience, from initial inquiry to final commissioning was flawless and carried out in the highest professional capacity. We cannot recommend them highly enough. As to the battery and associated installations; it is early days yet, but from our first few days of low winter sun, we have hardly used any grid energy at all - exactly what we wanted. Also, the Givenergy app is easy to use and gives excellent graphics and data on how the system is operating. One happy customer

We have no hesitation at all in giving a 5 star rating to the McInne Group after the installation of the Air Source heat Pump. The work was carried out most efficiently by their excellent team on site. We were kept well informed, both before and during the work which was to remove our old electric storage radiators, install and plumb the new radiators and water tank. All done in a day and a half by their punctual, hard working and very polite personnel. On completion the site was left extremely neat and tidy even to the extent of removing the turf where the ASHP was located. Grateful thanks to all concerned.

It's now 7 months after McInnes installed our heatpump and we're still very happy with it, 100% recommend! Our heating bills are about half of what they were last year. The entire McInnes team were very friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of installation the delivery driver accidentaly tipped over the heat pump unit, causing a few dents and scratches. McInnes had it returned to their HQ and brought a new one, simply to not take any chances. Very impressed with the service. After all works were done they cleaned up everything as well, which we were very grateful for!

We can throughly recommend Mcinnes group for the system fitted for us . Right from the survey to installation, all questions we had were addressed. We had old water solar panels that were removed , new electrical panels fitted with tiles replaced where needed, a wonderful job by the panels team . The inverter and battery were fitted and tested then explained to us , which was all done by the electrician who was most efficient and knowledgeable, and advised where to place them. Our system has been up and working perfectly for about 16 days now , with no problems. Cannot fault Mcinnes group, wonderful quality work from start to finish.

A great experience having heat pump system put in by Kai and his team. Thoroughly professional, efficient and hard working. Fully repiped and new radiators with minimal disruption and redecoration required. Although early days, this should be a really good system unaffected by existing pipework factors which other companies that quoted didn't seem interested to address. Really good responses and support from the McInnes office team as well. Thank you.

McInnes Group came up with the best quote and fastest installation date. Engineers arrived at the expected time and day and very professionally completed the job on the same day. Engineers were friendly, explained everything clearly with me and left the worksite clean and tidy

This is a very straightforward 5-star review. Our experience with McInnes Group was absolutely fantastic. They provided clear instructions and helpful prep work ahead of time. The team was friendly, professional, and took great care throughout the process, handling the installation smoothly. I was especially happy with how the team took all the necessary precautions, and there was no need for redecoration afterward. The work took about three days, and they kept us updated at the end of each day about what had been completed, what was still to come, and the estimated timeline for finishing up. The McInnes Group have been fantastic from start to finish. The communication with their office has been first class, always happy to accommodate requests and answer questions. When the team were on site to install the air source heat pump, solar panels and solar battery, they were done in a day and a half. They worked tirelessly, cleaned up as they went, were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating as we had to keep a 'safe zone' in the house for myself and our two indoor cats. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to anyone. I would happily have them working in my home again. One very happy household!

I appointed McInnes to install a new ASHP system, which included removing our old LPG based heating system and upgrading our radiators. At all stages, McInnes were responsive and clear about the process. The work on the new system was done efficiently, cleanly and we have been enjoying our new system now for several weeks without a hitch. The senior installer was also very informative on how to get the best out of out new system. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It is a pleasure for me to recommend McInnes group Inverness and all of their workers involved in the installation of our 12 Solar Panels, Inverter, 9.5kw Battery and EV charger which were all produced by the same manufacturer. I have just had solar pv, along with battery storage installed by The Mcinnes Group. I am an electrician myself, but have to say how impressed I am with the quality of work delivered by the team who did my installation. The products are top quality, as are the installation methods. They turned up bang on time and had the system up and running in two days. The office also kept me updated right from when I ordered, to completion and beyond. The equipment is working very well, and will make a big difference to my bills. I would highly recommend the Mcinnes Group to anybody considering Solar pv. Top work.

We’ve recently had a heat pump, solar panels and battery installed. The team was great. It felt like the younger guys in the team really took pride in their work. Everyone was approachable. Kai really stood out as someone with leadership. He explained things well, took so much time over the job and never seemed to be flustered. Both my husband and I were impressed with his professionalism but also that he seemed a really good role model. We appreciated all the work done especially in the midst of -15 degree temperatures. Before , after and during the planning of the work- Chloe in the office has been helpful and diligent in helping us. The work was complex and Chloe always was on hand to help on the phone , again with a caring attitude.

I had the central heating, pipes and boiler replaced by McInnes Group through the Warmer Homes scheme and I cannot praise the installation team highly enough. They worked extremely hard, were very clean and tidy, very helpful, polite and friendly. The whole job took just over one long day - 40 minutes into the second day. I was so impressed and cannot recommend them highly enough, great team and lovely office staff to deal with. Would definitely use them again. These guys are a credit to the company.
