Great service from start to finish. Friendly & super-efficient comms from Angela. Harry was great - didn't just change the plug socket, but took action to prevent the issue from reoccurring. V tidy job & got on with it. Highly recommend. Edit: We've just used West Wales Electrical Solutions again for another electrical job and received the same great service, this time from Mihaita. He did a super job & was professional, friendly & respectful of our property. A fair price & great comms.

West Wales Electrical fitted my Zappi EV charger yesterday and what a brilliant job from the moment I made the enquiry. From the personal touch of a visit to survey what was needed, a competitive quote and first class updates on when the job would be completed, they went above and beyond what was expected. They even called me the day of the survey to say their lads would be 20 minutes late due to traffic problems. The installers arrived at 8am as per the arranged time and completed the job ahead of schedule. They were both very knowledgeable, polite and clean in their work. This firm sets the gold standard for what we'd all like Service Companies to attain. First Class from start to finish. Jim

Second time we’ve used WWES. Very good again, first of all we had to keep changing dates due to delays with the plastering. Jenny and Angela managed to move things around on 3 or 4 occasions with no problems. Karl the spark was a very nice guy and obviously knew what he was doing. Very happy with the service and we will use WWES again. Highly recommended

Used West Wales Electrical solutions for a rewire while installing a new kitchen, as well as a couple of other small jobs like changing a few light fittings. They were great! They came and did the work not long after I first contacted them so no long wait to get the work done. Harry the electrician who did the work was a pleasure to have in the house. All in all a no bother experience. The sockets are straight and in the right place, the cooker works, the light fittings work. What more could you want from an electrician?

This company is amazing. We have used them for a number of jobs, they always arrive when they say they will (usually early), the electricians work incredibly hard, take very little breaks and are meticulous in record keeping. The work has been perfect each time and they always tidy up afterwards. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Since moving to Carmarthenshire we have struggled to find an electrical company to help us with a number of jobs on our cottage and holiday let. We saw an advert for West Wales Electrical Solutions in Trading Post magazine and contacted them as they stated they were 'reliable electricians'. We didn't hold out much hope of a response but this couldn't have been further from the truth. They responded immediately, arranged a call back from an electrician and organised a date for the work to be carried out all in one day! Amazing response, excellent workmanship, reliable, professional and great value for money. We highly recommend West Wales Electrical and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Would highly recommend West Wales Electric, nothing is too much trouble and the whole team are super friendly, reliable and efficient. The communication is second to none, I have been kept informed at every stage of the job despite being based in a different country! The work is of a very high standard, my Builder’s have been very impressed as have I. It’s nice to find a company you can trust.

After calling out 2 other electricians, 1 who was far to expensive the other gave me a good price but then never returned to start the work so I thought I would call West Wales electrical solutions. From to start to finish this was a completely different experience. prompt, polite, great price and work carried out exactly as described. I would highly recommend these guys, don't waste your time looking around, I won't next time.

Recently moved to the area and needed speedy help with some issues. Could not have been more responsive including working on into the late evening to finish the job in one visit. Communication was excellent by text phone and email. Further visit to connect a new cooker and again excellent professional service. Charges were very reasonable and as discussed at the original visit so no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

We were having problems with our electric heating system and contacted West Wales Electrical Solutions. They arrived at agreed time, carried out checks and managed to find the cause of the problem which they then rectified. Great service, friendly staff and all for a very reasonable price, can’t recommend them highly enough, six stars at least! Will certainly use their services again if needed.

We asked them to do and electrical safety check and install 32A outdoor socket. When the electrician arrived he did the safety check and was going to leave, he wasn't aware of the 32A socket requirement. After contacting the office he put in the cable but didn't have the socket. It then took weeks to get them back to finish the job. If it had been planned properly it would have all been done the same day. The electricians that worked on the job were very nice and courteous people, I got on well with them and they did a good job. Would I use them again - YES.

We found West Wales Electrical solutions in a local advertising paper. They responded to our request for several items of work very quickly and came out to look at the job straight away. The work was spread over a couple of visits and was carried out in a very professional manner with a courteous operative. He sorted out the issues and installations without hassle and tidied up after himself. The admin side is very helpful and also courteous and we have no hesitation in recommending them for any electrical work.

The quality of service starts from the phone call received by the front line staff who are accommodating, supportive and clear about what could be provided (there had been major floods in the area). The engineer was informative, did not stop for the entire time he as with us trying to find a fault that did not want to be found, supportive, knowledgeable and despite how long it took did not leave until then issue was safe and sorted (he still had other jobs to go to past 8pm). Cost were very reasonable and we have engaged the company to undertake work to modernise our electrics and will use and recommend them to our friends and family in the future
