Outstanding company

Excellent preliminary assessment - no pressure to buy. The price was reasonable. They installed 18 ground based panels with a battery. The development was collaborative, I proposed (and implemented) having the aluminium support struts painted black to make them less obvious. They have adopted that into their offer to new clients. The crew was excellent and installed the system in the time estimated. Last year it produced 80% of our electric usage, which was better than TitanEco had predicted. Any minor issues they have dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. An outstanding company which I fully recommend.

We’ve just had a solar system (13 panels) plus a Tesla Battery installed by Titan. The process was excellent from quote to completion. Everybody from Sam (ceo) to Darrell, Dave and the the rest of the installation team were very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to have working on the house

The dog's danglies. Titan Eco installed a battery system for our Solar system. Painless process from the off with sound advice from Simon; regular communications and stage payments handled by Lyndsay; professional installation by Darrell explaining the black magic of electrickery and things you can't see. This was following on from an installation of Solar Skirt. High standards met. We look forward to playing the tariff game to get best use of our neat 21st century system. Highly reccomend.

Excellent service from TitanEco. I had a Solar PV and Battery system installed (SigEnergy). They were very helpful from the outset with listening to and understanding my needs as well as offering a range of products and scale of installation to get the best solution for me. I did have some cheaper quotes but they were all very generic and I felt that TitanEco offered the best value for money and quality of products and I was not disappointed. The system is just what I wanted both in terms of look and function. The installation went very smoothly with the installation team being polite, professional and responsive to any changes/challenges that came up. Likewise the office team were really helpful in explaining options. After-sales service has also been very efficient and friendly when ensuring the system was working as expected. The installation looks great - all the electrical work has been thoughtfully integrated with minimal impact on the rest of the house and the solar panels with Solar Skirt look great (much better than bird mesh in my view!). Overall, I am very impressed with TitanEco and would have no hesitation in recommending them (or using them again for any expansion!).

We had an excellent experience with Titan for our solar pv and battery installation- they were swift to provide a quote, installation was arranged at very short notice and went smoothly. The after care service was excellent. We had a few hiccups such as the 3rd party scaffolders not showing up, but Simon at Titan managed to get another team in really fast, so really happy how they dealt with that. The system is working even better than we expected - so we are very happy.

We have had two storage batteries with matching inverter installed three years ago by Titan. This year, they installed two solar panel inverters - one a replacement for an existing system (dating back to 2012 under the FIT scheme); the other being for a new array installation on a dormer flat roof. From the first point of contact to completion of works, Titan have always been very proficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and all his team (with a special mention for Simon, Darrell and Lyndsay). Cannot recommend Titan Eco enough - keep up the excellent work :-)

When converting my loft, Titan Eco removed and replaced my solar panels. The team went to extraordinary lengths to ensure I had the optimal layout for the new roof and that I could reconnect the monitoring from the inverter. This was made especially hard as the inverter is now discontinued but Simon investigated multiple options, worked with the manufacturer to find a solution. The whole team onsite were highly professional, on time, clearly communicated and tidied up. I would highly recommend contacting Titan Eco for your solar panel needs.

We needed to remove the solar panels and reinstall once the building work was finished. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the service provided, from start to finish the removal and installation was done professionally. Both Simon, Sam, accommodated our requests this helped us to get the work completed to meet the builders schedules. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The end-to-end process from purchase decision to the installation of the Tesla Powerwall 3 with whole home backup has been a very good experience. The team have been very helpful in providing information to inform our investment in the right battery system for our needs. The installation was performed by an extremely skilled installer. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in explaining how everything worked, what was best for the installation and even addressed some issues that he spotted that were nothing to do with the Tesla Powerwall 3 installation itself. I highly recommend doing business with Titan Eco a very positive open and honest experience.

Smooth and seamless installation of 19 panels and 10kWh battery. Every team that came (scaffolders, panel installers, electricians, roof cleaning) were all friendly and professional and always tidied up before they left. Very pleased to be up and running in under a week. Thanks Sam and Simon.

Had panels, car charger and battery installed just over 8 months ago and been thoroughly impressed. When I contacted TitanEco it was after quite a bit of research as my roof was a complicated one. The survey was thorough and options explained in a very comprehensive report. The installation was surprisingly quick and painless, with team being super professional. The Solar Edge System worked perfectly and the app to support it has been really good in helping get maximum efficiency from the system. What does really standout though is the level of support that is provided. When there were a couple of minor issues everything was no drama and Titan were able to resolve everything within 24 hours.

I am very happy to recommend Titan Eco. High quality products (including solarskirt) and a very professional, friendly team from start to finish. Lots of helpful advice from Sam and Simon, skilled craftsmen-ship from Andrew and his team on site and top quality handover documentation provided by Lyndsay gives me complete reassurance. Hi all , i have used this company 3 times so far. They have outdone my expectations each time ,I had 8 panels installed about 9 years ago (SolarEdge)with a different company. One of my panels ceased working and was still under warranty but unfortunately, the company who fitted them went into liquidation. I searched for a company who could replace the faulty part and found Titan Eco, I decided to have them install a 9.5 Kw GivEnergy Battery at the same time . What a huge difference to my bills this made , so to go further I had and extra 8.2 GivEnergy battery fitted to store more energy and cut my energy cost down even more. I went back to Titan Eco and had a further 6 panels installed on my Cabin which I cannot even tell you how beneficial these are . I mostly live off grid now in good weather and have even started charging my EV with the excess solar generated. If your looking for a professional company who give great advice and no hard selling tactics then this company is the one for you, competitive prices and reliable. The big Boss Sam was fantastic and explained what I could and couldn’t have . The fitters that did the installation were fantastic, on time tidy and a real asset to the company. They explained in detail anything that I needed to know and made sure I knew how the set up worked. You will not be disappointed with this company from the Big Boss to all the office staff and fitters they are a great company all around. Communication was second to none and wish other companies took this approach. Titan Eco, installed a GivEnergy Home battery system and some additional Solar Panels for me, they made an excerlent job of it, completing the installation to a very high standard, on time and on budget. This was almost 2 year ago now, so I thought it would be useful to include my findings on system performance and cost savings observed. I have added the tables and graphs I refer to in the text as photos, I hope that it will all make sense. Solar Pannels Here are our solar cost saving and profit figures for the period from May 2023 to May 2024. The Bar graph showing the cost savings plus profit, the purple line is savings in imported energy (in kWh) and the black line the CO2 reduction in Kgs this has made. The table provides some extra details. We have two solar arrays the first was installed in 2010 and is fully amortised since 2019, the second system was installed in 2022 and will have paid for itself by 2028. Both of our Solar arrays were installed in a single day and caused us almost no disruption. We are fortunate in being early solar adopters and have benefited from the generous Feed in Tariff scheme. But solar is still a worthwhile investment. The current Smart Export Scheme can be quite a money spinner as well especially if you have a battery system too. Of course It’s not all about the bottom line. Producing your own electricity from nothing but sunshine is such a cool thing to be able to do. Home Battery System We have had the home battery system for almost 2 years now. It is a 19 kWh GivEnergy system (2 x 9.5 kWh units) and a 3 kW AC coupled inverter. It only took a couple of days to install and now sits quietly in our garage just doing its job. We are so pleased with it. The battery enables us to run from off-peak electricity 90% of the time which is not only a lot cheaper it is also greener as the grid is at its cleanest overnight. On top of that, by breaking the direct link between solar production and usage we can use 94% of our solar power ourselves and Solar now accounts for about 35% of our total power requirements. Not only does a home battery complements solar so well, if you also have a cheap off-peak EV tariff then in can be great in the winter months too as you can charge it overnight on cheap electricity which can then be used to run the house throughout the next day. Also attached are the figures for the last 12 months in both graph and table form.

Had Titan Eco fit 8 extra solar panels and a back up battery back in August 2023 . The company and their staff are first rate. Nothing was too much trouble. They installers where brilliant and answered any of my questions and explained in easy to understand language what they were doing and why. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Titan Eco have recently installed a 70kw solar system, 1 of 4 systems they have now completed for us. The service has been great but more importantly the quality of installation and electrical work is excellent. Thank You.

Titan eco team installed solaredge solar panels and batteries at my house. The process was seamless and the team were great to work with. I picked titan eco by recommendation from a friend who has a similar installation done - I will now also recommend them to other friends.

I was very happy with the service TitanEco provided. They were responsive, helpful and low key/not pressured – I have enjoyed and appreciated interactions with them. The job itself was well done, very tidily arranged, quick and efficient. The cost was sensible - I believe in paying for good quality systems and equipment. And .. they were very nice people doing it all … they have assembled a very good team. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I just finished a 10 month renovation project and Titan Eco have been absolutely brilliant. Various contractors through the process have either been impossible to get hold of or have been a big disappointment in terms of response times and comms generally - some seemingly too busy to want the work or taking a brief and coming back to me weeks after visiting site with half a quote etc. Not the case with Titan - they've been super punctual, very keenly priced, highly knowledgable, willing to work around our main contractor and the stretching timescales of the job, while always being honest and fair. They answer emails I send in the evenings seemingly at all hours and are always available to talk on the phone. They've been amazing - my strongest recommend from the whole renovation... and who knew, the flipping things work - just over two weeks in and we've been over 80% self sufficient with fairly mixed weather for May. Chapeau!

A great company to do a business with. From start to finish everything was very easy. The office kept us informed. The workers were great and efficient. The scaffold was erected quick and properly, the electricians were very good. Special praises to Darrell and Steve who needed to work in a freezing temperatures and did a great job. Andrew and Sean who installed the solar panels were very good too. If you are looking to install solar and battery, this is the company to do it for you as long as you are in their area. Wish more companies start working like them. Thank you. After sales support was great when we had a few issues with battery not charging. All was sorted quick and efficiently.

Fantastic product and team

Fantastic product and team. From inital quote to installation took less that 2 weeks. Richard responded promptly with full explaination to all my questions. Adam showed me the product and explained what he would be doing. The skirting looks great, no more cooing pigeons. As a bonus the team gave us a report on the state of the roof together with photographs of issues. Wonderful job, fantastic company, I would recommend them and the product.

Excellent service and very professional- came at the agreed time did the work, cleanly and at a competitive price. Writing this now 2 weeks after they fitted a skirt around my solar panels as so good not to be disturbed by pigeons day and night - all gone and now peaceful

Titan Eco/ Solaskirts put up their skirting around our solar panels. We are delighted they were the only company who were able to do it without scaffolding which would have cost us a fortune and they did a great job. It was particularly complicated as the had very limited space in which to work and the roof had a steep gradient so we are delighted they could do it. Finally we can sleep again!
