Have just said goodbye to Adam after he repaired my Vaillant boiler. I am very impressed with the Synergi experience and with the speed and efficiency shown by Adam and the other staff I have dealt with on the phone. Adam will be returning to repair a toilet cistern once the parts are in and it will be nice to see him again.

From first contact to installation

From first contact to installation, the team were incredibly helpful and clear, the pricing was reasonable and the team who came to put the boiler in were brilliant. They worked really hard, were clean and tidy and very polite, informative and respectful in our home. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I called up for a boiler service, synergi quickly booked me in, and gave me a two hour time window for the day of arrival. The engineer arrived and conducted the service without an issues. He was polite and very knowledgeable. I felt the price of the service and service I received was remarkable. Highly recommend

We had our new heating system installed…

We had our new heating system installed from 23rd Feb 2026 to 27th Feb. The guys were Lewis and Ben who did the job. They were fantastic, punctual, professional, friendly, where you could ask questions They were happy to answer. We provided refreshments to keep them going. Jack did the wiring as well. Craig the fault finder was extremely efficient. Thank you guys.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to my social housing provider and the contractor who carried out our air source heating upgrade. Synergi SW Ltd made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as they arrived at my home, everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The new system has made my home so much more comfortable, and I really appreciate the effort that went into making this happen. Special credit to Jordan and Molly, I don’t think Jordan had a hot cup of tea the whole time he was here as he just wouldn’t stop working! (written on behalf of my mum, M Pitcher, Cattistock)

What a great experience we had.

What a great experience we had.. from Tyler doing the survey to Molly and Justin doing the install! We had a full central heating system installed after moving into a house with storage heaters. The guys were so respectful of our home, and did a first class job!

I have used Synergi for many years and can recommend them without any hesitation, their engineers are experienced, helpful & polite and deal with any issues efficiently. Their office staff are equally efficient and go that extra mile to make sure any repairs are scheduled quickly. I recently had a boiler breakdown and they attended and dealt with the problem within hours!

Toasty warm flat.

A new heating/hot water system was fitted in my flat by Wayne and Steve. They were professional, respectful, and made sure everywhere was clean and tidy each day when they left. Everything was explained well and I’m now toasty and warm. These guys are an asset to your business (even though they laughed until nearly crying when I got stuck in my recliner chair when the power went off briefly). All in all, a fantastic job!!

Had a gas hob installed by Synergi SW in 2020. Had another plumber check for leaks and they found the hob was leaking at the gas hob elbow. Took it off and found it had been installed cross threaded with water PTFE and had likely been leaking for years. I understand people make mistakes so, Contacted Synergi SW and just requested them to cover the cost. They did not care or offer any apology or cost for correcting their shoddy work, couldn't believe it! Don't trust this company or any work they complete!

First class service from Lewis and Ben very efficient always on time and considerat as I am a older lady, a excellent job done and a bit of banter i would highly recommend them.

Professional company with fantastic engineers.

Engineer always arrives promptly, is efficient and helpful. Since the ASHP service we are already seeing a significant daily saving to our running costs, due to the unit being misconfigured.

Installed a new ASHP system

The guys that came out to install a completely new ASHP, were absolutely brilliant!! They were so understanding especially of my kids who have additional needs and were very respectful of my home. They always made sure to keep me updated on everything going on. Absolutely amazing, Definitely recommend these guys! 😁

Synergy is just the best for boilers

Synergy is just the best to look after your boiler & radiators. Their engineers are absolutely excellent and friendly. It was the best decision we ever made when we left British Gas because of the cost increases.

Lovely service, professional and friendly staff! On time, and an easy process from start to finish. We always use Synergi for this reason. Tash was really helpful when reminding us we needed to book for our annual service and booking was straight forward. Adam who did the service, and has done before, is friendly and efficient. 100% recommended!

Very friendly engineer. Described everything very clearly and accurately. Let us know exactly what he was doing and what the likely outcomes were. Helpful with any questions that we had and all done at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

Seemed like a good company at first. Can't fault the initial customer service and quote. However, my son arrived extremely prematurely (included in my email) so there was a delay in my response and after that radio silence. I sent three follow up emails to book in the works, to two different email addresses, and never heard back.

Just had Synergi fit a new heating system for my mother in laws property. Competitive quote, team friendly and the install team arrived bang on the time and date they booked! The installation was seamless the guys took pride in what they were doing and the system is working a treat. The installation was fine. We had several problems during the first couple of weeks . The office staff were not helpful and were only interested in charging us call-out fees not in our problems

Synergy SW Ltd is very professional and value for money. The engineers are extremely capable and you feel your in good hands. We went for the top band of cover as we wanted complete reassurance. The cost is lower than British Gas and you get far better cover.

Excellent work from Synergi. They serviced and repaired the leak on my air source heat pump. Engineers clearly know their stuff. Would highly recommend!

I would give no stars if I could. This company provided absolutely appalling service and left me worse off as a result. I have an air source heat pump system which wasn't heating the hot water. The issue was explained in detail and photos provided beforehand, so they knew what to expect. The engineer that visited was completely clueless, spent at least half an hour on the phone talking about who knows what (it definitely wasn't my hot water), then explained that there was no power going through the control panel so he couldn't identify the problem until this was rectified. OK, fair enough so far. He said they would source the part and let me know next steps. Heard nothing for a week and so I chased them, only to be told they couldn't source the part and I should contact the manufacturer to get this. Really? They clearly made no attempt to get the part and why would I be able to source it if they can't. I had no option but to call another company to come out again and thankfully they did know what they were doing and managed to fix the system in 10 minutes, no parts needed. Despite complaining to Synergi about their complete lack of service, they just denied any wrongdoing and started recovery proceedings within a couple of weeks when I didn't pay their bill.

Cannot recommend Synergi company highly enough. Polite professional staff chosen for their customer service abilities and attributes. From the initial contact with the office right through to the works everything was courteous, efficient, reliable and I felt in safe hands with a complex filter re instillation. Extremely well organised company and I will be using them again.

Very professional, efficient, reliable and friendly service. Appointment made within 2 weeks. Engineer arrived on time. Very knowledgable about heat pumps. Identified several installation faults (not installed by Synergi) which were clearly explained. Follow-up report sent the same afternoon. I would highly recommend Synergi for servicing heat pumps.

Lisa searched for many months for a reliable plumbing and heating contractor to install a combi boiler and heating in her new house and was very relieved to find Synergi (SW) Ltd. This was a challenging project but we were reassured by their professional approach and advice. Their highly efficient operatives attended on due date and after careful inspection of the site were soon on the job. We cannot praise them highly enough, they were awesome. Fantastic service! Our old boiler finally gave up on us and we had our new boiler installed within 48hours! All the engineers were very friendly and efficient. Jay in particular was incredible. He put in extra effort to get the installation done in such a small time window. We were very grateful as we have 2 young children. We would 100% recommended Synergi SW to anyone.

Having recently moved into our new home, we had a number of issues we needed help in sorting out with our Biomass based heating system. We were recommended Synergi SW by are new neighbours as being the best company to use for heating problems. Greg came out and quickly determined what the potential issues were, ordered the parts and fitted them all very quickly. Problem solved. Greg also gave some very honest advice around the heating challenges we are facing in our separate annex, it looks like we will be following his recommendation. Overall very satisfied and Synergi SW.

I am very pleased with the services that was provided. Eden and Sam the engineers worked very hard - doing a complex and physical job. I had the old boiler removed and had a new boiler installed. It was a very good job with excellent pipe work using copper. I recommend synergi and I'm enjoying the cake that was given to me as part of the customer purchase.! I'll make sure I service my new boiler yearly.

Really happy with the work Synergi have done for me over the past year or so. I've had them over for a number of jobs including radiator fitting and repairs and boiler services and look forward to employing them again to complete the other jobs I have lined up! The staff are really punctual, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and are adhering strictly to the current working conditions required due to the pandemic. Would highly recommend, its been a breath of fresh air to find a company as good as this. Keep up the good work!!
