Highly recommend James at South Norfolk Electrical He installed my EV charger at my previous address with a first class service, Arrived on time, nothing too much trouble. Then when I moved house I called him again to uninstall my charger and re-connect at my new address, again first class service going above and beyond, all I can say is if you need an Electrician call James you won't be disappointed

Recently I have arranged with James (S.N.E.) on 4 occasions to carry out work for my tenants. Every time he has not arrived on site with no correspondence or apology to me. Yesterday a furious tenant complained to me they arranged to be at home, again no appearance from James. Tenant said he is unreliable, not to be trusted and a time waster. Asked me to find a dependable electrician. James if you are unable or don't want custom for whatever reason, kindly have the decency to let potential customers know, saving hassle and inconvenience. I persevered because of your excellent work for me in the past. Your attitude and work ethic has now changed. If you cannot go back to your earlier enthusiasm you will lose customers. I shall contact Trust-A-Trader and request they remove my earlier favourable recommendations for S.N.E. C.C. Eastern Landlords Association.

Amazing. Turned up the morning after we called (in the week before Christmas!) and sorted us out straight away. Excellent firm and very friendly as well. Can't recommend enough!

James has been a tremendous help whilst others have been a let down! James has rewired our home and 1st and 2nd fixed our extension, he has fitted all smart Alexa enabled switches offered great suggestions with lighting design and layout and we couldn’t be happier or recommend him highly enough.

James and Josh came to replace my Consumer unit. They turned up on time and adhered to strict Covid-19 guidelines throughout their work. I was impressed with their installation and asked if they could upgrade my Garage CU with a similar board! James booked it in for just a few days later to coincide with the final testing for the entire house. Overall extremely satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend for electrical work and will definitely be using them again.

First fix (installing new wiring) and fuse box replacement was fine although they left a mess and kept referring to my house as the "site". Booked a date to complete the works and never returned, then stopped answering their phone or replying to messages. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

James was reliable, professional, fitted a radiator in my father's wetroom in no time, with minimum mess and at a very good price. Would not hesitate in recommending him or using his services again. Thank you James!

James did a fantastic job of installing a smart lighting system throughout our house, and returned promptly to fix some snags with what was a complex project. He was friendly, polite and clean throughout and reasonably priced. Will definitely be using him again if the need arises and definitely recommend him.

First Class Called JC Electrical as I was having issues with my dining room lighting. 3 days before christmas is not great but was hoping that I could get it sorted in time for christmas or we would have been without lights. JC Electrical said it would take an hour or so to get to mine but might be able to let me know what the problem was if I sent him some pictures. I took 4 pictures of the wiring in my switch and of the lighting plan. 2 minutes later the phone rang and he told me what the issue was and how to rectify it. I done as he suggested and within a few minutes all my lights were back on. He could've quite easily told me that he wasn't interested as it was a small job but he took the time to sort out my issues so I had lighing over christmas. It's so refreshing to know that there are some genuine Tradesmen still about. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you very much JC Electrical.

James rewired our kitchen in our flat he took the partition wall down and installed a new electric shower and fuse board. We are very happy with his work and are happy to recommend him.

James has been a life saver. We are nearly finished converting our kitchen in to a kitchen diner but had no real idea of what order to do everything!! James has totally rewired our kitchen, communicated with kitchen fitters, helped find us a tiler and lots of other jobs that have cropped up along the way.. Can't recommend James enough!

James came and upgraded our out of date fuseboard. He gave a fair price and completed the work promptly. I got a full certificate of the condition of the existing electrics. Over all very pleased with the job. Have already had him do a second job for me. Would recommend

James arrived on time, to fix a broken shower isolation switch and was courteous and pleasant. The comms were good as he'd called me as requested beforehand, so I didn't have to hang around waiting. He did a good job and got my shower working again. Would recommend him to others.

James did a fuseboard change for us we was very polite cleaned up after himself and was very resonably priced i would recommend.

Had new radiators and consumer units installed by JC Electrical and am really pleased with the result. Would happily recommend James and his services to anyone.

James sorted out power to my shed + new fuse board. Credit where it's due, his price was reasonable and the work looks perfect.
